Haven't had any real emergencies to report at this time. But, had a few minor details that needed to be sorted out. Went back to check the app, to find all details were re-adjusted within moments if not at the same time of being on the phone with the representative. That's the way an app and the company should work, cohesively. Great job. Not looking forward to any accidents but feel CONFIDENT when they arrive, they'll be handled with the same appropriateness.

Way better!! Way easier to read and navigate through out the app. Quoting new vehicles is easy and fast. Changing coverages was a breeze. The wheel selection design is similar to my apple programs and easy to transition between. All-in-all looks well designed.
By the sounds of it there's a few bugs but it's new; easy fix within a few days... Maybe its inconvenient for some but worth it if your patient. Ps: just use your browser for now if it doesn't work...

I just switched from being a long time user of State Farm. After relocating and looking for ways to cut down on expenses but without cutting back on coverage I thought I'd try Geico. I haven't regretted it at all. A representative contacted me a few days ago and when I told him I had a bug and wasn't well he stopped and changed modes into I hoped I felt better and said he'd called back in a few days! That meant a lot. Wonderful experience

I love this app! But I have Updated it today. It said it had a update fix for the touch ID issue. I never had the touch ID issue. But now that I have updated it I do have the touch ID issue. Now when I log in trying to use the touch ID it says my session has expired and will not log me in. It was working perfectly before this new update. I'm still leaving five stars because I love the app! But please Geico fix this problem. Make me love it again!

I'm happy with the interface and I really appreciate not having to remember to take the new slips of paper to my car when they are updated. Info in the app is always up to date, contact numbers easy to find, and I love that the VIN is easy to access. That feature has come in handy a few times when I would have otherwise needed to go out to my car and get the slip so even if I hope not need to call GEICO from the app, it's worth having installed.

My wife was just rear ended!! She was on the phone with a geico rep and had to get off in a hurry because the urgent care staff decided she had been sitting in her car to long. She was unable to get her claim number to give to the urgent care staff because she had to hang up. She asked me to call up Geico and get the number. I went on my Geico app and there her claim number was. The app just saved me from having to call in!! Yaaaay Geico app!!

I am a new Geico customer (signed up in March 2016), and my overall experience with the company has been great! I did a lot of research on different insurance companies, and Geico had the best coverage and rates by far. They also have excellent, fast, and friendly customer service. Their app is a reflection of the great service I have received from them. It is simple, convenient, and easy to use. Excellent app by an excellent company!

I've been with Gieco for 7 years and had no problem with them there great I like the cool method of their ID card you you receive on you mobile phone I love that you forget to change your old ID card for the new one no panic I just go on my phone log in retrieve the ID that's located on my account I get stopped by police and its all there I recommend this anyone who forgets their new card and places it in car great tool love it!!!

Cannot say enough how much I love the Geico app. It is very easy to add and rove vehicles from your policy as well as make any policy adjustments. You can easily pay and have easy access to insurance cards at all times. To make it even better I was able to file a claim for a crack in my windshield and make an appointment for someone to come out and fix it directly from the app!! Great job Geico on a truly user friendly app!

I have used a number of account management apps that are supposed to be more accessible and user friendly than having to go the full website. However, most of these Apps are significantly lackluster. The Geico App delivers all of the features and usability you expect from the full website in a clean, approachable, and attractive way. I'm very satisfied with the work they have put into making this app be so user friendly.

I really like Geico and the great service I receive from them. The app is great. You can request quotes, change dates to postpone payments, change address because of a move, etc. I haven't tried the roadside assistance yet or file a claim feature but I am sure it works great. The remainder of the app is so simple to use and you always get notified via email when there is a change. I recommend this app if you have Geico.

GEICO service has been top-notch ever since I switched a few years ago. They're app is just simply superb when it comes to convenience and portability. Even though the cops doesn't necessarily like it because I have to hand over my personal device. I was able to add another car on the policy just by using the app. Having this app is a must for GEICO policy holders, this is the ultimate convenience insurance policy app.

The ID Cars feature is awesome and very convenient. I don't have to wait for the card in the mail anymore or wonder where it is in my wallet. I just pull out my phone whenever I need proof of insurance and there it is. The Emergency Roadside Service feature is also very simple and easy to use. You can use your phone's gps to help them figure out your location. Everything else is a simple drop down list. Amazing app.

It's rare that a service provider, specifically a paid one, gets their application design right. Geico hit the nail on the head. The UI is clean and intuitive, it's also responsive and performs well. Any information you could want to manage about your account seems to be readily available here. "Knock on wood" that you don't have to make a claim, but even that is simple and clean through the app. Good job guys!

I use this app every month. My favorite thing about it is the ability to postpone my auto-payment (that's set up for the same day each month) directly from my phone. Convenient and fast, since I don't need to call Geico to speak to a representative.
You can also pull your insurance ID cards and policy coverages, so it's pretty much an all-in-one app. Love this and would recommend to anyone with a Geico policy.

Easy to use, great looking. And it just works. There are so many features included in here it's staggering. I can't imagine the amount of work that went into building the back end of this app.

Very, very impressive app not just for a car insurance company - but what other companies should strive for. I'm looking at you Comcast. And Verizon Wireless.

The little things make a big deal - great job GEICO!

Never really used the app much, mostly just used it to keep track of my payments. But unfortunately I was in an accident, and had to file a claim. The app was a huge help during the whole process. It gave me access to the status of my repairs, rental car, and info on exactly who to call if I wanted more info about my claim. Geico service was excellent during the process, and the app was a great addition.

Just paid my bill in less than one minute! Also, when I first switched to Geico (SF prior), I saved 50% on a brand new car with full coverage! The Geico Gecko doesn't lie! My bf's SF rep even tried to get me to switch back, but after I told him what I paid with Geico, he said there was no way he could match it.

Side note: I just found out what Geico stands for, Government Employees Insurance Co.

I purchased my very first brand new 2015 BMW two days ago and while driving home from toys "R" us for my daughter a rock flew up and cracked my windshield! I was in such disbelief that I immediately called my sales person and he told me that GEICO does glass repair free! So inconveniently opened the app and submitted my claim in less then ten minutes of the damage happening! That simple free of charge!

This is a great app. I especially love the ability to view your ID cards off-line. It would be nice if the ID cards updated automatically once a new period started without having to login. However the app is so good that I really don't mind the small nuisance. Plus, I guess it means the Geico app isn't constantly looking online to see if it needs to update my ID card so maybe it has a tiny benefit.
