I am a busy mom and the day escapes me pretty often. Instacart is my lifesaver. I can load my cart in 15 minutes and reliably get my groceries in two hours, or whenever I can plan to be home. The app is wonderfully designed and easy to use and syncs across all your devices, as well as online. Wish some more esoteric items would appear, but for basics, it's really great.

My wife and I have very demanding jobs and struggled to find time to get to the store to buy fresh food until we decided to try Instacart a few months ago. It saves us so much time and makes cooking at home more feasible. We've had nothing but good experiences so far with the app and service in Austin, Texas. Thanks to all you Instacart drivers and employees out there.

I've always wanted to flexibility to stay in bed all day after 5 trips in less than 3 weeks. But, I've never had access to fresh food and the groceries I so desperately needed. Now, I do! Instacart's convenience is now available. It's the 2000 version of Webvan that I've missed for over 10 years. Great app, great service, great options, perfect for my urban lifestyle.

Always time! Friendly service and the $6.99 delivery charge is the cheapest I've found. I love that they always make sure to get products with the freshest expiration dates and they call me immediately when a product is out of stock and give me the option the replace the item with another. I have recommended this app to all my friends and they love it too.

Not sure why those other reviews were so poor, but I've used this app/service 5+ times and love it! I really like that I can add items to my cart throughout the week, and using the same login my husband can add to the cart as well. I love that I can make changes on the fly when something is out of stock. Cannot say enough great things about this service.

I've been using this service since February, and I love it. I have never had a bad experience with a shopper. I have almost always been able to receive every item in my cart. The shoppers and delivery personnel have always been polite and courteous and very helpful. I will continue to use this service in the future and will recommend it to any one I know.

From Austin, TX: This app has allowed me to outsource one of my most time consuming yet critical household tasks. In the past I have hired "helpers" to do this. They were never as efficient nor as accurate or reliable as the Instacart shoppers, yet cost the same or more. They are not perfect, but so far they have been darn close! Thank you Instacart!!!

Amazing service! You can chat with your shopper, add items if you forgot something, I've done this 3 or 4 times and all items have been correct. Good for those times I can't get to the store for groceries, rushing between work, school, kids. And whole foods is a long drive for me, so I love this option for the healthier/organic items I need.

This is a terrific service. One thing that keeps me from being a full-on San Franciscan is my absolute disinterest in standing in line. Lines are a way of life here and the grocery stores are no exception. Well, now with Instacart I can go for a walk or have a martini while I wait for my groceries to be shopped for and delivered to my door.

Instacart is awesome! I get high-quality produce, groceries, and household goods without driving to the store, looking for parking, dealing with crowds, standing in line, or loading the car. The app is easy to use, the selection is amazing (everything from most of your grocery stores), and it's cheap ($6 plus optional tip). Life changer!!

Instacart has been a life saver for our family in the last months of pregnancy and now with a new baby! Shoppers are communicative about replacements, prompt, and friendly, and customer service has been great consistently. Wish we could get alcohol in VA and use store shopper credits, like VIC at Harris Teeter, but otherwise great.

This app has seriously changed the way I grocery shop. I simply open the app, shop & pay over the phone & viola! My groceries are delivered to my door I'm no time! You can also schedule ahead of time if you want your groceries delivered later that day or days later! No more dealing with long lines & wasting time in the store! :)

Fast, affordable and service with a smile! Everyone is helpful and friendly! This service has saved me so many times... When I've been stuck at home with sick kids, when the car won't start, right after I had my second baby...the list is endless, but this service helped save the day! I would highly recommend to everyone!!!!

The app itself is nice and easy to use, and the concept is amazing. It's such a great time saver, and super convenient. You can have deliveries to both home and business addresses so wherever you are you can get what you need. Also their customer service is without a doubt the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend!!!!

I was in North Carolina on a trip and my boys in California called me saying there was NO FOOD. Downloaded the app and ordered and they got the food within 1hour. What a lifesaver. Wish they would add Trader Joe's but I'm fine with what they have now. I've referred it to all the moms at my kids school and they love it too.

This is an excellent service! As a young professional who is out of the house 12 hours a day, finding time to go to the store while taking care of house work and running other errands can be tricky. I have been ordering my deliveries once or twice a week as needed and it's amazing how much free time I now have on the weekends.

I can enjoy hanging out with my family instead of spending time at the store! And usually all my products are in stock, if not, they will text me to ask for replacements. Also, I can order bananas to be eaten today or during the weekend! And only one time I had a problem with a product I ordered and they gave me a refund.

This review is for the app, not the service, which is also great. App keeps getting improved, I like having the option to text with the shopper instead of phone, and the pre-figured tip. Love the little carrot moving on the map. Need to update inventory and offer better quantity choices, e.g. container sizes not just pounds.

I absolutely love this app and service. As a busy mom, with some health issues, its priceless that I can have someone do the shopping for me and bring it straight to my house. And, Costco shopping?! An app after my own heart! Try it! You won't be disappointed ! Now to get them to expand to the San Antonio area !

I truly appreciate this app. I am legally blind and sometimes need groceries and dry goods in a hurry.
