書籍『頭を「からっぽ」にするレッスン』やNetflix『ヘッドスペース』の中の人が運営する瞑想アプリ。アプリでは心のスペースを広げるような短編動画を見ることができる（毎日更新）。瞑想だけでなくヨガやストレッチ、寝付きのための音声、作業用BGMなどもあり、かつ英語リスニングの勉強にもなる（注：字幕はあるがスクリプトはない）。瞑想だけするなら月額会員になる必要は無いかも。それ以上の使い方ができるので個人的には重宝しています。

Headspace saved my life. Andy's guided meditation saved my life. After finishing the beginner's course (which was free when I first signed up) I wanted to learn more from the packs being offered in the app. The price was well worth it in my opinion. Days have become calmer, peaceful. I've learned mindfulnes in all things from standing up to dozing off in bed. I am grateful for everyday I meditate and I hope that this app reaches more people who can be healed by the gift of meditation.

アプリの内容のみならず、サポートが素晴らしい。2重課金の件でメールでの問い合わせをしたが、迅速かつ丁寧な対応だった。ずっと使いたいサービス。

The everyday meditation is really inspiring! Using also the sleep cast that are helpful to relaxe before going to sleep.

Often times it doesn't start even if I click the start button (especially when I set 15 minutes) it's.frustrating

can't fetch subscription since Oct 4th. "Everyday Headspace" was locked. reboot, reinstall doesn't make sense
