I have been using BOA app since first version. I basically can not live without it. I deposit all paper checks (so 20th century) I still receive, pay my mortgage, my bills etc. usually when I am waiting for something like the wife to get dressed or at the dentist office.
Now if BOA can figure out how to make my iPhone into my personal ATM, this app will be better than perfect.

I have savings and checking account along with direct deposit works great I pay my bills no problem even created a side account for saving up towards a new car very cool feature. I've also used it to deposit checks via taking photos and have had no problem FYI make sure you have good lighting and a decent phone nothing from pre -99 will work. I used it on my iPhone 4 problems.

I have always enjoyed the Bank of America app. It's capabilities are impressive. The new design changes are great. However, I am most appreciative of the restoration of the URL Scheme functionality. I use this app every day. The URL Scheme support allows me to implement the app more easily in workflows that I have set up with Launch Center Pro. Thank you Bank of America.

I've been with Chase and they screwed my entire checking and savings accounts up. I took my money to B of A (what little I have) and they assured me that this would not happen at their bank. 10 years later and I'm still with B of A because of such quality and man time the use to answer any questions I have. They are kind and no nonsense! I love my B of A's everywhere!

Not being a fan of big corporate banking, I have to admit this app works well for me. With the introduction of using the iPhone's fingerprint feature to log in, I find it super easy to use. Now I can redeem the rewards points, as a credit to my account. Which is better than buying stuff I don't really need!

this really is a top-notch app. as of lately, I've had no need to visit their website on computer as I can take care of my accounts right from the app. additionally, it's been a long time since I've had to visit a branch. not sure why it's so poorly rated but really, if you're having issues with this app, odds are you are the problem, not the app.

I don't see how this app has such a low rating. I use it almost every day and I've never had it crash. Although it's not as sleek looking like other banking apps, it's packed with great features. Plus it feels super secure and safe. You can use TouchID to sign in and it will log you off automatically after you've been active for a few minutes.

I Love how easy and convenient all the features are! I can access and pay my bills on my already saved bill payments and I can transfer money to my friends and family that bank here as well! I couldn't ask for more! Security is great if I have an issue I can just click on the link to contact help and support and it dials for me! Love it!

This app has been great I've been using it since 2011. My phone just updated the latest software version and now I can't even open the app. It try's but just closes after about 3-5 seconds. Please fix this issue as I love this app and am disappointed I can't see my balance without having to go thru safari which gets to be a hassle.

I have been using this cool app for more than a year and half almost on a daily basis and I love it. It is sleek, responsive and loaded with features. I find it way better than other banking apps. I don't remember it ever crashing for me, wonder how it crashes for others! It is simple to use and makes banking accessible.

Since my first job I've been with BoA, still going 8 years strong. Lost my debit card once and I logged in to lock my card thru the app till I found it and unlocked it to keep using it, also ordered a new debit card after using it for 3 years and it was hard to read and it came with the new chip for better security.

This app is revolutionizing the way we bank! It's amazing that I can (at the pace of a finger tip) view all of my account balances, change card settings, transfer between my accounts, etc, etc.

Not to mention, the design of this app is WONDERFUL compared to ANY OTHER mobile banking app.

I can cash my checks, order checks, and do money transfers with this app. I can also be connected to a live person without the hassle of entering my account information. I love how my iPhone6s lets me use the finger print security option to access this app. Everything about, this app is so convenient.

I love this new update it changed alot it will take time to getting use too but it will be nice like for example if you loose your credit or your debit card you can just go to the app and put the card and block mode once you get your card back you can re activate it right from the banking app.

Thank you for addressing literally every issue with the app in a single update. The notifications bug could've been the worst but no sign out and overly-complex transfer features had a lot of users downloading Venmo if you know what I mean. This is now running smoothly and 100% problem free!!!

This is a great update and the app is slowly becoming better! I'm now able to turn my debit card on and off whenever needed! I would like to have the option to see pending deposits such as direct deposits like some other banks mobile apps offer (Navy Federal, USAA). Otherwise great update!

The new check deposit is so much easier than it used to be. Whoever the engineer was that did the image recognition deserves a big bonus. The only way it could get better is if it automatically parsed the amount and allowed an e-signature so that you didn't have to scan the back.

Not crazy about the new look of the app but it finally has all of the features I'd hoped for including the ability to view and redeem cashback and the ability to view your FICO score. So much easier than going on to the full website on a mobile device. Very happy with it!

I've been using this app for close to 3 years and I don't know what I'd do without it. As long as you know your login information, it's a breeze. I love the ability to enable Touch ID! This app is really user friendly and now the only way I do banking is through this app.

This is one of the best banking apps out there but the only thing I would like to see in the next future update would be a fingerprint login feature. It is by far not only the easiest to login but one of the most secure ways to protect your login on your mobile device!!!
