I wish I was able to talk on the intercom to this app. And/or have cameras monitored through this app also. Turned the alarm on and turned it off accurately. You always got to make sure that you have good Wi-Fi on the phone while using that or it will not work. Or that your phone has good reception. It's not you're going to open the door in the largest sound.

We use this app daily. It is simple and easy to use! So easy to arm the system or disarm from the car before pulling away. Not to mention you can check it anywhere if you've forgotten to set the alarm before leaving. Not sure why some call it "dated!" There's no reason for it to have any extra unnecessary buttons anyways. Very happy with this app!

I use this app for my security system at my primary home (Ohio) and vacation home (Florida). I'm able to lock/unlock doors, change thermostats, turn lights on/off, get alerts on just about anything I want. Occasionally, I'll have a hiccup but it's not clear whether the root cause is the app or the internet connection. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The app has been great for the past 2 years. BUT please make the text and characters a little bolder/darker to read easier in the outdoor light! Either bold or more contrast should help?

Specifically the sensors list and on the main page where it displays "No Active Sensors". It's extremely light and difficult to see! Thanks in advance!

This is a great app. Easy to use. I have no complaints about this app! Easy to toggle between alarm systems, can turn off outlets with the touch of a button, change thermostat remotely, arm/disarm my system from another country....even has features I'm not even using, like the ability to set lights to come on at a certain time of day.

This is by far the BEST smart home security app I have ever used! Great feature set and very intuitive experience.

It's frustrating that most of the negative reviews I've read have nothing to do with the actual app experience. Complaints about a technician or the hardware in your home SHOULD NOT be shared in an app review!

Love this app and our Frontpoint security system. Remote access and logs of sensor states make it easy to see what is going on in your home. TouchID access makes it even easier and more secure.

I've also added several ZWave devices to our system and controlling them from this app is very easy. Highly recommended!

I have ended up using this app quite a bit more than I would have expected, and it always delivers. It's a wonderful thing to have when you have kids, you can monitor and alter notifications, set various types of alarm parameters, and manage key functions all from the app and on the go. I could t live without it.

All the info I need to feel secure while at home or away. The system itself gives triple coverage to all areas and this app shows how efficient the coverage is. I know it works because I set it off by accident on day 2. Notification was instant and contact from alarm monitor was in seconds. I feel very secure.

You guys are always innovating. My house is now a Connected Home with this app. Great app with all the features I need. I now control my lights, front door lock, my garage door, video cameras and even my thermostat. With one click of my smartphone, I control my whole house from my bed. Awesome stuff!

I have been using Monitronics as my security system for over five years. My opinion is, best security system in the business for the moderate home owner, including the app. It is "state-of-the-art" in the realm of awareness and control over entire home security system. I could not be any happier.

My wife and I love this app. If we forget to set the alarm while we're out of town, it's as easy as pushing a couple of commands on the cell phone and that's all there is to it. We both know our home is secure and that's the best feeling you can have now a days. It's definitely a five star app.

Works great for controlling your security system. Being able to protect the app with Touch ID is nice. The 3D actions are great.

One suggestion. When arming the system (especially for stay), I would like it to perform silent arming, both from the Notification Center reminder and Scenes.

I have upgraded my system now for about two months, and using this app to setup and change things as well as alarm and disarm the system from anywhere. Looking forward to adding features to this system and using the remote access while in and out of the country.
Great app, great system.

This app is one of the best features with this security system. Having the ability to arm or disarm my system remotely is just perfect! I was really nervous about going with this company, but now I know this was one of the best decisions I could have made in regards to home security.

I've had systems using the Honeywell app and let me say in my opinion this is so much better and faster that it would be a significant factor in who I chose for my security company. They are constantly updating the app to make it more user friendly. I'm a totally happy customer!

Although we mounted our sensors in different areas twice it's picked up one of our cats as it jump from furniture to furniture sending a false alarm, we've fixed the issue since then, other than that we've never had a problem. We've enjoyed ease and the simplicity of it all

I love this app. It has been largely reliable, has a beautiful UI, and offers all I need for monitoring my home on the go. I use a large variety of features and being able to access them all via the Apple Watch is super convenient and the coolest differentiator on the market!

This is my favorite app! I can set my alarm, turn off my alarm or check the history to see when the alarm was set; all from my phone, no matter where I am. I never worry about forgetting to set the alarm - I just set it from my phone, which is so convenient. Great app!

I use the app daily and it's really convenient! I enjoy the video and security features the most. Having the peace of mind that the system offers to me and my family is great. We can arm the system, see sensor status and control our door locks all from the app!
