I use the app to Controll the system both via wifi and cellular data . Always had quick responses . Never crashed on me while using . iOS 9 going well as well :-)

This app functions well, offers great functionality and continues to improve with each update. We use it a lot as a family and find it intuitive and easy to use!

Love this app! Can disarm and arm our alarm from anywhere. Also able to have multiple people use it for more than one location. Notifications are quick also.

Great app, really powerful if you take a few minutes to learn how to use it. Never had problems with dropped commands or the like.

After taking some time to learn how to use the app I don't have any complaints. Can do pretty much everything I can do on the website!

Although at times reflects sensors open that are not this app serves its main purpose for me with mobile arming and disarming.

I love the app! I get up to date text messages all the time. My only issue is something's the activity history doesn't update.

No issue what so ever, and always useful when I leave home and forgot to set alarm, good record of alarms notifications!!!

Not sure what problems people are having? Contact your dealer if you're having problems! It's usually an issue there.

Just got an alarm.com update and it looks like the fingerprint ID and general crash problem is fixed.

After 9 months (and preceded by an Apple Watch app), the app finally supports native resolution for iPhone 6/6+.

3D Touch shortcuts are awesome! Best app available for interactive security, automation, and video monitoring.
