We are very pleased with the Zillow App and the positive results as well! This is the 5th home we have sold using Zillow. We conducted one Open House and put a sign in our yard. Almost all of our Potential Buyers had seen our listing on Zillow. I highly recommend this ZILLOW APP!!! It's very User Friendly and definitely gives the exposure necessary to provide a speedy sale of your home. THANKS ZILLOW!!!

The best feature ...when I am in a desired location I ask Zillow what is available at my current location. Awesome!!

Another great feature with Zillow is comparison shopping. Zillow can list what was sold as well as what is currently being offered in the location.

I have noticed some real estate is not listed in Zillow. Not sure why that is. But I usually don't bother researching those sales on my own.

I love Zillow! It's a great informative app for agents, prospective buyers, as well as homeowners. I think Zestimates will soon be a common term used in relation to property evaluation and appraisal. Also, Zillow provides rental price range which seems to be dead on. By using the filter one can access properties for rent as well. Filter in recently sold homes for your own price comparison. I've been house searching for a while now and have downloaded a number of real estate apps. Zillow has been by far the easiest to use than its competitors. The filter and map portion is very simple to use. My only complaint is that some of the homes we will want to see, but they have been sold for weeks already. I'm not sure if it's zillows fault or the listing agents taking to long to remove homes.

We were told that our land lord was putting our house in the market so the search began I have lived on Zillow and we how found our dream home it feels like I have spent more time on Zillow than I have on Facebook these days but it has paid off I've made a great new friend in Agnes Bell and I can stay in the loop in the real estate in my area. The app is so easy to use and so informative I love it.

Zillow is setting the standard and giving buyers the information that the need to make informed decisions. Far ahead of any of the "professional sites": ease of use, ability to realtime update your location, and even give a rough pricing estimate. I understand that the newest schools are not quickly updated, but I love all of the extra information which helps me to feel confident in s home choice.

Smooth & precise. I have or have tried all the main rent/buy apps and there's really no competition as far as design & intuition. There's a lot of options without having a million things going on taking you from the experience. Everything seems to serve a purpose. Only main criticism would be some occasional crashing when first trying to start up, but not when using so I can work with it for now.

I love using zillow. I use it to look for houses for friends to purchase, for family members to rent, and just to be curious. The biggest reason I love reason I love Zillow is I use it to dream. I love to look up different places I would love to move just to see what they have available. Zillow makes it so simple and easy. The best thing about it is being able to see what is directly around you.

I rely on Zillow any time I'm going through a neighborhood that I'd like to know property values. There are some properties not listed that are clearly for sale but not very often. Also has great detailed info about back information on property listings.

If you're a real estate agent and you don't use Zillow, you're missing out. For me as just an interested future home buyer I love it.

I love that I can look anywhere for houses for rent and to buy! My husband and me plan on moving to Cali where he used to live and being on and using this app brings back good memories for him! It also lets us know how the prices has changed now and what we need to save for and expect for our future move. Also, what we want and don't want in a house! So I give this app a rating of 5!

Zillow is an extremely useful tool when looking to purchase a home in another state. I realize there may be inaccuracies in some of the listing information, but there is enough information, accurate information, to satisfy an out of state buyer. The collection of pictures allows you to check off the essential features desired and start to narrow the homes to the ones worthy of a viewing.

My wife and I are using this app a lot as we look for a new home. I really like the ability to set up searches around a school district (the primary reason we are moving) and how easy it is to share listings on various apps. I use it on both my iPad and iPhone with no issues. If there is only one upgrade I could think of, perhaps it could use crime stats like some similar apps offer.

One of the best apps I use on a regular basis. I could do without a few of the pop ups, but not the worst thing by far. Provides valuable info. I'm looking in an area I am not familiar with and wish it would say "right above water treatment plant" or near "paper
Mill" so I could tell if it were going to stink in the summer but guess a realtor could provide that info.

This app works well and gives you a good idea of pricing in an area. Realtors have also advised me to use the app when seeking homes that I'm interested in buying. I have used it several times and the data has been pretty accurate. There have been times where that was not the case and it resulted in an issue with where the data was being pulled. Someone had entered it incorrectly.

It is a super easy way to find quick info for housing that you need. The revenue/add system is great because it is pop and grab the paid agents are there on the side if you want to click on it. No annoying adds scrolling across the screen and trying to trick you into clicking. This app fills a need for consumers. Bully to the designers others should take a page out of your book.

I have been looking at Zillow for over three years getting ideas about where I want to find my first home. Today I got the App and it has totally changed the way I look for homes :) now I can get in my car and drive around and search for homes at the same time. I love how easy it is to use! Why it took me some long to get the app is beyond me but I'm so glad that it finally did.

I love everything about this app so far. I have used Zillow online for a while and recently downloaded the app. It lets you save a list of favorites so you can quickly find properties you are interested in even when you leave the app and come back. Great features, including school ratings and agent information make this app a must for anyone looking to buy a home or just browse.

I do not write reviews very often. Zillow has found the right formula, interface and content presentation where so many many others do not. Even if you are not now looking to buy, rent or research neighborhoods this app will serve up a platitude of information. Nothing by Apple or any other development orientated organization can come close. Thank you so much Zillow, you rock.

Love the app. Used it to buy a house and sell our house. Have been using the app for over 8 years now. Getting ready to use it again to buy another house. Only suggestion I have is to put a date range filter for the recently sold homes. This would help in gauging the most recent sales for a specific area without having to click on each yellow house to see the date it was sold.

**Update: Thanks for fixing issues in latest update! Zillow is the BEST house hunting app.

LOVE zillow overall- definitely the best real estate app imo. BUT now pictures won't rotate in iOS 8 on my 5s. Thx for fixing the street view etc that wasn't working after the update. Now please fix pic being able to rotate & you're back up to 5 stars.
