Very disappointing

this all app suspends you if you have a second account with the same billing address and bank account information since I have to account I have one oendeing transaction that's not even transferd till the 29 and I can't even long back to my account after deleting the app and for my second account I have a transaction that's not even half way completed by the buyer! and it won't let me log in I try contacting mercari and it doesn't even notify me wether if I'm going to receive a message back witching 1-2 business days so thiers really nothing I can do so if you do ever experience anything similar to this basically you loose and mercari wins! postmark
