This app is very easy to use, has a lot of items already in the system, you can add a special request, and the choices of stores are excellent. I am very satisfied. The orders are correct and delivered within the time frame. It is absolutely worth paying the delivery fee. We now keep more fresh vegetables and fruits in our house, and have been eating out less often. I also make a lot less impulse buys (selected by myself or our child).

Wow! I just had my first instacart HEB delivery and am SO HAPPY! Our super center is packed at all hours of the day so grocery shopping has become one of the worst experiences in my week. Selecting and providing food for your family is a big deal... To have someone buy exactly what you would buy is AMAZING!! Thank you to Maricia who delivered with a smile and kept my milk and popsicles cold! I am telling everyone I know to use instacart.

As a busy working mom, I can't thank this service enough for making life a whole lot easier. I use it almost exclusively for my grocery shopping multiple times per week. Yes, there are upcharges (depending on store) and yes tipping and fees add up, but I am convinced that overall it saves me money by sticking to my grocery list and not falling prey to all the impulse and other unneeded items that usually make it to my cart in the store.

My biggest regret is that I haven't used Instacart sooner. Well that and they don't have Trader Joe's Super convenient and rather affordable. The site has a full range of grocery products for several stores, so you'll be able to find pretty much whatever you're looking for. I think this will also keep me shopping healthier, as I have a terrible habit of quickly grabbing junk food at the store. Oops. Thanks, Instacart :)

Instacart is a lifesaver for any busy person that shops at whole foods. I also use it to compare prices while shopping elsewhere. Sometimes when I'm at Costco or the local Asian food market (H Mart), I pull out the app and realize whole foods is actually cheaper for about 30% of what I'm buying. Customer service is excellent. The app could be better by including more functionality from the web, but is awesome in any case.

I was skeptical to even try it but $10 off and free delivery was a promo with trying. I've used it 4x in the past month and this is amazing. I get notified of changes to my list LIVE and I can even choose something differently if what I want wasn't in stock. I felt unnecessarily fancy the first time because it seems like a unnecessary luxury... but now it just feels like the obvious no brainer choice. Love it.

I LOVE this service. I was reluctant to try because of tip and delivery charges. Why spend more? But it saves me SO much on impulse shopping and I don't have to leave the house!!! It's amazing!! If the store is out of something they text you to let you know. They make changes accordingly but not without texting first. You also have to option to say that if the store is out- don't replace. Its fabulous!!

I've used instacart weekly for 10 months and have been thrilled with the way it's simplified life. No more impulse buys for me and I feel I plan meals better this way. When I can shop from home while I sip tea or a glass of wine, with one child practicing piano and the other taking a bath, I'd say it's a win-win! Any issue I have had has been minimal and attended to promptly. Such an amazing service!

Thank you, geniuses at Instacart for giving me the gift of TIME. Know how we all wish there were more than 24 hours in the day? Well, this little app hands you back a few hours per week. No more grocery shopping!! I repeat - NO MORE GROCERY SHOPPING!! I happily pay the $7.99 or $3.99 delivery charge - my time is worth more than that per hour. The shoppers pick the produce well too. Love this service.

Not only have I not had to take three kids on summer break to a single grocery store this year, but my grocery bill has gone down because I'm only buying what's on my list and not tossing another dozen items in the cart while shopping at the store! So far I've only had one lackluster shopper, and all of the others have been fantastic! This app and service has changed our lives - seriously.

The app itself is great. The service is great. It's so convenient. Worth the extra bucks.
I don't have a car so grocery shopping gets rough, especially with the cold weather kicking in. Instacart makes my life so much easier.
The prices are updated regularly, according to the store. I don't like the mark up for places like King Soopers but I order from Whole Foods so it works out okay :)

I love how fast you can make this happen. I'm very last minute, busy and hate shopping- this is the perfect solution, the fee is well worth the time. I love how they stay in contact with you the whole time and you can text while they are shopping in case something needs a change. They have always been on time- early portion of the time slot. I wish I could shop for clothes on instacart !

I'm a mother of two kids under three, both of which are home with me now. Going to the grocery store is kind of a nightmare. This app lets me easily skip this errand. The functionality is great - I have no complaints about the app's ability to work, and the service is wonderful, prompt, friendly, etc. can't say enough good things about it, but I'll stop here as I have to chase a toddler!

perfect complement to Fresh Direct. I can get same-day delivery too. I use Fairway - Great prices often beats Fresh Direct. Delivery person always on time very nice smiling and courteous. My option today Saturday FEB 13th was bicycle or walk in 15° weather after a grueling workout yesterday w heavy weights or sit on my sofa reading a book then pick up my iphone and InstaCart in a snap!

They are all about making the customer happy, which I love. And many other start ups ignore this, although this is a service based one, and that should be a given, it isn't always, and I love it. I also really like when they offer promotional free deliveries if you buy some dollar amount of a certain brand, as usually the brands are big names and are things that I would buy anyways.

I bought into the annual delivery fee and it was well worth it. I can order a few item to a weeks worth and have it expressed to me with in 2 hours. The delivery people are great and call if your chosen it is out to make replacement if needed. Customer is fairly quick to respond and always makes the appreciate credit if something is out their guidelines and I have been unhappy.

For a minimal fee I can now save all that time I used to spend doing grocery shopping. What else do I need to say? :)
Well, as for the App itself, it is easy to use, easy to search for items, possible replacement option almost entirely eliminates any additional questions about the order, text message notifies me when order is on its way...... I am very happy with this App!!!

Instacart is great! I've never had a problem with delivery, and the shoppers are always courteous and stay in touch with you via text or the app as they're shopping.
I only wished you could choose a grocer location based on proximity to your home. It would cut the delivery time in half if I could order from the store halfway across town, instead of all the way across town.

If you are a mom and you are not getting food delivered, you need to start getting your food delivered. Instacart has taken so much stress out of my weekly routine. I don't drag my kids to the store any more. I don't have to load and unload groceries. I get to relax in the evenings after putting kids to bed instead of running out to the grocery store late. I love Instacart!

Instacart has been a game changer on the homefront since our daughter was born in January. I no longer have to spend (nor do I have the extra) 2-3 hours of my week grocery shopping. I now have it delivered to the house while the nanny is there, and everyone (especially my husband) is happier for it.
