Regarding : T-Mobile APP, T-Mobile Reps., & T-Mobi

I just have to say, that whatever slight flaws or slight critical notes, I WOULD make, from my entire T-Mobile experience, are nothing more than, what I consider to be negligible, and simply a matter of the course of speed, of how QUICKLY, a company this large, attempts vehemently to be a leader in its outstanding NOVEL and QUALITY incentive offers, with little to no "small print disclaimer surprises". Being a new customer of only 5 MONTHS, after 19 years with all other major Mobile/Cellular carriers, along with several minor carriers, The CONSISTENT quality of Customer Service, constant attempts for "perks", upgrades, and greater "deals", continually added to and for their new and EXISTING plans and CURRENT customers, is refreshing,and superb. To see this amount of consistent and evolving quality, in only 5 months of patronage, in a global industrial world of dubious scams, red tape, and "buyer beware" business strategy, is truly inspiring, in what CAN still be accomplished, AND still succeed in this modern a era, even via a company as large as this multi-national/continental entity. 10 STARS! Congratulations on keeping PEOPLE and our Satisfaction as your daily, ongoing mission !!

I've tried them all!

I usually don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so since I'm very happy with my switch to T-mobile almost 2 years ago. I've had every major carrier (Verizon, AT&T and Sprint) so I know what I'm talking about. T-mobile has exceeded my expectations and has made a believer out of me. I LOVE T-mobile for the following reasons:
1. Great phone service (in my area and every area I have visited).
2. I have unlimited data for $50/month, but if I didn't, I'd be happy that only T-mobile offers unlimited streaming and Binge-On.
3. Blazing fast LTE with no speed cap (Cricket Wireless caps at 8 mps).
4. LTE coverage about 95% of the time, 4G 4.5% and Edge 0.5%.
5. WiFi calling
6. I can use my phone as a Hotspot with no extra charges.
7. Calling Canada and Mexico with no extra charges.
8. T-mobile is always innovating. It's great to see the other carriers copy T-mobile when they roll out another "Uncarrier" promotion.
9. Great customer service
10. A CEO who cares about the customer (I don't care what you say about his motivation for being the way he is, all I know is I'm benefitting in the end!)

I may have forgot something, nevertheless, no way I'm looking back! Go TEAM MAGENTA!

Awesome plan! App almost there...

SWITCHING TO T-MOBILE WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER! I was with AT&T out of convenience since the original Cingular and previous acquisitions for over 18 years. For my loyalty AT&T decided to screw me over by nickel and dime me with B.S. excuses on my consistent monthly/yearly usage. My monthly was already $100. AT&T decided to really crank the screwing and added a 30% increase. So I looked at my options... T-Mobile offers better service, great plans, and the best deals! Only thing so far for their new app is offer more accurate up to the minute usage info... However that's not enough to push me away! I haven't actually dealt much with their one on one customer service either on the phone or in person - that's because T-Mobile hasn't given me a reason. They only keep improving quality and offering better and better savings and deals to keep me! THANK YOU SO MUCH T-MOBILE, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ON MAKING THE CUSTOMER'S YOUR CENTER OF ATTENTION AND HAPPY! I ALWAYS RECOMMEND AND TELL OTHERS TO SWITCH TO T-MOBILE!

I love T-Mobile

I have been with T-mobile for almost 15 years. I rarely suffer from dropped calls (unless it's drop on the other end by a different carrier). Customer service is always fabulous & friendly. Plans are affordable & user friendly. I will never switch carriers. Even though some carriers, as of late, try to boast cheaper coverage. Their so called "better service" still falls short. I absolutely love T-Mobile!! Excellent reception EVERYWHERE, friendly & helpful customer service reps, & the best deals for the newest phones! I've got a lot of my friends & family to switch to T-Mobile by simply using my phone when their phones had no service or the call quality was very garbled & full of static. When I tell people about the affordable plans, phone payment options, & they see what a true unlimited plan looks like, they are sold!! I've compared my plan with similar plans of other carriers. No one comes close!!

Anywhere you go

I am always on the move, in the past 2 years I've visited over 20 countries, gladly most of them were under t mobile's global plan. While my friends struggled trying to figure out their chips, I simply turned my phone off and on, and I was ready to go. A lot could be improved in terms of coverage and speeds, but it has been a life saver and really helped me along the way. I must have converted a good number of friends over to T-Mobile and they're all happy. I definitely recommend it. Especially when I hear people complaining about "running out of data" or paying overages, or "my network does not offer an unlimited plan" or let's spend an extra 2 hours of our trip at the airport figuring out this chip thing because my bill will be $400 dollars otherwise. Yup, I sound like I work for t-mobile, but I don't, I work in advertising however, and this one is a freebie. I'm just a happy customer. :)

T-Mobile rocks and is best carrier

I had tried all kinds of carriers and the other ones end up changing things so fast and raise prices. I have been with T-Mobile for a long time and they always keep things easy and the prices stay the same. I get to travel all over the world and don't have to worry about racking up a huge cell phone bill while traveling. Customer service always there to help any way they can. I met the T-Mobile CEO John he's a great guy he cares about his customers and isn't all about money. I think I will be a T-Mobile customer for life. All my friends and family switched cause I showed them how much they can save and how happy they can be. Thank you for listening to your customers T-Mobile and not putting money first. So join them if your with a different carrier u will be happy u did. Rock on T-Mobile and keep kicking all the other carriers asses.

I love it!

I see some people complaining that in order for the diagnostic test to run, you need to give the app permission to access camera and contacts... Well, that's because the app runs tests that also involve sending/receiving calls and texts as well as having tests to run the camera BECAUSE if you need to replace your device (Warranty not insurance claim) all those tests need to be ran to determine that their isn't anything else wrong (broken) on your phone and you don't get a huge charge back (Yay T-Mobile for saving me a hassle and saving me money)

Also, I see people complaining that you can't be on wifi and access the app... That's is true. However, that's only for your personal protection. You can access the app while under wifi you'll just have to enter your user name and password.

Much better!!

I don't know why so many people are still complaining about the privacy of the app. It's not like someone's going to come knocking on your door asking about your contacts or photos. You're not that special. Anyway this app is a huge improvement from the previous one. It's a lot quicker and you can now do so much more! And if you're using the T-Mobile cell spot router you can be on wifi and use the app without having to switch to LTE. This app is amazing I hate passwords so I like the way it authenticates. And for those that say they are streaming and don't want to have to turn off wifi then wait till your done streaming duh! Give credit where credit is do and it looks like the
T-Mobile team did an amazing job on this update! I love all the things T-Mobile has been doing lately!

Much better

Let's me easily navigate what I want to see. For everyone and their issues, they have this thing called a computer which allows you to view things like your bill incase turning off the wifi on your smartphone to access your account seems to difficult for some of you. Oh and speaking of phones did you know you can call the lovely people at T-Mobile who can answer your difficult questions? Crazy right? If they only had physical locations to visit... Wait I'm hearing they do have brick and mortar stores that you can talk with real humans! Guys we all know why we are with T-Mobile because they're the best value in the business bar none. So what if the app is a little buggy what app isn't? At least they're listening and did something about their app. Go Broncos!

Love love love it

I absolutely love T-Mobile. I just joined T-Mobile after being with At&t for over 15 years. I can't believe I stayed with AT&T for that long of a time. I was paying 225 to 250 a month and had unlined data plans on 2 lines and no data on the other 3 lines.

With T-Mobile I have unlimited data on all lines and I am saving 60 bucks. I cannot believe I didn't make the switch earlier.

I was just afraid of leaving AT&T after being with them for so long. But AT&T charged so much and offered so little.

The choice was hard at first but I made it.

Customer service is sooooooo much better at T-Mobile. They are open 24 x 7.

The company is good as its CEO. And T-Mobile CEO is awesome for thinking of customers first.

Possibly the best decision I ever made

I used to be an AT&T customer and had been since they'd bought out Cingulair about a million years ago. It seemed like my bill just kept getting higher and higher, the service kept getting worse, and I was able to upgrade my phone less and less. I finally had enough when they made me wait another nine months to upgrade my two year old phone because I'd altered my cell plan at some point. So far, I've been nothing but ecstatic with TMobile. I pay less, can upgrade my phone every six months, pay monthly for my phone instead of high fees up front, have better service than I had with AT&T, and the TMobile Tuesdays are so great! I've recommended TMobile to everyone I know because it is more than worth what I pay for it!

I want to thank a wonderful team of representatives and supervisors and technicians that have worked on an issue that I've had since relocating in July with patients and teamwork everything is resolved. this is one very happy Tmobile!!! Lovin t-mobile

I had boost mobile for about 10 years. Until they messed up my personal hotspot. I had MetroPCS for about nine years. Until I found out that I was paying insurance on my handset, and it really didn't benefit me. Because when he came down to it. They wanted me to pay for almost the full cost of the phone. So I got rid of them. Then I went with cricket mobile for about a year. Because they told me I was able to multitask with my phone. And found out it wasn't so. And they kept on having brownouts with their service ,So I got rid of them. So as it stands, right now I'm with T-Mobile. No problems, able to multitask, and enjoying my personal hotspot, no problems at the service. So I'm loving it.

Excellent Service

I switched to T-Mobile about 6 months ago. I have been very happy with the service. The call quality is crystal clear. It automatically enables wifi calling when at home or in other wifi zones. This saves you money and solves the problem of connection weaknesses you get with mobile phones inside some buildings. The free international roaming is slow but perfectly adequate for email and text. The data speeds and connectivity in the US are great. I can stream videos even while riding under the bay on BART. Plus the video streaming doesn't count against your allotment with the binge on feature. I've tried both AT&T and Verizon and have found T-Mobile superior in all respects.

T-Mobile Knocked it outta the ball park

We have tried, Sprint, Verizon $$$, Boost, Metro... I mean you name it and with this new plan T-Mobile has I have to say I am completely impressed and bought-in. My husband drives across states and I can talk to him no problems, FaceTime with him, and it's completely affordable $190 for two lines (this includes insurance and leasing two iPhone 6 Plus) we also get 14GB EACH of hotspot!! My T-Mobile connection works better ((FASTER)) than my Comcast Internet.
If they keep it up I don't know what's gonna happen!!!

Verizon, great service too; but our last bill $1000 est. we are paying them and not yet sure How in the world that happened

Great Improvements!

T-Mobile had waited far to long to update this app. Was the update worth the wait? Yes!! There's been few complaints but I mean it's T-Mobile app what are people expecting? I'm simply happy the new app works! It's a huge improvement over the previous app. This app is great and simply makes all the #unfun things about the #Uncarrier a lot less stressful. I now can get accurate information about my account, data usage, pay my bill, and much more all without calling customer service. Which T-Mobiles customer service is great but I've never called as a happy complaint free customer just checking up on the reps, have you? Didn't think so!!

The Best. Period

I've had T-Mobile now for about 9 months and couldn't be happier . My selling points were the data stash and seamless overseas coverage. Since joining I've used TMobile in Russia, Sweden, Mexico, Estonia, Latvia, Denmark and Finland. Each time I enter the country I receive a message from T Mobile indicating the local carrier and what, if any, charges there will be on my end. So far zero additional charges calling and texting from the countries listed. T Mobile customer service is second to none. I frequently have what I'll call " stupid" questions, mainly on how my I Phone works and TMobile has been terrific and patient. Well done !

Love T-Mobile they are the best

In the past I've tried Sprint AT&T and Verizon, and so far I've been disappointed with all three carriers because I felt that the service is always overpriced and I could never truly enjoy my phone and using its data because of the fear of going over. But with the new T-Mobile one program I truly feel like I can use my phone without worrying and I'll go over my data. And even before T-Mobile one, I could've used my data and my internet would just slow down. I just ordered the iPhone 7 from T-Mobile and they shipped my phone to me overnight two day shipping for free! T-Mobile truly is number one for customer satisfaction!

Greatest company, FAMILY

T-Mobile is awesome! Their rates and service are phenomenal for the price. They work with you no matter what. They do not want to see you fall behind on bills so they work to help you out. Seriously people? The app does what it's supposed to do. Do you expect the app to give you wings or what? I'm happy with the app and T-mobile. I've been a customer of this company for over 10 years and it's been getting better every year. And now with the family plan for 4 people for $100 and unlimited data overseas, I'm really happy. Significantly cheaper than competitors. Phone service had always been great as well as their customer service.
