So I got an email a week ago letting me know that the net spend app has mobile check cashing. Once I read that email, I immediately downloaded the app.

The mobile check cashing was very easy. The app guided me through the the steps. All I had to do was take a picture of the front and back of the check and submit it to them through the app. After a few minutes, they let me know it was approved. I then had to write void across the check and again submit a picture. After a few minutes, they approved the check and the money was in my account 3 mins later. The fee was only $5 and it was a very quick and easy process. All together, it took 5-10 minutes. I will definitely be cashing my checks from now on using this app.

I've been bugging customer support for the past 2 months about an inability to sign into my account thru the app on my iPhone or iPad. I have a mobile life even though I'm retired and I need to be able to access on the go. I called a couple of days ago and was told to check back in 48 hours. What greeted me was this beautifully redesigned and highly functional app. I'm not just satisfied, I'm thrilled. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. I now have the flexibility to manage my affairs whenever and wherever. Who could ask for anything more?

So I was quiet upset when they decided to upgrade this app last time when the iOS 6 first came out. It completely ruined the app. It would never update your accounts so I would have to delete and download the app again. But finally after enough complaining and watching the rating of this app drop faster the stock market they have listened and fixed this app. Added bonus from many complaint that they received. They added the option to transfer from saving to checking and checking to savings. Good upgrade NetSpend!!!!

I am absolutely in love with my NetSpend card they are so easy to work with an if I have a problem I don't have to spend hours on the phone usually they can resolve the problem within 30 minutes!! I love my NetSpend card AN recommend it to a lot of people!!

Much improvement and able to actually log in thanks!!!! Especially like the detail for the transactions like time stamps, noticed they are for Eastern time, wonder could their be an option to select your own time zones, would be ideal!

It's about time!! Now this version of this app is a much better improvement than the last version. The options within the app is outstanding!! Still require alot more work but for now it get ✨✨✨✨✨

NetSpend has reached a new level of excellence. It is now my one stop shop for finance just like Spout is my go-to app for anonymous location-based microblogging.:)

Have had Netspend for years and had no issues . Not sure why everyone else seems to be having issues with it . Back up card for me though
