This is how the mobile Internet is supposed to be!

I downloaded the app, signed in and was presented with my wish list and an item in my basket that was lurking from my previous (web) visit a few days ago.

I resisted the impulse to add to my basket but proceeded to checkout. (I wanted the book anyway but also wanted to explore the negative comments in other reviews.)

I selected easily one of my several delivery addresses; no trouble there. I selected easily one of my two payment methods; no trouble there, either.

The final order included postage that I didn't want to pay so I chose my preferred postage from the options offered and checked out.

Why there are so many negative comments about the ordering and checkout process is truly baffling.

This is an excellent app with no discernible downside.

Generally a good useful easy to use app.. Only MAJOR thing stopping a 5* review is, there is no way to change the postage option when buying and it is preset on the next day option, instead of the free postage option.. Because of that u still need access to a pc to change it anyway which makes this app pretty pointless!!!!!

One improvement would be notifications that an ordered item has been dispatched.

Your app sends notifications of deliveries but they don't make a sound, it would be very helpful if it did and also be able to actually type your own message of where you want your parcel left incase of no answer as many times I have selected "front porch", well if they push my outer door in, that is my porch but they don't and they leave the parcel on the front step. Apart from those 2 small things the app is great!

I don't get all these bad reviews. Sure it doesn't have everything, but it's a mobile app for quick and easy shopping experience. If you want it all get your backsides on the PC or mobile browser!

I think the app is amazing and does its job, easy searching, adding to basket, viewing account t etc. Also loving the scan feature! This is what a Mobile app should be like in my opinion. 5 stars from me for sure!!!

Fantastic app, use it all the time on my phone and iPad. Very versatile never need to go to the online store I buy everything on the app! Love the wish lists too!
Only downfall is I never see the postage & packaging price when at checkout, plus you cannot ask questions on the app you must log in to the desktop site to access this.

Have been using this app for long time and bought several stuff. Defo reccomend this app and amazon it's better than eBay and worth every money. The customer service has been excellent so sad because I had refunded an item instantly answered back. Also, the delivery is so fast and the payment method of security is so safe. 10/10

I have been using this app for a long time and it is one of the best shopping apps ever! Very reliable and easy to use, excellent features and so simple to use with finger print security & stored cards for simple payments. Notifications for purchase dispatch and delivery.

excellent app. always worked well for me....helps me get what I need,helps with working out where's the best place to buy stuff,if stuff is released/available yet.

my only downside is that you can't have more than one basket....or save stuff in different folders

Using it for a while now and it does what it says on the tin, never fails to get my packages delivered. The recent update didn't install at first but all I did was held the lock and home button together for a full restart. Works perfectly now.

Excellent user experience , you can easily find what you are looking. The thing that I have appreciated the most is that you can change country store very quickly better than the site where you have to log in each time in each country.

Its an exceptional application that not only allows you to make speedy purchases, but also keeps you up to date with notifications of where your package currently is, when it has shipped and when it has been delivered. 5 stars

This saves a lot of time compared to shopping through the web browser. Nearly everything is available, compacted into this mobile friendly version. I haven't experienced any problems so far, so good job!

When a friend told me there was a way of purchasing items and having them delivered to your door, I didn't believe them. This app has really changed my life. Now I can order things whilst I'm out.

I've seen a few reviews saying how awful this is but I've been using it for the past 6-7 months and I've had absolutely no problem at All! Bought so much stuff and it's worked fine.. Great app!

My notifications wouldn't work but after uninstalling and reloading I was asked if I would allow notifications by the iPhone and I said ok and all worked well. Try this before giving up!

I use this app several times a week. Having 6 kids at home I always need something!! This app is easy to navigate and quick from search to checkout, great for anyone busy or on the go.

Great application which is versatile and accessible on the go. Very useful tools for delivery options once order placed as well as being informed as to when your delivery is en route.
