iDoceo - 教師 成績表の評価・口コミ・レビュー [iPad]

日本での使用実績が見当たらず、とりあえず試しにと思って使用を開始したのが3年ほど前。最初は何をどう使えばいいのかわからず、とにかく一つ一つ試行錯誤で使用していましたが、1週間も頑張ればなんとなく使い方がわかるようになり、「え、このアプリ最強じゃん！！」と気づき、今ではこのアプリなしでは成績管理が不安になるだろうなーと感じています。当方小学校教員をしていて、学校では独自の成績管理ができるエクセルファイルや、テスト会社に準拠した自由度の低いソフト、地域ごとに使用されている公務ソフト、いろんなものが使われています。でも、i-doceoを使用して思うのは、どのファイルやアプリ、ソフトも自由度が低かったなぁと感じるようになりました。
自分の使い方としては、各教科のテストの点数とルーブリックとを合わせて学期ごとにABC評価に換算しています。また、家庭学習の枚数を週ごとに入力するだけで年間の総ページ数を計算できるようにしています。提出物の管理もしています。要するに、やろうと思ったことはほぼ何でもできます。
中学・高校の先生でももちろん使用できるでしょうけれども、小学校の先生は多教科を評価しなければなりません。いつどこでも評価したいはずです。そんな方には、このアプリを絶対的におすすめいたします。

ただ、最初は結構困ると思いますので、開発者の方、日本人にもわかるような使い方のナビをぜひ！

これ1つで成績、座席表の管理や時間割の参照ができて教員を始めた年から愛用しています。
こういう国産のappがなぜないのかわからない。必要も無い機能をさもありがたいかのように実装して安くもない価格で売りつける日本の業者には閉口します。

元が英語なのでローカライズが怪しく、すぐに理解できないところ(関数を使って成績の集約をしたいときに「計算を加える→フォーミュラ」とすることに気付く人はほとんどいないのでは？)がありますが、大抵の成績に関する業務を効率的にこなすことができます。
むしろ機能が多すぎていまだに使いこなせていない部分もあります。
こうしたわかりにくさだけがもう一つな部分なので★4つ評価にしておきます。

サポートも一応日本語でも受けられ、返信が非常に早いので助かります。

ずっとiPad用とMac用しかなく、それだけでも便利だったのですが、数ヶ月前にはなかったiOS用が遂に出現し、本当に無敵になりました。
appとしてはやや値が張りますが、Best billing app everだと心の底から思っています。

今まで幾つかの教務系アプリを試してきましたが、このアプリは群を抜いて高機能なアプリです。（なぜ日本でのレビューがまだないのか疑問なほどです…国内でウン十万で売られているソフトが吹っ飛ぶレベル！）授業のスケジュール管理やクラスごとの座席表による評価記録、それと連動した名簿による記録簿の作成、日々の授業内容の記録（写真、音声、ビデオなどを挿入可）、クラスごとのコルクボードへの情報の貼り付けや、児童名簿管理とメール等による連絡機能、指名のためのルーレット機能…など、あげればキリがありません。欠点を挙げるとすれば…すべて英語なところ…。こればっかりは国内でのユーザーが増えなければどうにもならないでしょう。でも、辞書片手にでも使ってみて後悔しないアプリです！！

I had used a previous teacher application in which the learning curve was quite troublesome and the app often hanged. But the Idoceo software is brilliant.

The tutorials have been worked through professionally in great detail only to add to the quality.

The different applications within the software is a teacher's dream. And get this, their still working to improve. The forum is very informative and the moderators are extremely helpful.

This is in fact is well worth the cost and I would be willing to pay more. A software I have long awaited for.

今年度から積極的に利用させていただいております。ショートカットを使ったコピペなど、基本的な使い勝手でもう少し…と思うところはありますが、全般的に使いやすいです。デバイス間で同期がしやすいのも良い点です。
アプリ内の言語は日本語に変更できますが、使い方が全編英語なので、日本人にはハードルが高いのではないかと思います。もし日本語完全対応すれば、もっと利用者は増えるでしょう。

This is the perfect app for teachers even if there schedule isn't fixed. Strongly suggested to anyone looking to keep all there teaching information in one place. I have been using iDoceo for several years now. This app is fantastic. If you put just a little time into working with the app, you will be pleased with the results! My students and colleagues are always impressed with the way I can keep up with my heavy workload and how professional all my reports look. I’m looking forward to putting version 7 to work.

グループワークを毎回ランダムでやるときに登録するのが大変です。
グループ数を指定して、自動でグループ分けをしてほしいです。

列を指定して、その列に入力したら自動で隠れるようにするようなフィルターも欲しい。
成績を入力する時に助かる。

I started using this about 2 months ago. I honestly don’t know how I could live without it now. I’ve become a much more efficient and better teacher because of this app. My sincere thanks to the team who created this and also thank you for keeping this reasonably priced.

Surprised o day to see a brand new interface on idoceo. Worried that I’d have to learn how to use the app all over again. Nope, needn’t have worried. It’s now even easier to use. Good job, iDoceo!

I've been using this for several years. It has been improved little by little, and now i am verry confortable. The creaters are verry kind and helpful, when you ask questions by mail.

This is a really good teacher's assistant app. It is more complicated than others I've used, but that is because it has so much more to offer.

Runs perfectly except for the fact that when you make a gradebook and put students' names, for some reason it won't let me put the first name in.

Very good app. The only reason I use a my iPad in class is so that I can use this app. I only wish I could access iDoceo on my phone too.
