Been with T-mobile for over 9 years. While other carriers were ramping down unlimited plans to jack up prices T-mobile was ramping it up to provide true unlimited... the average person didn't used to need it and throttling at 3gb was no big deal but T-Mobile was the 1st to be ready to provide great streaming, app use and gaming without throttling. Us geeks needed true unlimited years before the average joe but with so much now involving internet connectivity your a fool to be without it and T-Mobile has the network to support the need!!!

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 yrs and I am so very pleased with everything. Whenever I contact customer service for any issue, they help me save money. And I believe that what makes good customer service. I like that if you purchase anything you can be put on monthly payments instead of paying for the item in full at the time of purchase. I enjoy the app as well, and I love that they gave a share of T-mobile stock to their qualified customers, now I really feel like a part of this company. Thank you T-mobile for making me a satisfied customer.

On iPad Pro no services due to it wifi only, so your new app does not work on wifi that did on old app.
The warning to turn off wifi settings to use services mean you get No services due to not having wifi only functions.

Why get a wifi setup? Because all carriers brag about making free phone calls using wifi, then you get device that t - mobile says only works on the t- mobile net work that is not wifi, intentionally killing my thousands of dollars of my device,

App does what it needs to do... One should always speak well of the things they like... Or don't like them... If you're unhappy with the provider, switch. It's called a competitive industry for a reason, and no one company can be perfect, or they'd monopolize the industry and we'd be stuck with paying whatever it is that they deem fit. As imperfect and flawed beings ourselves, we can't expect perfection... Duh... Kudos to T-Mobile though, for revolutionizing cellular telephony! I'm a loyal customer of 10 years and I've never considered switching providers...

I too have been scammed by T-Mobile. They're charging me for accessories that were given to me for "free". However, that is not the apps fault. On to the review.

I used the old T-Mobile app and it was absolutely dreadful, slow and outdated. The app's design has been drastically improved for Iphone 6, and has also gotten noticeably faster than the old one. Checking my next data refresh is easily accessible now which is more convenient than having pull up the website on a laptop to check it. All-in-all, I am very happy with the change.

The T-Mobile application has made huge improvements and I love the way they care not only about their customers, but also the customers phones and usage. I get to see Additional info on how I can prevent damaging my phone, other great options on here like paying my bill etc. in the past I couldn't use my wifi to log in but now I can. Thank you. Besides the app, switching from Verizon to T-mobile last year was the best decision I have ever made. I will continue to recommend all my friends and family to switch. Once again, thanks.

T-mobile it the best carrier out there period. They give so many incentives to switch. They are the best value hands down. I save literally Thousands of dollars over the years on a $30 bill rather than a $100+ bill. Plus roll over data. Plus their 4Glte is very reliable. Plus T-mobile Tuesdays. Plus All of North America counts as domestic calling. No bogus activation fees. Financing for all their devices. If you're a loyal customer they don't even care if your credit is bad. I am certain there is not a better deal out there.

T-Mobile saved me! I have always been the latest iPhone person utilized it's user friendly ways to the max and for many years AT&T was the only carrier that had good coverage for a sailor going through Canada to Alaska. They got greedy costs kept going higher until it was crazy the amount I had to pay settled out in the end just under 2,000$ between iPhone and plan!! T-Mobile rocks my world I can freely use data or call and have a peace of mind too now with out all of my earnings going to a cell bill!

T-Mobile has the best plans and deals for the price of any service provider. Half the cost of Verizon. Free music and video. Wi-Fi calling and the best price and coverage globally. T-Mobile is a godsend. I've had no coverage problems. So regardless of what Verizon says about their coverage it's no better than tmobile, at least from my perspective. Verizon takes advantage of their customers by over charging for their services along with hidden charges. Make the switch you'll be happy you did.

I have been in the United States for about 3 years now and was told about T-mobile by my uncle so I decided to use their prepaid service and I haven't looked back since, moved to the post-paid plan within a year. I have been able to move about my 12 of my friends to the network. Yes they might have one or two bugs from time-time but once I call and tell them about it's always resolved within hours. On that note Their customer is crazy cool , most time it feels like ur talking to an old friend

This is a great app. It's simple and pleasant to navigate although improvements are welcome. Some reviewers are complaining about the wifi having to be off or that he app takes too long and I just don't see those as big issues.

The app is just as fast/slow as any other mobile carrier app and it's understandable why T-Mobile requires the use of their own network when accessing account info. At its core, this app is for making payments and checking data usage and it does a good job at that.

I established this account with T-Mobile in January or February of 2007 and I have never looked back! I would have to be honest and point out that early on the coverage was lacking in rural areas. However, you'd have great coverage in major metropolitan areas. Had to wait for better phones but, it was well worth the wait. Customer service has always been T-Mobile's Strength! Recently offered great deals to go to Sprint and then Verizon. Never gonna do it!!!! Love T-Mobile!!!

Thanks t-mobile for making it such a pleasurable experience to actually have a cell phone. From the fantastic customer service, to the amazing new perks (binge on is so awesome and it's great to be able to AirPlay anywhere in the house.), to the great reception I get pretty much anywhere... Overall it's put faith back in my life to have a seamless easy way to have a smartphone in this age. I'll be recommending friends and family and hopefully start building stock up!

T-Mobile is by far my favorite carrier. I've had AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. I can honestly say with T-Mobile, I get the greatest overall value for the best price. It's the perks that make the difference; streaming video from certain apps not counting against data plan, Tuesday free offers, the customer service is wonderful - they've never told me no when I've made a request, always helpful. I'll never leave T-Mobile and if you aren't with T-Mobile, you should be.

I'm so glad I switched to T-Mobile. I have unlimited everything and don't have to worry about a thing. I'm enrolled in easy pay so I never have to worry about paying my bill. T-Mobile just makes it so easy, it's awesome. I live on the border and travel frequently to Mexico. My phone works perfectly over there just as it does here in the states. It's a perfect setup. I'm extremely pleased with T-Mobile and couldn't thank them enough for everything they do.

I remember I used to be with Verizon the bill was always to high and my data was never unlimited I made the switch and did the monthly plan for $50 I couldn't believe it unlimited everything then later I have got a contact even though T-Mobile doesn't call it a contact. I love the jump program which I can upgrade my phone 3x a year I don't know no other phone company who can do that and I have two lines my phone bill is still cheaper and reasonable.

I've been with Verizon since 2010 and came to T-Mobile in '16. So far the service has been near perfect , aside from some slower connections during baseball games or concerts. The app is easy to navigate and their promotions (T-Mobile Tuesdays for example) are really great things that no other company in the US is offering. As a person whose been with AT&T, Verizon & Sprint, over the years, T-M is by far the best service for the $$$!!!

From the past reviews I've seen, this app has improved a lot now that tmobile carries iPhones. I can check my minutes, texts, and data usage all on one page. From what I can see you can also pay your bill from it (I haven't tried yet myself). The app seems to load fine and everything works for me. Happy I downloaded this. Wanted to check out how many minutes I had and now I know plus I know which way I will be paying my bill next time!

Flew to Guatemala two weeks ago and my service turned from Tmobile to Movistar with out changing the sim. Then I got a text from tmobile telling me that text and 2G data are free during my vacation and calls where $0.20 a min. That's awesome. I used my Google maps, Pandora,Free texting and mms and since everyone I know has imessage I was using facetime audio for calls so they were free. And now with tmobile Tuesday. Awesomeness!!

I've been with T-Mobile for the past 5 years and I must say they have improved there services over the years but the only issue I have is that they promote and promote that there expanding their network but for some odd reason they keep missing my house lol but besides that I get good signal wherever I go. I also like there rate plan and I love the fact that they still have UNLIMITED DATA! And it's affordable.
