We delete this app every other day to promise ourselves to eat healthy but we keep downloading it back because it's just so good. Everything we've tried so far has been extraordinary but to be frank the marbled cookie brownie has been revolutionary in our lives. We highly recommend Dominos and the Dominos app. The app allows you to send notes of encouragement and appreciation to the staff, so if, like us, you order from them at least every week, you can truly build a rapport with your local Dominos.
We also encourage the Dominos reward program which, given consistent purchases, yields free pizzas! If I had a dime for every free pizza I've earned in the last couple of months, I'd have 3 dimes.
In conclusion, this app will take over your life. Highly recommended.

I've used online orders via my mobile and other apps for entertainment, purchases, etc.. And this had to be the most simplistic app ever! I mean, who wants to go through a series of pages just to order a pizza? After I set up my profile which only took a few seconds, I was able to purchase the pizza. The app automatically found the location nearest me through my address without having to enter it twice like some apps. After selecting my items, the app displayed the timeframe of the delivery. I then chose the payment method and proceeded to enter the information. Btw, you have the option to keep the payment info as well as the order on file. In case you're a repeat offender. ☺️ Anyway, I love it!! Please continue to keep the app simple.

Do you hate talking to people? Do you hate dialing numbers and waiting for someone on the other side of the phone to answer? Do you hate not having a menu in front of you when you order takeout? Do you love pizza? Well if the answer is yes this is the app to satiate your app! I order on average seven pizzas a week from this app and the only words I have to hear from another human being are "Can I get you to sign this copy" "Thank You" and "Have a nice day." The 5 foot walk from my couch to my door is excruciating but don't worry I have solved the issue and after today's delivery I will hand off my spare key to the pizza delivery person and the problem will be solved.

The app is really well designed - it's easy to use, makes customizing pizza orders easy, and simply makes it super easy to complete any order. I've used the app to have fairly large pizza orders delivered to a couple of events - one place a university campus for a presentation day; and the drivers have had zero issues finding the right place, and they're also super nice, and willing to setup the pizza table. I must also say Dominos pizza has greatly improved - at first I thought it was me cause I hadn't ordered from them in about 4 years or so; but others at the events always mention how good the pizza is. The spinach/feta and philly cheese steak pizzas seem to be favorites. Thanks Dominos for this app, awesome staff, and great pizza!!

The app is AMAZing. No. Really. It's easy, generally fun to use and it eliminates the need to try to communicate instructions to a person on the phone. Awesome, Right?

Now, I have no idea what the store sees on the other side, but I can tell you from my experience that the instructions are utterly ignored. Requests for additional sauces are religiously charged and just as religiously never delivered. Ask for a McDonald's shake on the way? Are you out of your mind? They can't even get the stuff I input into the application, much less handle a trip through a drive through.

The feedback thing would be fun, if it seemed like anyone actually looked at it. Still, the app itself is a winner, now if the store could get on the ball ....

I can tell you with supreme authority that this is the single greatest mobile device application that has ever been invented by the human species to date. If you like pizza, and you try this app, even on a whim, you will never ever buy from anyone other than Domino's. Even if you hate pizza, and loathe Domino's, and are convinced it's an evil corporation (very probable) bent on total world Domin-ation (oh yes I did), if you try this app one time, you will buy a Domino's shirt, start using pizza industry jargon, and will become a Domin-ion (sweet pun). I've never experienced anything like it in my whole life. It's better than the Harry Potter areas at Universal Studios, Florida. I rest my case (thank you Domino Supreme Ruler).

Below the depths of time and hunger howled the need for pizza with ease! Rising from the ashes of fallen foes and failed attempts came forth the Dominos pizza app! Created for one purpose ,to slay hunger and strike down its mighty grip upon the townsfolk whose empty bellies had cried out in pain for too long! Hark! I have never seen courage such as this, never have I seen swift justice within a box. The way the slicing of pizza carves out truth to the person who orders it that at last their hunger will end! Leaving only just truth to hunger out there "beware,the food I deliver. For it will be delicious and filling to those who seek it , staying ever vigilant I look to those who call to me always one quick button press away"

I love this app order and pay in less than 5 mins! Every choice is available when placing the order, not like the competition. It really gives you a bug array to make your pizza however you want! The coupons are on the same page, and u can use more than one: I love thin crust and Brooklyn and they have specials on everything.
Must have for the pizza eater I n you on a lazy Sunday, or a quick resolution to dinner with the wife and kids, after one of those days that cooking, would be to much, and going out, just doesn't sound appealing, after being on road all day!

In short great app for fast orders and fast shipping!!!!!

I gave the app 5 stars because it really is a good app. It works well, displays what you want to know and requires a password upon entry when attempting to see saved information. But man, do you guys remember when Dominos was the best? The last several times I've ordered the quality of the food is just not okay. It's delivery so I don't expect it to be piping hot but several times the food has made it to me in very good time and is still lukewarm at best. The crust on the last two were a complete joke, seemed hardly cooked and lava cakes centers were cold and chewy. It's a possibility this is just my local branch or the fact they've ventured away from their pizza origins. Who knows but haven't been too impressed.

The food is ALWAYS beyond excellent, especially the Pan Pizzas. We order from Dominos almost once a week, & the delivery is ALWAYS super fast. Most importantly, the customer service is always on point. I have ZERO complaints. I always have ordered online in the past bc I found it to be very easy and user friendly so why do anything different. My 9 year old son recommended that I use the app awhile back but I didn't see the point of doing so. I spontaneously decided to try the app for the 1st time tonight so I went to the App Store and downloaded it and boy what an experience. It's even easier. This place can't get any better. Thanks for all the great work in all areas of your services Dominos. We u!!!!

Like beer pong there are regional rulings on pizza, much like the judicial system. Chicago, your deep dish is nasty, but that's what you grew up with and know so it works. New Yorkers boast the best on the East coast, but hand to God I put a Sabbaro's pizza in a Ray's box, sold it for twice I paid in DC to a Brooklyn native and listened to how much better NY pizza was to everywhere else for an hour. Dominoes, you got me; meat, cheese, veggie toppings....if we can dream it, you can put it on a pizza and have it there in 35-40 minutes. After making food for others as a chef and general manager all day it's awesome to have the same level of service on call well up until "it's time to make the doughnuts".¡¡¡

I was done. I had given up. I know you know how it is...sometimes life gets hard and you're convinced "It's just not worth living." To ease the pain you desire pizza. The go-to life saver to help you hang on just a little longer...

...and then the Dominos app makes its way into your life. The inviting UX. The cooperative, sensitive experience. The ease of use. A subtle but pervasive sense of "I care and want this to be easy for you" becomes...evident. Somebody, no, some THING loves and cares for me. Wants me to be happy. Encourages me to hang on just a little longer until a delicious pizza arrives.

It arrives. Smiling delivery person. Hot box with joy melting inside. All is well. I'm born again. Dominos.

It makes ordering pizza delivery so easy! I like to use the app to order pizza instead of using the phone (that takes too long, too complicated). Helpful features: includes that it saves recent orders, which is helpful. I would like to see the iCloud keychain offer to remember the password, but not a big deal. I like having an estimate of the delivery time displayed on screen step-by-step. Only drawback is that when you leave the screen, it is difficult to return to that. I enjoy the Gluten free pizza especially. The rewards program allows users to earn points with each purchase to apply towards a free pizza...but the app does not allow someone to order a gluten free pizza with the rewards points.

Dominos App + Drive thru Carryout = Converted pizza fan!!!
I only began going to dominos when the new location included a drive thru window. That means I don't have to bring my kids in to pick up my pizza, and I don't have to pay the delivery fee plus a tip. Which sometimes cost as much as the pizza I just ordered.
Then came the app...and the rest is history!! I went from never even thinking of dominos as an option when deciding on a pizza place, to now I ONLY order dominos pizza!! And due to your recipe revolution a few years ago, I'm loving the pizza too!
Way to go Dominos, you deserve loyal customers, because you've made our lives MUCH easier and filled our bellies full of delicious pizza, as well!

I used to order Papa John's until their website and their customer service went straight to Hades. Their pizzas were never worth the grief. I discovered Domino’s out of desperation one day. I couldn't leave work and I really wanted something to eat so I ordered a pizza from Domino's. The pizza was on time well-made in the customer service was fantastic. I have ordered from Domino's exclusively since that day. I've had all of the sandwiches and all of the pastas and I'm making my way through all the pizzas as we speak. I hope they don't fix what isn't broken.... The website works. The customer service is good. The pizzas are good. Domino's: you have a good thing going. Don't change a thing!!!!!

As I'm sitting here alone, watching Netflix and drinking on a Thursday night, I realize that I have one friend in this world... And that one friend? The Domino's app. That's who. When no one else was there for me, the Domino's app was. Not only are they caring and gentle, but this app also REMEMBERS ALL OF YOUR PREVIOUS ORDERS. It took me 14 secs to order. I was like "oh yeah that's good" *click* *click* *click* and BOOM it's on the way to your house The only downside to this whole process is that I have to find a shirt to put on. C'mon be honest. How many of yall assumed I look good with my shirt off. I don't. That poor delivery driver doesn't deserve that punishment. No human does... NO ONE

Keep those original flavored wings flying this way babe aand rich "saucer" pizzas from outer space visiting me late night performing tasty experiments on my California sunny surf rider tongue. Mahalo Gooy White Sauce Pie Lovers

I love the app and feel that it's the best food ordering app on the market, but I just think some of the improvements with which the company has experimented in attempt to improve the app aren't precisely well-aimed. The voice ordering feature in particular is more burdensome than helpful as far as simplifying the process goes. Other apps use touch identification (for phones with this capability) to save time when providing login information. Such a feature would be a tremendous addition to make our Dominos ordering experience even more expeditious and enjoyable than it already is!!! Everyone knows that it's hard enough already to wait for all that garlicky goodness!! Munch on!!

The app is very user friendly. I love ordering from the app instead of calling in. It is so much quicker this way. I love the fact that it saves your order just so you can reorder another time. Also I love the fact that it tells me the process of the pizza such as being made, to put into the over, to when the pizza is ready. I love that I can pay straight through the app and walk in and pick the up the pizza. I love their rewards program. I wish it was on orders starting at $5.99 and up just so I can get a "piece of the pie" for my rewards. I really only order pizza and nothing else. But the app is just awesome! Thank you for creating such an easy awesome app.
