突然のお問合せ失礼致します。
私貴社サービス（Instagram）を使用させて頂いております、美川里奈と申します。
（アカウント名: bouquet__de__parfum）

2022年11/15より弊Instagramのアカウントが一時停止されました件で、いち早い停止解除をご検討いただきたくご連絡させて頂きました。

当該アカウントでは、新婦向けブーケなどの商品のオーダー受注を目的として、お花、結婚式関連の投稿を行っております。
当該アカウントでは、偽装品の販売や宣伝といった行為は一切行っておらず、利用規約やコミュニティガイドラインに沿った運営行っておりました。

現在のアカウント停止処分により、直近でオーダーを頂いていたフォロワーとも連絡がとれず大変困っております。
今後も規約を遵守させて頂きますので、凍結・停止を解除頂けないかご検討頂けますと幸いです。

My name is Rina Mikawa and I am an Instagram user.

I am contacting you to request prompt lift of the suspension of my instagram account(which has been temporarily suspended from 15 November 2022).

The regarding account posted floral and wedding-related posts with the aim of taking orders for products such as bouquets for brides. The account did not sell or advertise any fake products and was operated in accordance with the terms of use and community guidelines.

Due to the current suspension of the account, we have been unable to contact our followers who had recently placed orders with us.
We will continue to abide by the terms and conditions and would appreciate it if you could consider lifting the suspension.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you, but we would like to thank you in advance.
