The app is really good where you can manage everything from direct debits to standing orders etc, what you be good is a pending transactions section (lloyds banking app has it) so you know what is pending to go out rather than waiting for it to go out.

I was wondering when i could quickly check my balance on my watch and finally the time has come. Thank you natwest, this app makes my watch that one app more useful. And to use it to be able to get cash out the machine is just an amazing bonus.

At the moment it keeps prompting me to setup the watch app when I launch it, which I do every time and it's a bit annoying. Can't fault the rest of it though, and pleased that they are supporting both Apple Pay and Watch unlike Barclays!

Really good app, so useful on the go and handy that you can use Touch ID to log in without having to remember your passcode. I mostly use it to view my balances, transfer between my own accounts and pay your contacts. Well done NatWest!

I don't use the app on a watch, so can't comment on that. But on my iPhone it is by far the best banking app I've seen. And now the one missing feature has been added - the transaction listing now shows your running balance. Perfect!

I have seen this app go from being able to view your balance to cancelling direct debits, transferring money to other accounts etc. I hope Natwest continue to upgrade it to the point that we can do virtually everything on it.

This app is flawless in all areas and with each app update it gets better and better. One feature I would find to be very useful would be to be able to pull up a bank statement and then print it out directly from the app.

This is so much better than other banking apps. Viewing ones DD and SO payment helps loads and cancelling them even more go! GetCash on the watch is an excellent and useful feature when out and about shopping. Keep it up!

Very user friendly app and easy to navigate too! The Touch ID feature is great as well - this stopped working after updating but to turn it back on go to the '...More' tab -> Touch ID -> Enable and it can be reactivated.

Great app, never had problems with it and the additional features are just amazing. I wouldn't use the services like emergency cash if it wasn't for this app. I'm still waiting for the possibility to add new payment.

Thanks Natwest for listening to your reviews and being able to cancel direct debits from the app without having to log onto online banking and also making it optimised for iPhone 6s users please keep up the good work

Great app but can't find out what amount to fill in when paying off the credit card. ( you eventually get the payment date when you start the payment process but I have to go online to find out that months total ?)

I use this app most to transfer between my savings and current account. It's now limited to £250, which is useless!

Edit: problem fixed, must have been a temporary glitch. Back to being my favourite banking app.

I'm look forward to having a Stint on setting up a standing order and it's great to see my account nicknames where they are.

Great work NatWest! After spending the last few weeks getting frustrated with the App, I was so please to receive the update yesterday and experience all the new and improved features. Bring on Apple Pay!!

This latest update is even better. Now being able to view direct debits as well as standing orders makes life much easier, and reducing the amount to get cash is a much better idea. Keep up the great work!

At last, the watch app is all working again! I don't use it that much, but it was annoying when it stopped working. Now, if I could just have a balance widget in the Today view on my phone...? Please...

Just used this for the first time and was amazed how easy it was to setup and then how easy it was to add Touch ID. After all this I made a payment. 5 mins to do the whole thing from never using it :)

Best Mobile banking app I've seen. Use it daily with my account so I can always keep track of my statement and balance. Touch ID is a great feature and interface is nice looking and simple. Keep it up
