Despite the fact that I had a previous accident from a long time ago (BTW my car was stolen I had no clue) they have been very understanding of the situation and didn't base my quote off an old accident. My coverage is super cheap and I have searched through many places and by far the best prices EVER!!

First off all GEICO has my business for life. Why? Because they have earned it. They utilize technology but not at the sacrifice of customer service. I can do anything car insurance related via the GEICO app quickly and easily. This is just an example of their excellence in the car insurance industry!

This app is awesome I just moved into a new place and with everything being hectic I didn't realize I spent more then I should have, and freaked out cause I knew my insurance was coming up before I got payed again, thanks to the app I was able to postpone the due date and be able to work stress free!!

I like that I can pull up my insurance cards without going through the complete processes of logging in, this makes the app very practical for quickly producing evidence of insurance on demand (even though I have a paper copy of my insurance cards) it's nice to know that proof can quickly be produced.

All has been put into this app, to include user thought. Very nice, easy to find what you're looking for. So good there are no suggestions. GEICO just may have the "perfect app". I love automation and how far we as a country have come; this app is a prime example. Thanks for this opportunity.

I like the fact that almost all features available through the app. Geico treating it's app as first class citizen. Love to get things done quickly with the app. Clean interface. Sometimes slight delay between progress bar disappears and actual content loads, noticed this when change of address.

By far one of the most useful and easy to use apps around. If only they'd make the Apple Watch app a bit more functional by allowing you to view your insurance ID card or at least basic policy information instead of just making a payment from the watch. Still a great app as far as I'm concerned.

I recently switched to Geico Insurance due to substantial savings. One of the big benefits has been the mobile app. I love how convenient it is! I can have my car and motorcycles on the same account, view my coverage and manage my payments. Plus, the ID cards are easy to pull up. I recommend!

Easy to use... I can get roadside assistant with just one press to the button & you can do so much other things like pay bills check policy get ID cards so you don't need paper in car and you can order new ones too!!!! How Cool is that!!!
Also you can make a claim with just one push easy!!!

Being a young adult things/Bills either slip my mind or are just a hassle to get done. Not with this app! With this app not only can you review and edit your policy, but they make paying your bill as simple as clicking and tapping a couple of buttons. This easily deserves to be a 5 star app

Company I pay lol but my experience with them to date has been the best ever! Highly recommend them to everyone and all, I've even tried to talk my parents into leaving their overpriced company they've been with since I was a child 25+ years ago

This app from gieco is really easy to use. You can get what you need (quotes, card IDs, file claims, find car worth, ...etc) much faster than standing on the line and waiting for someone to process your information. I truly appreciate the effort and thought that went into making this app!

We were with our previous insurance company for 20 years. It's true! Within a few minutes they saved us a lot of money. Customer service is the best and super friendly. The app has features that are useful and handy to have with you. It has only been a few hours but I already love this!!

I love this app! It took me two minutes to cancel a vehicle, get a quote, change my policy and receive my ID cards! Wow! Not only are the rates impressive but the app is user friendly! I recommend to all my friends!! If your not using this app your wasting to much of your precious time!

I hate paying for insurance. I hate insurance companies. It hurts to say I love Geico's app. But, I will give props where they are due. The app is by far better than any other company collecting my money. Geico will keep my business and get my referrals because of their app. Seriously.

My first insurance app, Geico app does exactly what I need it to do. I can check get to my insurance ID cards easily, check on my claim, and even delay my payment if I can't afford to pay it on time! Awesome time saver and very convenient, kudos to the programmers behind this great app

I can do everything on my phone without having to turn on my computer. I'm researching a new car and was able to build new quotes just like online and wow! Seeing the monthly difference in coverage costs will definitely factor in my car decision. Super easy and convenient - I love it.

So useful... Touch ID login is a time saver, and being able to access claim and information as well as helpful FAQs when you're freaking out after your first accident is pretty legit. I'm so glad I went with them as my insurance provider, and that their app matches their service :)

Love this app!

Had my car broken into a few months back and all I had to do for window repair was open the app, select broken or damaged glass and I was directed to the nearest repair shop.
It's also a great way to set up auto pay, delay payment or pull up you're Insurance card.

Geico has always paid great customer satisfaction and assistance than any other insurance company I have been with. If you want a great experience, the confidence and peace of mind of being taking care of. Then please choose Geico! Will be my long term permanent insurance company.
