This app is fantastic at managing your account. Even when I had new coverage and got into an accident three months into my coverage l, I never once had to go on to a desktop computer to access my account. The app has all the features and abilities built in, that needing to go anywhere else would be pointless. The only gripe I have is that sometimes when navigating back to a pervious screen, the system will take you all the way back to the main menu which is slightly taxing but just a mild annoyance. If they fix that, they will have a fantastic app on their hands!

I don't usually write reviews for apps but I'm so extremely impressed by Geico's integration between app and real people that I just needed to. I had my parked car hit a few months back and they were so responsive and filing the claim via app was very easy. I also love how available all of my information is to me. In the past with other insurance companies o would have to call someone to figure out my coverage instead of being able to look really quick in an app. Also I figured I would also mention the ease of use is amazing. I'm just in awe over it!

I don't typically write reviews for apps unless I come across a really well built and thought out design and I have to admit, Geico has exceeded my expectations on this one! This app offers all the valuable info a user could possibly need! Insurance cards can be emailed, faxed, or sent by regular mail, user is able to view their current coverage within a matter of seconds, any discounts (if applicable) are displayed and easily accessible. Plus a great deal of other options! And, it's FREE! Way to go on designing a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ app!

Geico has thoroughly impressed me. I was with nationwide and heard geico had good deals, so for fun I got a quote online. Their rate was fantastic! I quickly received an even cheaper quote in the mail and called immediately. It turns out my ticket I received a couple of years ago is now off my record and they gave me an insanely low rate. The customer service over the phone was tremendous and they guided me to the app. The app is easy to use, helpful, and makes billing so simple. I couldn't be happier with my switch and my new policy.

So it was time to Renew my policy with my previous company and of course my rates went up but my coverage went down. When I asked why they told me the policy had changed. Thanks for the info. I left that office fast. Heard the commercials and thought, why not? I called in they answered within minuets and were every bit as helpful as they claim!! Coverage nearly doubled and for about $2 less than I was paying originally at my last broker. Not looking back and looking forward to working with that little Geico!!!

I am in the insurance industry, though not with Geico but I have them for my auto insurance. Their rate is so far the best for me. This app is seems to eliminate the need for me to contact them, ever. It is the most useful utility-style app I own. I can't endorse it enough; there's all sorts of billing options and every document I could ever need (dec pages, ID cards, etc) in addition to special services like find the nearest gas station or food or whatever. It's really well thought out and very responsive. Cheers.

Luckily, this app has left me with little to say except these people do their jobs to the best of their ability-this app has never once failed me. I have added cars, subbed cars, started claims, viewed claims, made payments and gotten quotes...

All these actions were performed without hassle or trouble. And while I am fairly internet friendly I can also see how this app would be easily navigated by those who are not dab hands at the Interweb.

This app works so well I never think about it-that's function!

From the age of 15 to 25 I've had a bunch of different insurance providers . Geico is the best and most reliable insurance company out there . Easy to set up , easy to pay .literally made easy . They always send me my ID cards and the price always stays the same . I've needed to get my card towed twice and each time it happened I was at work . They rushed everything and handled the situation so I didn't have to . I will definitely keep this company till the day I can't drive .

This is the way insurance companies and apps should work. Nothing like a company with such a good customer service and an app that can back them up. You can sign, pay, call customer service and pretty much do it all from this app!!
I'm working on a claim (not my fault) from somebody that crash into me from the back... Geico has been awesome and really worked fast into getting things resolved. The app helped all the way of the process... Even to sign forms, and to upload as well. Thanks to the Lizard!!

Recently my car stopped working in the middle of the highway. My first instinct was to call my friend to come and pick me up. Then, I used the Geico app to request roadside assistance. As soon as I finished entering my information, someone from Geico called and dispatched a tow truck. The tow truck arrived at the same time as my friend! I'm really impressed by the easy use of the app and by the speed with which the friendly attendant answered my call. Thanks for developing a useful app that actually works!

I've had the misfortune of being involved in two awful auto situations - one car breakdown that requires a tow, and one collision that required all sorts of things (as you can imagine). It is incredibly handy to have all of my policy and claim information available at the touch of a button. Touch ID is particularly convenient. I use the app more than I use to website for that very reason. Really satisfied. Not app related, but also: thanks for providing the best price for my auto insurance. THANKS GEICO!

I am such a procrastinator and I have had a rock hit my windshield and I didn't call right when it happened . This lead to not calling the next day etc until my brother said it would need fixed and I said I have geico and I can get it fixed I just haven't ( long story short ) I figured they were closed and I used my app to see what my coverage was and I did a claim right then and there at midnight . Yay I finally feel accomplished and I have an appt now to have it fixed !!! Nice job Geico !!!

Not only do I love the insurance Geico provides but I am absolutely ecstatic about the paying capability of the app. It makes my life less stressful and helps me keep track of my monthly bill and gives me notifications 1 to 5 days before my payment is due which is very convenient. The app is also very useful if you need to file a claim on the scene of an accident because sometimes it's annoying and time consuming calling an agent and try to explain your situation and reason for your claim.

Easy breezy app. You can access and Manage claims.. Upload pics and docs. Contact your personal claim team directly and do much more. I'm never leaving Geico. Straight forward, unmatched claim processing speed, courteous, professional and knowledgable staff. I drive in NY where bad n reckless drivers are unavoidable..so to give me an added peace of mind! I stuck with Geico. Always there and always on time! Hey, you never know "15mins could save you 15% or more on car Insurance"

I am so happy I downloaded the app. During my recent family road trip I had a blowout. I logged into the Geico app and went to Roadside assistance then typed in my information. Within minutes a Geico rep called me. She was able to pinpoint our location based on my gps and sent help. I also received text messages updates regarding my service request.
My family and I were so impressed with the fast and courteous service.
I definitely recommend downloading the Geico app.

I have filed a few claims for various matters and not once has the app failed to deliver. From needing gas delivered to my wife on the side of the road, a cracked windshield, and a wheel destroying pothole. Every experience has been flawless. I even was able to make adjustments to my policy without ever picking up the phone. Not only is GEICO an awesome insurance company, but their app just adds to the accolades and is yet just another reason I will be a lifelong member.

Everybody loves this app, so why does it just show a dark, vertically split screen (black & purple) when I run it on my iPhone 6?
I just reloaded it and am relieved to say it seems to now be working. Raising my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

OK, apparently I found my way to the website instead of the app. Now I see the cute pictures and my insurance ID cards and my review goes to all 5 stars.

The Geico app is truly one of the most simplistic apps to use and the best part is that it works. I've had Geico for almost 3 years now and I think I called Geico once and that's to fix and error I made. The app allows you to view all paperwork, pay your premium, pick a payment plan, make changes, and also comes with a digital copy of your insurance card which has come in handy time and time again. I've never encountered a glitch or issue and the layout is clean.

Wow! 15 minutes really could save you 15% or more on car insurance. I saved 50% and got a better policy! The app is amazing. Very user friendly. And I love the ID card. It is great. The only downside is not having the fingerprint sign in for those of us with the iPhone 6. And I would love to be able to use the ID card in the passbook app without having to sign into the geico app every time I need quick access to the ID card. Other than that, this is the best app.

This app is awesome! It's one of the reasons I switched back to Geico. Along with the fact that, when I had Geico before, they handled my claim quickly and guided me through the whole process when I had my very first accident two years ago (it wasn't my fault). I also get a safe driver discount because I have no tickets and no accidents on my record. I have full coverage with roadside assistance, and I still pay less than with other companies. I love you guys!
