I friend told me about this app and I love it. I work erratic hours downtown. This app gives me the flexibility to find a place early In the morning or after 9AM - the latter is when it can get very expensive - and when this app has real value.
No issues thus far with function or payment.

I've only used this app a few months but I've had only really positive experiences with it. The most problem I've had was I trying to find the places but once I'm there everything is great. The customer service is fantastic, they have resolved every issue I've had. Love this service!

I love spothero. I can set up parking in advance if I'm going to an event. The app shows all available Parking in the area. When I show up, all I have to do is park and show my stub. It's really easy and simple. The best part is I can earn free parking by inviting my friends to join

I just love it, it really does the job. Makes it so easy to find affordable parking wherever I'm going. It also makes it so simple to pay for parking and not having to deal with getting a ticket and paying for it at some machine. All automated over my phone. I use it whenever I can.

This is a great app. While using it in Boston, I had immediate access to many garages at very reasonable rates, which I would otherwise not have considered. The parking garage had no problem accessing my reservation. I would not hesitate to use Spot Hero in other major cities.

When you need a parking spot in the city spothero is the business - the app is fast, simple, intuitive and well designed it shows you your options and takes the hassle out of finding a space in the city and best of all can often save you money too - a big deal in NYC! Enjoy it

I saved $75 using this app parking in Chicago. It was so easy to use and they even provide detailed instruction along with pics on how to enter and exit. It was such a relief going to a big city and having this app, it took the pressure off me and the pressure off my wallet.

I used the app and received an error message after entering my credit card info. I called their customer service number and was connected to someone who pleasantly help resolve the situation. I've only used SpotHero the one time so far but I will definitely use them again.

I've used the Spothero app multiple times in all different parts of the city and all experiences have been VERY positive. Friendly welcomes, clean, safe locations. Never a raised eyebrow because I had a discounted parking app, and the best prices around. Highly recommend!

I like this app - have used it in Chicago and Boston. I really like that it gives the height clearance of each garage because my vehicle is on the taller side and doesn't fit everywhere! I've had no problems getting in or out of a garage which I reserved through this app.

If you aren't using SpotHero, you need to be. Don't be lazy. Sign up and start saving ... unless you don't care about some of Chicago's ridiculous Parking fees. It's so easy to use. And you save time by not having to use the pay stations. Scan in ... scan out ... save.

As a daily driver, this app really makes my life easier. I don't have to worry about driving around the block five times and paying a ton to park my car! Really awesome for when I go to the airport too...$7/day for long term parking is unheard of! Thanks SpotHero!!

Used the app to park in downtown Chicago because the parking at hotel was severely overpriced. Found parking for half the price right around the corner. The staff at parking facility was so friendly and the app is so easy to use. Will definitely be using it again!

OMG i wuv spothero. I can always find a nice spot to nap in or just post up for an afternoon smoke. The privacy is nothing short of a personal hide out in the woods, think Jessie James. My wife can never find me - thanks spot hero!!! Slowly replacing air BNB...

This app has saved me so much money, but also has been extremely convenient. This is easier than trying to find parking on Maps (and obviously easier than driving around the city)

I downloaded this app after a ton of friends recommended it to me. It lived up to its hype. Even if they didn't give discounts it would still be useful in order to find parking garages and see who has availability. Throw in discounts and it becomes awesome.

SpotHero has saved me at least $1,000 since I started using it. They have parking spots everywhere and the app is so convenient. I like that I can pay right from my phone and that whenever I need a spot I can easily see what's around me. Good work SpotHero!

We used this app in Chicago, and after having car problems they refunded our money since we couldn't stay in parking spot! Once car was fixed used app again and got another spot for cheap! Will def use this app for our parking in the bigger cities!:)

I commute to the city two days a week so monthly parking doesn't make sense and garage prices have been adding up real quick. SpotHero has saved me a small fortune in the last few months and now I won't park any other way! I owe you guys a beer!
