I recently moved to a new apartment and it dawned on me that living close to a supermarket no longer matters because I have Instacart. I love this service. The small fees are more than worth the value in saved time.

The app has finally reached a level of quality and polish that deserves 5 stars. Even though a laptop computer screen is bigger, I find myself gravitating toward Instacart on iPhone because it's so pleasant to use. It's also handy while the fridge door is open.

I enthusiastically recommend this app and service.

I love this app! It makes my life so much easier! I've used it both in Cambridge, MA & Austin, TX and will continue to do so. I also used it to send chicken soup & other comforts to my sick daughter in a different state - she had everything in less than an hour! I purchased the yearly plan for unlimited free deliveries and it's worth every penny! The grocery selection is wonderful & on the rare occasion that there is a problem their customer service takes care of it easily & promptly. Cannot recommend it enough!

We LOVE this app, we paid for the year membership, so we have unlimited deliveries within 2 hours for free. We have our favorite items on different lists, which saves a ton of time doing groceries or alcohol shopping. The people that works there are GREAT! IF the item you want is not available, you can choose to skip, choose a specific item or let them choose for you (their recommendations are always great) we've been using it for over 6 months and I can not think life without Instagram! A huge time saver! ❤️

We have used this service for roughly 6 weeks and absolutely love it. The convenience is amazing, and the shoppers call or text with questions so it is almost the same as us shopping ourselves. I will say that we take a considerable amount of time preparing the list and adding notes/comments, but it is all from the comfort of our home. And another great thing that we hadn't considered is that we are actually saving money (including the tip) because we are not adding things into the cart that we see along the way.

Speaking as a single, full time working mother of two young kids (one of whom is in bed by 7), this service has been a life saver. And a sanity saver. I chose to pay the one time annual delivery fee of $99, so there are no delivery fees tacked on to the individual deliveries. It pays for itself if you use the service regularly, which I do -- at least once a week. If you're not in need of regular grocery delivery, it's still a great option if you're sick, injured, superglued to your couch, what have you. Love it.

As a disabled person without a vehicle or local public transportation, I do not mind paying the markup and delivery fees for Instacart. The shoppers in my area have been professional, helpful, and always call if there is a need to substitute. I appreciate them a lot. I prefer to tip after delivery which works. It is odd that they go to a location more than 5 miles from me when there is a store less than 2 miles, though. I would pay an upcharge for insulated bags for frozen goods if the option were available.

I love the convenience of it! The girls that have delivered thus far are spectacular. They pick out better produce then I ever did and they arrive 5 minutes earlier than their expected arrival time. I will never go grocery shopping myself again, as lazy as that sounds

I placed my order at 5:04pm. I was expecting it by 6:04 as promised for one hour delivery. I received it at 6:24 ,everything was perfect, still cold even. I now have breakfast for my girlfriend in Chicago. She has no idea I didn't run around town to do it. (Don't tell her!) If you know anything about the Chicago Loop, you know there are no grocery stores and it's 10 blocks to the nearest one. This service is out of this world amazing. The young lady that delivered my groceries was personal and prompt.

I love the app, especially the option to leave notes specific to each item for the shopper. I really appreciate being able to defer the tip until I see the quality of produce the shopper chose and how carefully the items were packed.
I started using Instacart when I was unable to get to the store. Ordering is so easy and delivery cost so very reasonable that I will use it on a regular basis now. I have chosen to pay an annual fee and get free delivery for orders of $35 or more. I couldn't be happier.

Some people might call us lazy. The truth is I may never go to the grocery store again. This APP is amazing. The service itself is incredible. The only thing they could do better is enable the user to put an estimated price on a "detailed order" because otherwise you have to write all kinds of notes with instructions. The cart won't let you check out with less than a certain amount of items even though one item (diapers) in my case is well over the price minimum. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Recently, my wife and I have both been up and down due to medical reasons and not really up to going to the grocery store, especially with kids in tow; this service has been a life-saver.
It's possible that the quality of service might vary from place to place, but it's fantastic here. We've only had a couple of slip-ups with people getting not quite the right thing on custom items, but overall, we've had great experiences.

This is my first time EVER rating anything and I have been using apps for a good 5 years now. I just had to rave about this app and my awesome experience using it! Not only is the first delivery free, the delivery person was so nice, and they give you the groceries in really creatively designed reusable bags. I looked online and saw that the delivery fee isn't a crazy price like some other apps, about $4ish. I will definitely be using this app whenever I need groceries!!

As a widowed mother of three small kids-this is one of the single best discoveries I've found. Fast, courteous and professional. I know I can always keep stocked up with all the necessities, even if I am home bound with a sick baby. I can shop for almost ANYTHING and can't express how seamless and easy it is to get everything we need and avoid the chaos of a trip to the grocery store with three little ones. Couple quick clicks on my phone and we have everything we need!

Been using this for 3 months and it is consistently amazing. Delivery people are friendly and it's so convenient/fast. Whenever I've had an issue, customer service is quick to respond and fix the issue. I don't mind that the prices are a bit higher for some stores because it is worth the extra expense by saving me time/gas going myself. Just started using them for Costco too. Didn't realize you don't even need a membership-bonus. Love instacart and will continue using!

I legit love InstaCart. It's a life-saver. SO easy to use even if I switch back from mobile to computer browser. It's seamless and real time. It's ALWAYS been on time. The shoppers contact me immediately and quickly if items are out of stock and to discuss how I want to replace them. Orders are fast, delivery / shoppers are SO kind, and there's a real time tracker so you can see your updated arrival time AND watch the driver's route(as a dot on a map) as they approach.

I'm ill and housebound so getting groceries was always an issue. I am so so grateful for what you do. Folks are more than polite and now that things are up and running I never have mistakes with my order. As far as delivery they have never been late. In fact, 99% of the time they are early. Amazing. And InstaCart people? Don't ever ever think that what you do is a convenience, though for some I'm sure it is. For me it's so much more and for that I am forever grateful.

I love that Instacart is expanding and that more and more stores are offering same prices as in store. I don't shop Safeway or any other retailer that raises their prices on top of a delivery fee.

How many ways can I say how I love Instacart? Friendly delivery folks, great service when items are out of stock or produce is not fresh looking, great service when mistakes are made. I have no complaints.

I hope Target will expand to the entire store offerings!

I hate shopping. We got the year subscription. There are problems with this solution, don't get me wrong. I rely too heavily on this app, and have been disappointed a few times when a shopper just gave up when they couldn't find my items instead of making smart substitutions or calling me. But I'm a big believer in outsourcing jobs you hate, and I hate shopping. It works, even if not perfect, and is reasonably priced. Did I mention that I hate shopping?

I really hate taking my kids to the market and work full time so resent having to spend what amounts to a good 2 hours of my time on the weekend buying groceries. This app makes it so easy to keep food in the house during the week (and I can order while I'm at work!). I just wish some of the stores special offers were displayed and they don't have every item in the store. Shoppers are very helpful though and I love the calls/texts for replacement items.

This is the BEST service I have used for grocery shopping. I have five kids, two dogs and a full time job and being able to shop on line saves me SO much time!
The shoppers are funny, good communication and go above and beyond to ensure my order is what I want and need.
I have them text me with any changes so I have the option of replacing items that I CHOOSE.
I can order what I want to make for dinner from work and it's there when I get home.
