Couldn't live without this app!

Why all the bad reviews? Some people clearly aren't following the instructions. There are 2 requirements - 1) you must be a BT Broadband customer. 2) you must be in range of a BT Openzone or BT Fon hotspot. I am using a BT Openzone hotspot to write this review on my iPhone! Granted the app is a bit temperamental and requires some patience. Sometimes it can take a few mins to connect. But it DOES work. It is invaluable to me. I have BT Total broadband at home, but when I'm at my boyfriends house (he doesn't have wifi) I can go online using the BT app and connect to a local hotspot! Then I can get all my online stuff done here as if I was at home! It's great service and value that as a BT customer I can use their service even if I'm not at home. Thanks BT! Anyone reading this, ignore the bad reviews from dumb people who clearly don't know how to use the app. You must be a BT Broadband customer and this app WILL NOT work in all areas, only in range of a hotspot. 8 times out of 10 it works just as promised.
