Art Rail Transit Authority (ARTA) is a graffiti writers tool that fuses Twitter and Instagram for graffiti writers - where words are replaced by all styles of graffiti.

It allows writers to upload their own work, fans of graffiti writers can also upload images from walls and trains can now share different images much like Instagram.It's designed to be fun and where you can expand upon these images.

Developed by Goldie and Henry Chalfont - it takes the image that you like and lets you play with fonts, styles and a range of graffiti techniques.

Fans who have a love of the New York city transit system's graffiti can look at writers works past and present.
