First off fingerprint on iphone 6s is so fast on this app makes it so much easier this app has such a beautiful design and great layout could do with larger payments to verified payees though only downside LOVE IT keep up the updates

Generally excellent app and much better than HSBC. NatWest have certainly cottoned on to the fact that having a good online/app banking experience are important for customer retention! Having Touch ID support is an excellent feature.

Would it be possible to filter direct debits though to just see active ones? And also to sort by date?

I've always rated the natwest app, but still the transactions take a while to appear on your statement, I just don't understand why it doesn't happen straight away instead it takes days, which messes up your available balance. Pleeeeaaaase sort this out. But other than very very good app

Really pleased with the new improves made to the app, I can now make a one off payment to someone's account without using that card reader thing.
Also nice touch adding the search payee function!!

Just applied for an overdraft increase today in the app! How did you know I needed to do this NatWest!

Watch app didn't work initially but spoke to someone on your helpdesk who told me to uninstall and re-install the app on my phone and then pair my watch and it all works fine now!

Very happy with the app from Natwest! Ever since i started using it there i don't need to login to online banking because i fo everything on mobile - check my balance and pay my friends and transfer money to my savings accounts and pay bills! Excellent!
I'll use the apple watch extension now and see how it goes!

It's a brilliant app. So many different ways to make payments and view your bank account.

HOWEVER....... Please sort out the request to use get cash on my Apple Watch and then when I accept it or decline it with 'don't ask me again' it will once again ask me. Please fix ASAP as it ruins the experience.

Great release, great app, new functions are very useful. clearly a bank that knows how to deliver the best in class banking apps. great functions, looks better with running balance and I really like the ability to apply for products from my App. I wonder what else Natwest will enable in the app next!

There are lots of featured that get missed, eg how to check how much you need to pay off your credit card to avoid interest, and that changing the nickname changes the order accounts are displayed. That's very useful.
Natwest could do more to advertise these features.

This app is brilliant, got me out of trouble at a petrol station a few times when I'd forgot my card and used Get Cash. Now I can use the watch to see my balance, transactions and still use get cash.
Works perfectly, well done Natwest. I can't remember the last time I logged in on the desktop.

After all the updates that have been made, this is by far the best banking app on the market!! I use others and everything about this app is much better. Very user friendly and in specific, the get cash option is extremely convenient!! Continue with all the improvements bcos I love them!!!

Forgot my cash card on a night out last night, then suddenly remembered the 'Get Cash' feature. Night saved as I managed to draw out some cash using just my phone. The rest of the features are very good too. So easy to use and keep an eye on my finances. Keep up the good work Nat West.

Quite a decent and usable banking app. Supports Touch ID, if you're not jailbroken, and is much easier to access than other banking apps,.. Cough,.. Lloyds TSB,.. Cough.

AND it supports the larger screens so people behind you 100 ft away won't be able to see how much money you have!

Just brilliant. I have been using this App for the last 2 months now and it has helped me massively! Before I got this I was awful for going overdrawn and spending what I shouldn't! But since I have had it, I have been like an actual adult and keeping an eye on what I spend! Great app

Apple watch app is great but would be much better if you could switch between accounts rather than just show the account which is setup for 'get cash'

Hopefully further updates and ios9/watch os2 will make it shine more.

Love this app. So easy to use and so good while on the move. But why on the last version update have they removed finger print login? We now have to type in our codes again? No one can steal or learn my finger print and so much quicker. Please put this function back in.

Why do you restrict access to people with UK mobile phones,?
My husband is not discriminated against in this way by Lloyds bank.
We live in Thailand and have been using online banking for many years so why do you stop me from using the easy access option, most unfair!!

fab app. But since recent update I've had to log completely back in. And my phone top-up cleared and won't let me add any numbers. Crashes back to log in page.
Use this regular to top up kids and work phones. Now have to go to a cash point. Inconvenient I'm afraid.

I love how easy it is to search for transactions and it's really clean and clear on the screen. I have a joint account with another bank and you can't easily see the full name of the retailer for instance in that. And they keep making useful updates. Well done.

Have been using this app for years without any issues whatsoever. Much easier and quicker than internet banking, natwest have been good with adopting the newer technologies such as Touch ID and Apple Pay to make things even better. Keep up the good work!
