This app is really well designed and I give props to their software development department. It's quick and easy to use. The interface is well thought out and makes for an enjoyable experience. The order status bar is very accurate and extremely helpful. It's probably one of my most liked features of the app. I'm sure they'll trademark that feature as I haven't seen anything like it in other apps. Keep up the great work. Just please keep the UI nice and clean like it is now and don't go down the rabbit hole of trying to add too many features into it and cluttering up the interface. :)

Just ordered my family dinner in less than 30s start to finish with their reorder feature. Literally 30 seconds! This app is great! Ordering is easy and I love the tracking feature. Delivery is super fast and matches what appears for tracking in the app. The coupon section is also amazing! Oh, and the food is delicious.
However, the ease of using this app has caused us to order pizza once a week instead of once a month. Download at your own risk. <grin>
Update: my update is about their updates. Every one of them makes it better without screwing anything up like so many others do.

I absolutely love love love this app! I hated having to call and order in a pizza because I would either not sound clear enough for the people over the phone or they would not get my whole order or not get it correctly at all! This app makes it so much easier than having to call in and order and you get to choose your toppings and how you want your pizza and everything... It's awesome to have and also it takes less time to wait on your pizza to be delivered to your door! Thank you for creating this app for those of us who are picky eaters and hate having to wait forever for food!

Okay So It's Nice And Easy To Place delivery Orders Or Order Head Of Time . And Coupons They Have Are Easy To Use Because They Are Outlined So You Know What You Can Get Normally Over The Phone You Can't See All The Options Or Specials Like They Have On The App But Its Irritating When You Just Wanna Pay The "X" Amount Of Cents Or Whatever It Is For An Extra Topping And It Glitches And Freaks My Phone Out For 10 Mins And I Just Wanna Complete My Order I Can Tell Its The App Itself ... But Sometimes It Works Like That Most Time It Works Well— Long Live Pizza Lovers

This apps make ordering pizza so simple. It saves your recent and favorite orders. which is great if you are like me and have a select few usual orders. It saves your address and card information, so if you stay logged in you can literally order a pizza with 4 clicks!! I also really enjoy watching my pizza go from step to step on the pizza tracker. I never have to worry about missing the delivery or wondering where it is. You can literally see when he pizza leaves the store. This app really makes an easy dinner, when you are just too busy,even easier and worry free!

Quick, easy to use, always shows the coupons and deals. It saves your recent orders and makes it simple to reorder a quick dinner or lunch. You can save quick orders and give them nicknames to make life easier. It shows you every step of your order process from when your order is submitted until it's delivered with the order tracker that way you know when it will be here and can be ready for them. You can leave them feedback and positive notes which is cool. The app has a lot of great features and makes ordering quick and easy with my busy schedule. Love it!!!

So I finally go my Dominos app and ordered pizza. After I ordered it prompted me to rate the app. I don't normally do reviews but using this app to order was the easiest part of my week so far. Everyone else that has a complaint about it (that I've seen so far) has been acting like spoiled brats. So you had to "force quit" the app... It's probably not the app dude, it's probably your phone. #FirstWorldProblems. I think it's great. Keep it up.

By the way, i know it's your phone because of all the other 5-star ratings. Just saying. Anyways, have a good one!

I like this app more than my girlfriend. As a frequent user/ Dominos nerd there are two things I wish corporate would add! The ability to combine sauces- my favorite pizza is their delicious new pan pizza with pizza sauce and garlic sauce mixed topped with bacon and jalapeños. This change would be tricky, because customers might mistakenly order a combination of sauces when they only want one. Also, it would be sweet to know what time you placed your order. I play a game called thirty minutes - if the driver makes it in under 30 minutes he gets a $20 tip.

I can order pizza(s) with just a few clicks, even while studying in my dorm. I don't have to leave my desk and make something in my kinda-kitchen. I don't have to worry about if it's open or not like the dining hall. I don't have to find my car in the lot and drive to the store and pick it up. And I don't have to go searching for the right phone number to the right store. And the fact that there's a button to use coupons is an added bonus because, yes, I will get some pasta with my pizza because why not. Needless to say, this is my go to food app

Love Domino's and even more becuz of this app… simply because every time we crave pizza, I open the app, check out my options, even the coupons, and bam! The order is ready in 8-15 mins. Enough time for to go pick it up if we choose carry out… delivery is really fast. If I'm away from home, even out of town, and my kids are hungry, I go to the app, order, pay, and the food is delivered to my kids right at the front door in minutes… and I dnt need to worry…
I've been using Domino's app for quite awhile and have never had any complications…

This app is sooo easy to use! We love it! So nice to be able to click on the Dominos app icon, open it up, and have "the usual" right there for easy reorder! The app gives you the option to save your order to your "pizza profile" giving you the option to order exactly what you ordered previously with literally a click of a "reorder" button! Love the track your pizza system as well! Dominos has really stepped up their game. Even after vowing to never order them again years ago, I have become a fan! VERY MUCH A USER FRIENDLY APP! Highly recommend!

This app is easy to use and works great!
I love being able to build my own pizza and add anything I want to my order before I place it. It is easy to see/add all coupons available to get the best deal. It is easy to change up my order before I place it if I need to.
Once ordered I get a real time tracker to let me know when the pizza is done by giving updates at every process of pizza creation.
I can choose to pay through the app or when I pick up the pizza.
I definitely eat more Domino's pizza because of this app and my family loves that!

As with any franchise restaurant food quality kind of depends on the location and the staff involved... that being said I can't say enough good things about our local dominos. Couple a great dominos with an app that makes it ridiculously easy to place an order, and you have the start of something great. Any day that I get home from work and my wife isn't home (and won't be in the near future) it takes me about 37 seconds from start to finish to place an order and ensure my survival for the evening. All jokes aside though.... you need this app.

Domino's has really stepped their game up. I order from them about once a week & having this app makes placing an order extremely fast & simple! I can go to "my recent orders" to order the same thing i always get every time. Also, you can track your order from the time the store receives the order from the time the delivery driver leaves the store. I find that helpful so I can do some chores around the house while I wait on my food & never loose track of time. Great job Domino's! This app deserves 10 stars but unfortunately I can only give you 5.

This App works great. No contact with people, unless they're is some info about your meal that needs to be confirmed. Although I was promised a discount due to there lack of bread for the sandwich I ordered, I never received it. AND I'm still ordering from these sons of a motherless goats. Pizza is ok but take a risk with what the other "entrees" have offer. I can only vouch for the sandwiches and wings, my buddy is currently in the hospital for trying their chocolate lava cake. They just added cocoa beans to molten lava. But otherwise enjoy!

It's easy to use, I haven't had any issues with the app and is very convenient. I order a lot for home and at my job so all around it is perfect for what I need. I recommend it for any one really. who orders pizza, wings or anything in between. If it's once in a while or multiple times a week. Plus their tracker is awesome it shows you how far along they are, and if you mess up your order or coupon you have an option to call your local store you just click the little walkie talkie at the bottom and it will ask you if you want to call them.

In my marketing class, we did a case study on Domino's overhaul in their marketing, design, and production. I never was a fan before, and didn't follow the campaign too closely when it came through, but after having tried Domino's again and studying their marketing strategy, I really have a newfound respect for the company as a whole.
Furthermore, this app is just another example of their ease of delivery and transitioning to a modern world. Kudos Dominos for good food (wings still need work, though) and an awesome experience as a whole.

Most times when you call in you get best deal possible, you can use more than one coupon in an order, when using the app you don't get the best deal possible. You are only able to use one coupon. If I'm going to make an order where I can use more than one coupon I should be able to do this so I can get the best deal possible all together. Disappointed about this aspect of the app. Also think if there was an option to write specific details or requests out for specific pizzas or chicken etc for your order that would be great! JMO though :)

Love the App but could you please fix the search for addresses located on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, AK which may be a problem for all military bases. This makes the app useless for us because the store located on base doesn't show up. I would like to recommend an option to search for a store by military base as a search criteria in place of the city and maybe allowing us to choose from several stores in the area. And I would like to add that, and I think I can speak for all military when I say this, WE LOVE DOMINOES!!

The new version is definitely easier to use and navigate. I like how it reminds you your last order to add again. Coupon selection process is very easy now. Simply select and fill in. Finding your home store works well (although in my town there is only one), and seems to find closest to you based on location services when traveling. The order tracker has always been a neat feature and is nice to follow your order when doing other tasks around the house. Also free pizza with repeated traffic is a great add on. Use the app all the time!!
