Now have opportunity to use this app at work, and the experience is nothing short of EXCELLENT!! Simple, fast, and just can't imagine anyone being confused. It's seamless, and with Apple pay functionality built in, it's a breeze to up your balance. Just nothing but great things to say about this app and service!

Previous review: I had an issue where a vending machine at work used to take pay range and the location discontinued. Unfortunately I had loaded more money to my pay range account before I found this out. I contacted pay range to have them refund the money on a Sunday afternoon. I didn’t expect to hear back from them until during the work week, but to my surprise, they had gotten back to me within the hour and told me that they would take care of reversing the charge to my card. With this kind of customer support, I must give this app and service a 5 star rating! I would definitely use them again!!

I absolutely LOVE this app. I stopped using vending machines because I kept losing money in them. The last time I used cash, I lost $5.00 because I expected change after inserting the bill into a machine that accepted $1, $2 and $5 bills. A very thirsty coworker wanted an Aloe Water from a machine at work. She had no cash and refused to drink purified water from the employer supplied filter system. I had no cash but I had my iPhone, debit card and the PayRange app. I added $10 to try the app and it worked even easier than I expected it to. Today I used Apple Pay and added more funds to my PayRange account and the experience was so enjoyable. I do wish the images of the machines were higher quality and a letter/number/ID sign of some sort is placed in an upper corner of the glass of the machine to help identify machines easier and faster. Otherwise - This is THE way to use vending machines. Five Stars!!!!!

This machine is what I have been waiting for! I never cary cash just plastic. But you din't even need plastic, just literally your phone which everyone always has on them.
Just load money onto your account and your good to go. You literally swipe up to select the machine you wish to use and then enter the item number on the machine you wish to have. IT'S THAT EASY!
Just be careful when reloading money onto your account, as they try to automatically default to $10. You can add any amount you want to just need to make sure you type it in.

After just the slightest learning curve-either mine or the machine's not sure which--this app has completely transformed my life. I hate carrying cash,and despite what conspiracy theorists suggest, my bank account has remained secure and unhacked. But seriously, this app is very convenient and I'm sure I'll be using it often. One thing I would add--the ability to select the amount you want to put on your card rather than being relegated to $10 increments. Other than that--indispensable.

PayRange is available at the vending machines at my school CSUDH. I had a bad experience with this at first by accidentally loading too much money. I sent an email late at night and the support team responded quickly the next morning refunding me!:)

I later decided to give it a try again and this is the best app ever! It's so convenient for the times you don't have money! And it is not as scary as actually putting your credit card in the machine!

PayRange is an company that is absolutely amazing. Customer service representatives were very helpful and friendly in teaching me how to use the app. Once I got a hang of it, life has been cash-free!

I use it all the time. I am a regular swimmer and don't carry cash with me to swim meets ,where I get hungry and get tempted by vending machines. With this app, all I need is my phone...and I carry that with me everywhere! Couldn't ask for anything more than this app!

Preloading the phone is very easy ($10 increments). Just turn on Bluetooth, and open the app. Each machine shows up separately. Just swipe to the machine you want. At my work it is Coke, Pepsi, and Snack. Swipe up and the machine will show your balance on the readout. Just press your selection and enjoy. It is very quick and handy. I only fault this for not coming out years ago.

Since I am one of those "no cash ever" people, I never gave a lot of thought to vending machines---until Pay Range. Our vending machines in the teachers' lounge at the HS where I work is Pay Range compatible and I, for one, am thrilled. Easy to use, easy to load money...easy to access those Snickers bars! Excellent app!!

This app works well. Very convenient to use when you don't have cash on you. However, they only let you load your account with $5 minimum. I wish they can have something where you pay per use. Instead of upfront. But that's the catch to make you keep spending more. Bad this is that their is not too many machines around.

I absolutely freaking love this app. It's just so convenient to use the vending machines in my dorm with this and honestly it's kind of fun too. My only issue is that the options for how much funds to add are way too limited and I would like to be able to add the exact amount that I want to put into my account.

Been following this company and have the app. Was be finally able to test the app in the wild and just as advertised, it's so convenient and easy! I can't wait to install them on my location pinball machines for my customers to use! I was forwarded a link to this app by my customers! Can't wait!

This is a new service on the machines were I work and when one of the machines didn't dispense a soda and I had to spend more money, I reported the problem on the transaction and was refunded by the next day:)

I absolutely love using PayRange to play games at my local arcade. Easy to use and amazing specials to keep me coming back. It's very easy for the operator to add coupons for regular and I never have to worry about getting change and carrying cash. Thanks PayRange!

This app works with the machines at my workplace. I hated having to try to keep $1 bills and quarters on hand in case I want a snack or drink. This makes makes it much more convenient and I can keep my physical cash for other more important things like strippers.

The Pay Range app is awesome it's cool when you can load money go to a vending machine and buy what you want and not have to pull out any money. The use of your phones app with money loaded for vending use is awesome .

Sure wish more machines were able to use this, but at least the ones where I work are all hooked up. Also you can use Apple Pay which makes adding funds a lot easier.

Who carries a bunch of quarters or singles around with them these days? This app makes things so much more convenient. Every vending machine should have this feature.

This app allows me to have purchase power without the change... I don't have to have my wallet either. It's fast and I work in IS so I love apps and technology
