Before SpotHero: paid $59 a day for parking in Chicago, had to get out of car to pay, use my debit card, sign bill, get back in my car and park.
After SpotHero: paid $8 a day for parking in Chicago, paid and registered car, ALL done on this app and didn't have to get out of my car once! Drove straight into parking spot, got out and explored Chicago!

I was skeptical about using SpotHero. It all seemed too good to be true and I admit I was nervous that my car would be towed or something, but everything worked out perfectly. The directions were crystal clear and everything went off without a hitch. And I couldn't beat $7 for parking. SpotHero is awesome and I will 100 percent be using it again!

I dont go to the city very often but when I do, I usually get raped on parking. An hour before I had planned to go I used this app, found a spot at more than half off the normal rate, and it was a 5 minute walk from my final destination. When parking time was nearing expiration , I was able to simply add 30 mins at no extra cost! It was awesome.

Amazing customer service. I get a detailed response each time I've filed a complaint or issue with a parking spot. The app itself is very easy to use. I also like that the spots provide detailed information on how to enter and exit the garage. And best of all, the spots are way cheaper through SpotHero than they are posted at the actual garage.

This app works well and access excellent NYC parking garages which are always clean, safe and courteously staffed - not easy to find in NYC. And the prices are really excellent. I have saved hundreds of dollars in 6 months. Easy to use, th directions to the garages links to your fav mapping ap and never had any issues. Highly recommended.

We use this app now whenever we drive into Boston or Cambridge. It seems to save about half to two-thirds of the cost. It's also great not having to worry about where you will be parking and winging it at the last moment. Step by step instructions specific for each garage or lot are very helpful. Never had a problem when using the app.

What an amazing App for City Parking! This App locates parking spots for you. All you have to do is pay & show up and SpotHero will do the rest for you. I use this App every time I visit downtown Chicago. The App will give you tons of options with prices and parking locations! Absolutely love this App! I highly recommend this App!

Finally a real money saver allowing me to drive into downtown Boston rather than having to take the unreliable subway on a frigid day. Needed to extend my reservation while downtown and that was no problem. Customer service was super nice and helpful. This will encourage me to drive where I want to go more often. AMAZING. Really.

Their customer service is excellent too! I had an issue with a parking garage once, even though I had reserved a spot with SpotHero. Ended up paying full price. I contacted SpotHero and they immediately reimbursed me!!

I don't give out 5 stars to any App, but have to make an exception for SpotHero. It is fast, accurate, easy to use and always delivers. Example: in NYC midtown December 18th, it found me a parking spot on 49th & 8th when my original garage was full. Did it in 2 minutes, for $17 ALL DAY. This is a must-have parking app.

I have used this app a few times and will continue to use it for as long it fit my parking budget. It really is a great app compared to other ones I've used in the past. It's pain free and very convenient, pricing is so affordable and reasonable. If you guys aren't using it you're paying too much and you're missing out!

The only thing hard about using Spothero is believing it is so easy! It is so easy to find the perfect place to park and the $avings are huge! They even tell you about the parking lot. Parking in downtown Chicago would have cost around $50 or more for a few hours. With Spothero I spent $18 and had 6 hours! Score!

I really love using the app, it's easy to use and I always save when I need to use public parking. The customer service is also excellent, it's a great compliment to the parking experience and makes me more comfortable using the app knowing a person is on the other end waiting to provide assistance if I need it.

I use this app every time I travel to New York City, and I can no longer imagine not having it. The directions to each facility are thorough, giving landmarks and surrounding structures instead of only a simple address. Just a couple days ago I saved $7 in parking because of the superior rate Spot Hero found!

Makes driving into the city so much easier. Just reserve my spot ahead of time, drive up, park, then leave. Best part is done have to worry about having cash or coins. If your plans change and you need to add more time, you can do that too through the app. No need to cut your time short to feed the meter.

This app is amazing anyone who travels for work or just for any events in which you would like to look for parking in advance I highly recommend it. I've been using this for work prior to my meetings it has been the best app in my phone so far! I don't understand how it only has six reviews!!!!! A+++

Booked an overnight slot in a garage. When I got there they were telling people they were full. Not me though. They honored my booking via SpotHero. Phew! Good prices and it works! Used it several times since. Cheaper prices and a guaranteed spot. Rare app. Does exactly what it promises.

Working in the West Loop, parking spots are few and far between. Spothero has managed to make life a lot easier by finding a great discount to convenient spaces near my office. I would highly recommend using their service if you struggle with finding parking anywhere in the downtown Chicago area.

I use SpotHero pretty much everyday for finding the best price for parking near where I'm going. Rates are accurate, and I really like how each location has pictures of the lot / entrance, and directions on how to get there. Been using for about a month now, and it's been quite reliable :)
