To those having in app purchase trouble,

I was having the same issue and searched all over for a solution to find nothing out there, but this worked for me. With the appisode stuck on waiting:

- press the home button to get to the home screen. Don't double click and end the app.
- go into settings and turn off wifi connection.
- go back to disney appisodes. You should get a message that you need an internet connection to download your purchase. At this point you should get prompted for your iTunes password. I forget the exact order as my wifi switched to another connection. That's how I stumbled on this.

- now instead of "waiting" the appisode should say "paused"
- go back out and turn wifi back on
- go back to appisodes and you may get prompted for your password again, but if you touch the paused appisode once your internet connection is back on it should start downloading.

Again, this worked for me but the order of events may be different for each person. I think the main thing is to turn wifi off then back on.

Both of my daughters love this app! They are 1yo, & 2 1/2. They have all of the episodes. The last one I tried to download kept waiting as other reviewers have stated. But, I just deleted the app off of my ipad mini, then reinstalled it with a sync to my computer. Once it re-downloads, just hit the little question mark in the top right corner, put in the four digits it asks you to, and click to restore your purchases. All the appisodes you've previously bought should pop back up. Then, don't forget to fix your star rating. It's a great app!

I have had the appisode app for almost a year and never had a problem. I own 7 appisodes. They have gone up in price. I brought a few when I first got it and a few more when they had a sale. I noticed they just drop the price to 4.99. I don't know if it is a sale but I picked up two more. Disney is expensive. My daughter likes to view, play them. She even enjoys going to the store to pretend to play the ones she doesn't have. My 4 year old enjoys them too. I hope they make one soon for pj masks. My 3 year old loves that shows.

My 3 year old son LOVES this app! The appisodes are a bit pricey at $4.99 a pop.. But it's excellent for on the go road trips or waiting room visits. My son has actually been learning from it also, which is the biggest plus in my book!! Picking up on shapes and learning to count higher...

It's a bit of a space hog, but overall a great app for the kids and I would definitely recommend it! Keep the new appisodes coming Disney!

I feel bad for those who are having download trouble. It worked ok for me on my iPad 3rd Gen. Left it plugged in on wifi and both paid appisodes downloaded in less than 15 minutes.

We have been a huge Road Rally fan for over a year and were waiting for new episodes. Our son loves them all. Sure, $5 sounds like a lot, but its worth the hours of enjoyment each appisode provides over the year.

I must admit--my favorite apps for my daughter, by far--include this one & the Disney ones where you paint the character & your painting becomes 3d. Very cool apps & entertaining for all ages. I own a shop & frequently have kids in... When they get bored with TV, I open this App and they stay completely entertained the remainder of time that they are there. Five stars, with ease.

First I would like to say my son loves this app. But after the update it crashes and freezes. I can not download any of the episodes that I paid for. Could be a 5 star app if the problems get fixed.

Fixed the problem 5 stars app now
After reinstall I restart my phone and then was able to download the new episodes.

This is THE BEST app for children. My child has been playing this since he was 12 months and now at 19 months he STILL loves this app the best. People are amazed by my sons intelligence that this app has taught him. Disney rocks !

for creating such a great app that my kids love. We own six appisodes. UPDATE: if you are having issues with restoring appisodes do what others are doing and update to iOS9.2.

I bought this one a couple of years ago and now I am getting a flash box saying something about won't location of app. Or something like that..

This app is great - my 2yr old is really interacting with it - so much better and more educational than just watching tv

so magical and fun. a little pricey but worth every penny. we have not had any issues. very neat design

Easy to switch between my apps and the store, Miles is a win in my kids books. They can't stop playing!

My 4 year old daughter LOVES this app. It really is magical the way you can play with the shows.

But, will be more interesting if you update this app to Spanish (latino america)

We own lots of Appisodes. New design makes it so easy for me and the kids.
