This app is perfect for finding out more detailed, specific info to a particular area or property- regardless of what a realtor may tell u. We love that we can drive around a neighborhood n immediately access available properties or regional info in one click. Sometimes the info needs to be updated a lil more but overall if you are a researcher- u will love this app. Even gives you updates on saved properties regardless if they're listed or not.

Of all the apps, this seems to be the one with the most info on the property. Everything from previous sales to the going rates, comps and even public records. It links to maps for more viewing and the filters are easily manipulated for making adjustments. I can go back and forth from rentals to for sale with one click. I have used this app for the last 3 moves and I refer to it all the time just for info on the market values and trends.

We've been using this app to search for rental properties as well as future for sale properties and it has been truly been the most helpful app in regards to that compared to the other apps out there. The pics, the info., the bird and map view. One thing tho if developers would like to consider is having a satellite view, it helps to see the place in full view. Other then that everything is great, highly recommend for renters and buyers!

I love using this App. If you save a property and it goes off market, you can still access the original listing in your saved homes for reference. I think agents should have to be more "disclosing" with their pictures as some properties look better than in person. Some I wouldn't have even considered if I had seen in the pictures what is really there. OR, I would have expected what I had seen. But the app covers it all and I love that.

Very convenient and accurate. Have been a loyal user of Zillow while shopping for a new house out of state. Found new listings on Zillow before our realtor even shared the properties with us. Found our new house on Zillow and was able to place an offer to beat competing offers and was able to get the house of our dreams. Thanks Zillow. Keep up the great work in making house hunting fun and providing transparency into real estate markets.

My wife and I have been home shopping using this app for searches with great success. We love the ease of use, saved searches across devices, and, at least on an ecosystem of all-Apple products, ease of sharing listings. We have contacted realtors through the app as well and, though your use may vary, found success in setting up viewings.

Great app for those looking for homes that don't desire to find a realtor of their own just yet.

Ive been using this app since Sept 2014. It's much easier to use with less crashes then in previous versions. One problem I'm having is, when looking for properties and putting them into the saved area. Trying to remove them is a little more difficult. One time it frozen so badly that I removed the app and reinstalled it. Just to find out it was an apple problem not this app. All is well now. Thanks for the great support and service.

This site lets me look up any part of the USA. I can find that home I was looking for. Update the map & Let me zoom in more so I can have A chance to see who my neighbors could possibly be.

I can filter the app to find a apartment or rent a house this site/app has great research filter and other options. I would highly recommend using this site. everything and maybe could possibly be somewhat more than what I was looking for.

We had Zillow, Trulia, and Redfin apps. Zillow was always on it! We'd see houses on other apps that showed they were still for sale, which bummed us out when we found out they were pending or sold. Zillow helped us guide our agent in the right direction for viewing homes and finding the perfect house for us! Used it for a month, now we're pending our sale. Thank you, Zillow! I'll recommend this app to my family and friends.

Zillow was a fantastic tool in our search for a new home. I watched and checked it daily probably more then I should've. The features were so easy to use and helpful in looking and planning for our new home. Even once we started working with our realtor and were sent MLS listings because of ease of use we would look the properties up on Zillow. I can't say enough great things about this app. Nobody else came close in my mind.

I used zillow when deciding how to price our old home for sale. We priced it well and it sold in 1 day, over the asking price! At the same time I searched for our current house. Our current house had been over priced and on the market for a year. I was able to follow the decrease in price and we bought it for $170,000 below the original asking price! Zillow gave me the information I needed to make the best decision possible.

Everything about this app is FABULOUS! it's extremely easy to use & operate. With NO annoying pop-up ads disrupting your search experience. This app shows you photos of both inside & out - of the property- it's the closest thing to being there! Yes it sounds like I'm getting paid to write this review but I'm not! I'm just saying how I feel! We found our house on Lake Erie using this app & it REALLY saved us BOTH time & money!

Zilliow has revolutionized shopping and selling in the real estate market. No more endless driving around town grabbing curbside views of homes I couldn't afford or didn't have enough rooms for my family. Zilliow makes it easy to shop for homes across town or across the country. The app provides more data to sort through than buyers and sellers have ever before had at their finger tips. Simply the best app in its category.

As buyers are more and more likely to start their search in their jammies with a cup of coffee in hand, we appreciate the fact that zillow makes it easy to put together a video walk through. This way people can REALLY get a feel for home without wasting their or the sellers time by getting a sense if this was a property they would be interested in buying. Using the video is very user friendly, every seller should do it!

I want to compliment my agent Vicki Spero with Alexus Reality. She found us our dream home in Florida. We had relocated here from Maryland in December & she showed us many homes until we found the right one. Originally I had found her online while still in Maryland and she sent me many listings & gave great advice! From there a great friendship formed! I would highly recommend her for an agent!

To sum it up in a nutshell, I really enjoy zillow and its features. I can spend hours on this user-friendly platform.

On the other hand..... The pictures, I know it's not zillows fault. You should have standards , some of the pictures look like a chimp with a camera took them. How can you rent anything out with one crappy photo, or worse, 27 really crappy idiotic, photos.
You're better than this !!!

I love the Zillow app
My realtor keeps telling me to use one of his "professional" sights but Zillow is so much easier to read
In the process of finding my 3rd home purchase thanks to Zillow. (Job bounces us around)
The only issues I have ran across in the past 6+ years is every once and a while there is a home listed on another similar sight that Zillow shows to not be for sale - but it is s very rare occasion.

Used for our search for a home in California (Bay Area), Denver, and Santa Fe, NM. Map view and bird's eye view are both superb, better than anything a realtor could provide. Love it to get an overview of an area and found it endlessly useful during our search that was eventually successful. It doesn't show pending sales. (It also has no information on sold homes in NM because that is against the law there?!)

So thankful to have an easy to use mobile app for looking at homes for sale & rent. Also glad to see they now have Postlets. It is true that some homes for rent are no longer on the market, but if you contact listing agent he/she will let you know. Great way to see new homes on market. So easy to use on iPhone. Many MLS services are not iPhone friendly so this app & site is preferred way of searching online.

Thanks to Zillow, my wife and I just closed on our first house. I do not think we would have discovered otherwise. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a comments section for each house. Let people help others through unveiling some useful info that a neighbor may know or someone can share their thoughts about a particular house.
Great tool for researching homes in any area you want to look.
