MUCH Better than before. DRIVE WISE AWESOME FEATURE SO FAR. I couldn't ever do anything easily before on the last version I used. I got so sick of it, I didn't use it for months. Now I get cards, and Policy access easily, etc. ALSO: Do the DRIVE WISE if you can. Some complaints about it are ridiculous. If you're a hard breaker/ fast driver (WHICH ONLY APPLIES IF YOU Drive FASTER than 80 MPH, {(Doesn't CARE how FAST you accelerate, (so if you're a GOOD driver, you can go fast, AS LONG AS YOU'RE SMART enough of a DRIVER to be able to BRAKE with EASE,) } IF YOU'RE NOT USUALLY A GOOD/SMART DRIVER THAN You probably shouldn't use the Drive Wise. If you're not sure, use it a few days. And watch your driving. You can turn it off at anytime. So if it's not working for you just stop using it. Also there is a feature to remove the trip because it's phone GPS/cellular connection. So you have the option of saying you weren't driving, or various other reasons. BECAUSE it Is WILL TRACK ANYTIME YOU'RE IN A VEHICLE, keep that in mind, others driving could potentially look bad on you. (Anyway they know HARD braking is sometimes unavoidable, so don't stress over a few times, nobody could AVOID HARD BRAKING FOREVER!!) I got a nice check after 3 days of using the drive wise. Waiting to see what kinda Renewal discount we will get. Fingers crossed.

All you people paying your monthly premium on here, with the app, just a heads up, for a nice discount. Allstate has automatic withdrawal out of my account, set up to the 4th of every month, because it's the day after pay day. You get a nice discount on your premium for doing that, then you don't have to remember to pay it. Just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone that didn't know They always get their money, YOU get a discount, comfort of knowing it's paid, better credit, and you don't have to remember to pay it on time. Hope that helped someone

For me it's easy to use the app or to call when making payments because i work nights and can't make it to the office. It's also very helpful and convenient to be able to access the insurance card without having to log in just in case you aren't able to find your actual card.

I am not an Allstate customer, however, I turned in a claim on my Jeep using this app. This app alone makes me thing about changing my insurance company. Way to go on thinking of the future! Easy and very convenient!!!! Thank you!

Love the app! User friendly. I do wish that you wouldn't have to put in your password (after using the finger print function) to make a payment. But, it's still a great app and works well.

Loving this app it gives me everything I need without making a call and waiting for someone to assist mequick & easy no envelopes & stamps

This app is awesome. Not sure what the other people are talking about on the other reviews because my vehicles are direct withdrawals. I pay for my Polaris ranger using the app.

This app works great. Had a few problems with it when I first signed up for it but after I spoke with someone and they helped me I use all the time to pay my bill.

App is very user friendly. Anything you can do on the phone, you can pretty much do on the app. Been using it for the last few years & it keeps getting better.

Every time I have tried to use this app, there has been nothing but success. Easy to operate and very easy and quick when paying bills. You rock

Awesome app, easy to use and great navigation. Gives you option to pay bill with debit or e-check. I can go on and on, overall great.
