Another great update for the TaskRabbit App. For folks who are in the City of San Francisco, a new feature appears called Deliver Now - an on demand delivery service available during normal business hours (and business days). The Deliver Now feature makes life easy - $10 flat rate delivery anywhere in the City! I'm hooked, seriously.

July 28, 2011 Review:
The difference between the old TaskRabbit App and new TaskRabbit App? Night and day! The new App has some VERY unique and special features that I will find useful in my everyday life. Let me point out a few of my favorites:

1) Upload photos or voice recordings to the Task Description: Amazing! It will allow me to make Task posting more efficient and effective. Have a difficult time putting a visual into words? No longer necessary to do so. I see myself uploading photos to the Task all the time using this App.
2) GPS feature: One can browse location-based Tasks, which really marries the iPhone GPS feature and the TaskRabbit list of Tasks in my local area. It's pretty cool to look at a map in the App and see where these Tasks are located.
3) On the go, or can't think of the right Task to post? There's a carousel of the most common Tasks! This makes my life easier.

Seriously folks, I use TaskRabbit all the time and this is a great new way to integrate the service into my busy, on the go life. Give it a try!

This is such a smart concept! TaskRabbit just makes sense. Whatever I can think of doing around my home, for my company, etc., Taskers are available and equipped to manage my requests. It's been a really wonderful experience for me. I've had them pick up groceries, handle my least favorite cleaning responsibilities (bathroom), organize closets, drop items off across town, etc...and I usually don't offer much advance notice. Most of my requests have been within ASAP timeframe and they've come through every single time.

It's kind of like Trader Joe's for me now, I can't imagine living in the city without one. Thank you so much for launching a great service TaskRabbit. I'm a fan!

Whoever created the business model for Task Rabbit must be a billionaire by now! This company is awesome! It is is so awesome to be able to get quick and efficient help on all your day-to-day tasks and more. If you're busy, working or just don't have the skill to do a particular task - Task Rabbit will come through for you! I used it for the 1st time today and was able to book a 'tasker' for the same-day at a great rate too. Nice to know that everyone is vetted and payment occurs through the app. In a mobile age, this app/business sure is helpful! Thank you to the entire team at Task Rabbit! "Hop" to it and get the app (free) and you will not be disappointed!

First time client here! I went onto the app to hire a housecleaner. When searching I was presented with a bunch of Taskers to choose from for the date and time I needed. All had different hourly rates and reviews for me to check before hiring them. I chose Lynsey and within 5 minutes she confirmed the appointment. She came on Monday with all of her own supplies and cleaned my house for four hours. She did an amazing job! All TaskRabbits have undergone background checks and so I felt comfortable leaving her alone in my house once I went to work. Can’t wait to use TaskRabbit again for other chores I don’t have time/or want to do. Thank you TaskRabbit!!!!

I've had a shadow box sitting on my floor for 7 months and a bathroom cabinet sitting on my floor for 3. I hired someone on a Saturday afternoon to come hang my stuff less than 12 hours later. This service is fast, efficient and has knowledgeable people available for hire. The fact that there's an app for it makes it even better, because I live my life primarily via my iPhone, at least for personal stuff. Taskrabbit was recommended to me by a co-worker and I highly recommend it to anyone who has things they need done, but either don't have the time or the know how. It's so worth it.

Initially it was harder to find the right person but with the "speedy" approach they manage to come up real quickly with a good match for the task. Kudos! I have been impressed with the good spirits and the stamina my task was executed. It was professional and effective. It was amazing the amount of work that got done in relatively little time. Highly recommended

My father-in-law recently passed and left my 3yr old son his Kindle, which he loved to play games on. We left it at a restaurant in SF while on vacation. I used task rabbit to send someone to pick it up and ship it to me in Oklahoma. They got it to me in 3 days in perfect condition. So happy with this service!! Highly recommend!!!!

TERRIFIC app!! Highly recommended. I needed to assemble an Ikea sofa bed. I booked in the morning and within a few minutes I was matched with the person to come help me out. A guy was on time, very friendly, professional and fast. Don't hesitate to use this app for moving/assembling and other tasks.

We've had a filing cabinet sitting on the floor for six months, not to mention a whole bunch of other small around the house items that my husband was just never going to get to. We hired someone and a few days later, all of the items were done. The time saved was priceless.

I've used this service about five times now and I'm so glad I discovered it! I've had IKEA furniture picked up and assembled, a computer adapter delivered, shirts ironed, and gotten a helper for my daughter's birthday party. The app is easy to use and the tankers are great!

Needed someone to stand in line for me at two hours starting at 5:30am. Finding and booming someone was very easy, and they showed up on time and were great to communicate with. The whole experience was seamless. Looking forward to using this service more often.

I really love how TaskRabbit has grown into an amazing customer service end-all. I started using TaskRabbit for moving and now tap them for handyperson services as well. They hire the greatest people.

Used it for help with packing and stuff and the people I met were courteous, friendly, and professional! They definitely knew their stuff when it comes to packing furniture, kitchenware, etc!

The interface is fantastic and always improving and I have yet to hire a task rabbit I haven't been thrilled with. This app truly makes my life easier without any hassle and at fair prices!

I needed some help and a truck to move some chairs and a rug. The app was user friendly - it was easy to find the right person for the job at the right price and I got great service.
