Blunovus First Responders' emotional support offering is based on the fundamental principle that “people need people." Joining the Blunovus family allows for change at a cultural level by effectively training, educating, providing 24/7 support, and granting access to providers, resources, and a wellness library for our first responders.

This App simplifies subscriber access to Blunovus services that are paid for by the department of the first respondent. The Blunovus First Responders app customizes access by automatically integrating the department's access codes and access numbers. The first time a subscriber uses the app, the subscriber enters a code supplied by his department. The app will then enable the subscriber to access the mental health support text and telephone services. The app provides anonymous access to the telephone support center by stripping out the caller ID information, yet still supplies the support center with the necessary authentication that identifies their employer as a subscribing employer and allows the app user to have a chat session or telephone conversation with another First Responder, without having to remember their department's access code. App users enjoy streamlined employer-customized access to the Blunovus Care Services customized for First Responders.
