Love being able to log into the app and being able to check my current up to date usage on my mins, text and picture messages as well as my data. And there's even the option to call customer care from the app or if you don't wanna call them you can start a chat with them as well. Keep up the good work T-Mobile.

Switched from ATT. My speeds and service are way better now. This App works great now (had some glitches before) and allows me to see everything about the account. They took out the minutes and texts used. I'd like to see that just for personal information but because we are all on unlimited it's not big deal.

The app has grown up, looking more polished and still just as useful - check you due dates, data usage, even get tips to improve phones performance. Suggest you make the performance and improvement options clearer: it says it finds improvements but doesn't say what they are! Otherwise, well done T-Mobile!

Been with T-Mobile for almost 7 years now and they're great, customer service is wonderful also, this app has bee so helpful, view my bill and make a payment very quickly. Great job T-Mobile, all around!! I gotta say though, I miss the T-Mobile girl who used to be in their commercials a few years back!

I have been with T-Mobile for nearly a year now and in all this time I've only needed the app to do what I need to do like pay a bill or check my data and when that happens the app works perfectly. I don't see how all these other reviews that say it is pointless or doesn't work even exist.

For having just got my own plan T-Mobile has been there every step and made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting. Their app has all the information you would need for billing and how much data you have actually used if you have unlimited streaming so there is no confusion.

I haven't had any problems with this app. Allows me to do everything that I need. Quick, full of information and hasn't been buggy.

Been with T-Mobile since Voicestream...15 years. Has become a large, consistent network with the best customer support in the industry by far.

I really like T-Mobile services and app they are starting to really step there game up within the services they provide to there customers. I hope T-Mobile keep on providing awesome services for there customers and find out how to get underground services on metro as well!

I have had T mobile for 2 years already, and now me and my fiancé share a plan with T Mobile. They are very reliable, have excellent cellular service, and I absolutely love their phones and data plans! Everything is so affordable! I would recommend T Mobile to everyone.

It's funny because it was just the other day I had to use this app and I was amazed at how bad it was... I had a feeling T-Mobile knew this and was hard at work rewriting it from scratch... And sure enough, they were! Great work! This is literally night and day.

Ive never found it more easy to get things done that I'm thinking about the way I think of things now using the t mobile app by far easiest user friend informative app I've ever had thank you designers your geniuses please create all the things I use this way lol

The best part of T-mobile is their customer service. Coverage is sketchy in my area but the team worked with me to get much better coverage. I only wish I had later than 4:49 am on Wednesdays to use my T-mobile Tuesday gifts. I thought I had all day.

This app puts pertinent information (data usage, minutes and text messages) at your fingertips. You don't have to log into your account online or call for it! Convenient and easy to use -- the developers hit a home run with this app!

Just found out about the messaging on this app. Super easy to get info. I was able to answer several question on my way home from work that would normally take longer calling in to customer care or going into a store. Love this!!

Must have if you use T-Mobile service. Great for billing and also tracking usage, such as tethering usage. That is important to me as I travel often domestically and internationally. Much easier than the website and organized.

Not sure what most of the complaints are about. After a little familiarizing myself with the layout, I can access all the info I want to see and pay my bill. That's really all I want out of the app, and this one does it well.

Not sure why reviews are so low. I was able to adjust my data right from the app and was able to connect with a service rep within minutes using the chat feature. Light years ahead of what other carriers are doing!

I use this app frequently to check the usage on the devices I use more frequently. App is useful but could be a little faster. Overall very satisfied. Problems logging in? Turn wifi off, it really is that simple.

Held on for years with at+t. They were ok but now I'm sorry I didn't switch to T-Mobile before now. I am getting the same or better network speed and saving about $30 a month. Thanks T-Mobile!
