As someone in business myself, I enjoy looking through all the apps out there and seeing what all is being done. I stumbled upon this App and I have to say that I'm rather impressed. Sure there are some bugs here and there - it would be crazy to assume there wouldn't be any. Sure some additions could be made. Sure you have to make an account, but it streamlines things even faster as you only have to select the account and then an address before choosing the items you want.

Well done.

Y'all have definitely improved! Love almost anything y'all make! Your bread bites though! I could eat those 3 meals a day forever!!! Thank goodness y'all opened up your location on Louetta and Lexington in Spring TX!!! The old store I was ordering from was absolutely terrible!!! Give props to the crew at the new one! They're amazing! Always speedy, delicious, accurate and polite!!! The drivers have even become pros at finding my house! It's kinda hard haha!! Keep up the good work!!!

It is so easy after a long rough day when the whole family is tired to be able to whip out my phone open my trusty dominos app and hit my easy order "family 1" and boom pizza papa to the rescue!!!! The app even keeps the kids quite for a bit while they watch as the process from receiving our order to putting in the oven to watching it almost pull up to our door. Thanks dominos for allowing me after a long rough day to bring me and my family together to enjoy an amazing easy meal!!!

For the most part the app is great. There have been a few times were we have not received Any dipping sauce for our breadsticks. Breadsticks automatically come with marinara sauce and we pay extra for garlic sauce. I didn't think that was an issue with the app until I read another review from October 1st. I thought the store just kept screwing up. However the items are ordered should go through to the store the exact same way!! Other than that, the app and experience has been easy.

I use this app all the time and absolutely love it. It's incredibly easy to use and extremely convenient. The company has also seriously stepped up its game within the last few years. Their pizza is incredible and skillfully prepared. The ONE time they messed up my order, then re delivered it for free, and also credited a free order to my account. It included, not just pizza, but wings and a dessert, completely free of charge. This company cares about their customers and it shows.

I downloaded this app after seeing the commercial. i was pretty skeptical because i tried other pizza place's apps & they were cumbersome & frustrating . The Dominos app has been amazing & simple to use. setting up my profile went without a hitch & the 3 times i have ordered using this app & my pizza was ready when i got to the restaurant & all i had to do was sign the credit card slip. Delivery was just as efficient & customer service is always amazing. Thanks Dominos! :)

This is the perfect app at the perfect time - ordering pizza and having it for pick up and delivery AND watching its progress! Best business move by a brick and mortar company ever! They need to get comfortable with electronically paying and stop asking for the card - in fact they should just adopt Apple Pay so they don't have to ask for the card at all. Maybe not everyone does it, but they ask to check here... they don't need to. Once they get past that, this is the future!

Sometimes you don't want to leave the couch and that is when this app comes in handy. In fact I'm now sitting on my couch after placing my order writing this review. This app just saved my from putting on pants and shoes to go out and pick up food and for that I thank you dominos. Just to be clear it is not that I am too lazy in life to go out and get food. I hiked all day today with my dog and we are now on the couch watching a movie. So ya thank you dominos for this moment.

Only gave this 5 stars because manager worked out order for me!! The app doesn't allow you to change cheese on sandwiches or toppings added to sandwiched that we wanted that were not on there , we knew that we had to pay extra.
Every time I tried to order different cheese kept getting offered pizza.
I love our Jerome domino's and do not want this rating to adversely affect them but would really like to talk to someone about the changes I would like to see this app make.

Dominos has the mobile ordering scene on lockdown. Everything in the app works perfectly, from building custom pizzas to putting together orders with coupons. No, it doesn't have the fancy little "pizza builder" animations like Papa Johns' app but it also doesn't freeze up or crash, ever. Super straightforward, this app does what it's designed to do - let me order pizza naked* in less than 5 minutes!
*I'm not naked when the delivery driver gets here. Most of the time.

Compared to other "fav" pizza places- this online app. Actually WORKS. I am usually very gentle with reviews- but the other pizza place- their app. ( which ppl. Love Bc after so many orders- U get a free full size pizza) well their app for papa johns-( oops! Didn't mean to say the name ) HASNT WORKED IN THE PAST 3-4 years since they installed it.... Very poor service. So, thank you DOMINOS- for actually having an awesome working app. For us moms & families on the go;)

I use this app all the time. Where I live at there are like 7 dominos in a ten mile radius and it's always annoying trying to figure out which one is mine, so I just use the app and get it delivered. Pretty simple to use, and they have the coupons there on the app itself so you don't even have to talk to anyone. They even tell you the cost of extra stuff as you add it (obviously) and so you know exactly what you're paying for. Couldn't think of anything wrong with it.

Even at 3 am, when my store is winding down ready to close, if I can click the buttons fast enough (which is only dependent on my internet speed, not the app itself), then the employees still have to make my pizza. Seriously, the wait time is normally 35+ minutes but with this app it's more like 15 or under. It's so easy to order a dominos pizza now, it's actually kind of bad. All I do is eat pizza instead of cook for myself. The app is too good for my own health!

After using this app for a couple of years now and the Pizza Hut one as well my biggest thing is the ease of use. From sign in, to selecting my menu item, to checkout and payment (saved payment info a very nice function), and finally tracking delivery even when outside of the app (push notifications). Pizza Hut pretty good too but their payment checkout process can frustrate me at times and on rainy hungry day like today makes me want to order from Dominoes. Yum.

The most difficult part of ordering a pizza is no one wants to call and have an awkward conversation ; this takes that right out. No calls, just click. This also is better than calls because you have the entire menu at your fingertips. No more not knowing what they have and asking a million questions; no more modifications that get misconstrued over the phone. This app is awesome and I use it regularly. In fact I order pizza more frequently because of this app.

It's probably the easiest dinner I'll ever have. The app notifies you when the food is done cooking and on its way and I love the "hope your enjoying your food!" Comment they send after you get your order. Super easy to navigate the app and you can save an order as your go-to if you have a favorite. They have a super long list of coupons you can chose from and I love all the different ways I can customize my pizza. Overall, I love dominoes and I love this app.

I just tried to use the pizza hut app, but failed to even complete my order because of frustration. I immediately went back to my tried and trusted dominos app. I'm not the type to write reviews, but as easy to use as this app is, I'm inspired to write one. Super user friendly, and frankly, that's all a good app should be. My only want is for larger pictures of what I'm buying, other than that, stellar app, great prices, great food, fast delivery. Fantastic

Until this app found its way onto my phone, I only ordered Domino's maybe 4 times a year. Now, it's truly embarrassing how much Domino's I consume. Well done, Domino's! I am caught in your maelstrom of marketing and accessibility and I don't even care! The only thing I would say to knock this app is that it's been asking me to write a review for the last year and a half. So, five stars lite. Thanks, Domino's, you made ordering $8 large pizzas an addiction.

First, let me just say that Domino's has accomplished something pretty amazing here. With a few taps of my finger and a little bit of money, this app sends pizza to my house!

What I would love to see in the future is the option to pay with an in-app purchase. This way I can pay securely through Apple and not fumble with my debit card (ol butter fingers over here). It would also be nice to watch a live feed of my pizza being made. Maybe in the next update.

I never thought ordering a pizza would be so fun, but ordering pizza through this app is super fun! It's easy to add or remove toppings and use coupons when they are available.

The pizza Tracker is probably the coolest part of the app. It tells you when your pizza is going in the oven and who is making your pizza. However, I'm not sure if the name of the employee is accurate because every time I order a pizza Howard is making it. Howard works so hard! lol
