I'm not really understanding what is all the hype for, why everyone has been giving this app so many negative reviews. I have been having this app for at least 4 months, and there is no problem what so ever for what the developer made it for. It does what it needs to do, and it is very convenient to check out my billing status. THANK YOU Developer :) for making my life a little easier with this technology.

T-Mobile is awesome. I use to be a customer for AT&T for three years until they started charging me outrageously for going over my data. So I left them & joined the t-mobile family. I am not going to lie. I was a little skeptical at first. But they actually are great. It's nice not having to worry about going over. Customer service is excellent. They really work with you & this app is awesome(:

I was worried about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile but am I ever glad I did! Service isn't quite as flawless as Verizon but it's still really good service. Plus the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! And you can't beat binge on! If you don't have the T-Mobile Tuesday's app you need that too. They give away cool stuff every Tuesday. Got a free ticket to suicide squad this week. Pretty killer

So this is for the app and service as well.... First the app was garbage at first... The new updates and layout really make it seem less to pay your bill and even talk to a rep... Love it!!!! The service with the new 700mghz fingers crossed on the 600mghz I'm getter service across the country getting it in places I never used to in the mountains where I ski! Places Verizon has no service

I have had other service providers and T-Mobile is by far the best in every area. I've traveled both the east and west coast on vacation and experienced very few outages in service. Customer service and website are awesome! Also way more affordable than AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. I love the new TMobile Tuesdays. Last week we got a free pizza, a frosty and a Lyft ride. Keep it up TMobile!

I used to have Verizon and the customer service was awful, since I have switched to T-Mobile about a year ago I have had very few problems and when I do have a problem they fix it instantly. They answer promptly when texted through the T-Mobile app and are very kind. The customer service is amazing and I would recommend T-Mobile to anyone. They also consistently reward loyal customers.

I get the information needed about my account without having to login. Two thumbs up.

A lot of unwarranted complaining regarding the speed. Geographic distance affects how fast the query reaches the server, and how fast the data is returned. So what if it takes 5 seconds to get data. Learn to have some patience.

Also, the 1 star ratings for non-existent features is hilarious.

I switched from my old cell company to T-Mobile and I am very happy that I did. I walked into a t mobile store and asked about there buy out plan from my old cell company who I still had a two year contract with. They bought my old phone and gave me a new one and bought out my old plan as well. In the process I got a new phone and a better phone plan. Very happy that I switched

I finally had a reason to leave AT&T two years ago, and I couldn't be happier. There's too many darn good incentives for those who consume a large amount of information and entertainment on their mobile devices. And with 11 Uncarrier moves so far at the time of this writing, I see no reason to ever leave! Thank you so much, T-Mobile. I can actually love a service I pay for!

We have been with T-Mobile since 2003 and I can't imagine us switching to another provider. It's really awesome to be with TMob. Their international service is just awesome as we went to Bermuda and we could send and receive text back home in the states and can still do some internet and never been charged for a fee when I received the bill. I did checked it to be sure.

I have been with every wireless company & I always had issues with them due to my bill always being different or I wouldn't get service. With T-Mobile I know how much my bill is going to be every month there are no surprises and I love that I can cross the border and I can still use my phone how I normally do and I don't have to worry about paying extra.

Switched to T-Mobile a week ago and couldn't be more pleased with this nifty app, and our signal strength on a great network. But most especially the T-Mobile peeps we have been in contact with during our multiple line activations and their online support. It is so good we haven't needed to step foot in a store! Great app, great people= great company!

I'm able to check my monthly bill, and see my data usage. All in one. When paying my monthly bill I am able to pay it very easily and the notifications are helpful. They remind me to pay my bill sometimes my week is crazy and I forget. But the only problem I have is that my bank information never saves. I hope it gets fixed or maybe it's just my phone

I have been with T-Mobile for so long they have wonderful upgrades an you know everything has pro an cons but customer service is what brings me back they have soul toons to problems an have always helped me an even worked with payments I got enrolled in a new pay plan too. Thanks T-Mobile ❤️❤️❤️❣

This app is simply amazing. It far more than just an app to pay your monthly bill. The app actually tells you about your phone usage and how you can improve your battery life and troubleshoot not only coverage issues, but tells you the health of your device. I've used all the carrier apps and this one is by far the most useful and polished.

New app is great. Easy to view, easy to use, easy to navigate and understand. Worlds better than the old one, which wasn't that bad to start with. Whoever made these changes understands the common, lazy, customer. Hopefully someone higher up paid the maker of this new version at least a briefcase full of money, if not, a big promotion.

I refused to install the T-Mobile app over how AWFUL the app was. It served no purpose besides making my life hell.

After the update, I LOVE IT! It's one of the best carrier apps I've ever used and I sell cellphones.

I love this app. I use it allow the time to make my payments, ask questions, or to check out update information. I have not had 1 issue with this app. In fact, I prefer using the app instead of calling to talk to someone. Much more convenient and so very easy. Thanks T-Mobile!!! I'm a customer for life

I have had this on all my iPhones. I have been with T-Mobile for over 4 years. The app works well and always has. However, the key is that you need to have wi fi off so that you are connected to the app via t-mobile data. It states this prior to using. That way, the app can verify what it needs to and it works flawless.

I was hesitant to switch from Verizon after 8 years concerned about buyers remorse. This Binge on program is the best since the mobile handset. With Verizon I shot my whole data load of 5GB watching a 2 hour movie. Now I use my data to watch DirecTV through my sling box and MLB app and I use ZERO DATA. Thanks T Mobile
