Great system easy to use. The mobile app needs the same versatility as the panel so the main user can allow family members limited access to arm and disarm thru the app without giving them full access where they may make an accidental Chang in the system.

I love this app! (and its push notifications)! If you have a loss of power at your home, it will also show a percentage of homeowners within a 2 mile radius of your system that are also without power. Very handy and functional app. I use it everyday.

I love this app! I can watch my new puppy during the day using video cameras and be alerted when our dog walker is coming and going using the security system and get a clip of the dog walker entering the home! Love it, so glad we have this system.

This app is great! I love being able to control my thermostats remotely, and unlocking the front door with the phone makes it so much easier to do groceries. Being able to rearrange the order of the layout from the main screen is really great too!

This is a must have if your alarm company offers it. I love the fact that if there is something going on I know right where to look. I also have my A/C set up with this app. I can set rules. I also know when someone is turning the air up or down.

Love this app, it works perfectly. I love it that I can control my home and see live video, all from my phone! I just wish that the lights section would somehow tell you if the light is actually on or off. Other than that it is awesome!

I so love this app , it's fantastic . Love having control no matter where I am in the USA . Stuck at work and neighbor will run over to let the dog out .... No problem turning alarm off and back on ..... Love this app highly recommend

Had the app before and I thought it was great then, now it's even better. I like being able to see when pet sitter enters and goes from my home and how long they were there. We have plans to add a few more services also... Love it!

Love using the app to look at my live and saved video clips. But I wanted to send someone a video clip through text. I wish I could download the clip from the app right to the videos section of my iPhone. Overall awesome though!

I recently added home automation to my system and this app makes it very easy to control all of the features- without having to search or wait. My one objection is that the app has a slight delay when operating my lights. 10/10

This app changed the life at home. We can see everything is happening when we are not there. Everything you need to do is a tap away. And the home automation features are by far the best in the market. 2 thumbs up for you guys

I can now keep so much better track of the security status of my home from across the country. I can also change alarm status literally on the fly as needed, as well as program comings and goings of others. Great app!

This app has been very well designed. The interface is easy to use and has tons of features from notifications to alerts. Love the fact that I can arm and disarm remotely! Latest update has Touch ID enabled access!

Works seamlessly with my alarm system, door lock, camera, and thermostat. Customizable layout so you can put what's important front and center. Gets laggy sometimes but I attribute that to the network not the app.

Had the app forever ago and it keeps getting better. Now I've upgraded to the outdoor cameras and I'm pleased with their new outdoor cameras and video storage. First had them with Vivint and now Protection 1.

I love being able to unlock my door from my car when I have an arm full of groceries. Bonus when it's night time and my lights turn on in my porch and living room automatically when I get close to home!

I use the app everyday. New updates are great, cool new thermostat scheduling. It's great how everything is accessible from main page. I've also found it to be the most useful app for the Watch.

Easy to use and functional app. I read some people are having trouble with Touch ID or screen size but mine is great. No problems with either. Support is amazing as well.

I love being able to use the Touch ID in the app! Very cool update! I've always loved using this app but I love that they keep up with new features on the latest IOS.

From all apps easiest to use. Very intuitive. Wish it was I different languages as English is not my native, rather than that all well thought and easy to navigate.
