Wow, what a difference an update makes! All my suggestions from my previous review were added and then some. Now it's so much easier to review credit card activity and FINALLY, to redeem your reward points. And now you can see your free FICO score as well (if you opted in to the service). The Bill Pay section got a nice makeover too. I haven't checked the transfer screens as of yet, but I'm sure those work just fine. Thanks, BofA for making banking even easier for me.

It seems to me that people obsessed with touch ID or too lazy to enter their password, if you can manage use your hands maybe you shouldn't be handling your finances at this moment. I love this app, like paying off my credit card every moment, depositing, and pretty much saving myself parking fee to my local branch. I would like to see the app display how much rewards I have earned back with my credit card, which is seems to be available only on desktop version of BOA.

This app is not only reliable; it is convenient and ridiculously user-friendly. You don't even have to remember and enter your password every time - it works with Touch ID through your phone: easier, faster access and more secure than a password.

Some of the other reviews talk about crashing: (1) what app doesn't? and (2) it rarely crashes if you keep it up to date.

BOA has done a good job at working on this app to make it as comprehensive and helpful as possible.

This is such a fantastic banking app. I rave about it to all my friends. I can do pretty much all my banking from it, which is amazing. Little things like putting the amount I owe as an option when paying my bills is so convenient! No more having to write down the amount somewhere. If I could make one suggestion - the back button tap area/sensitivity can be increased. I am often tapping it several times before it finally recognizes the tap. Otherwise, great job!

I don't use every feature of this app and I don't have a lot of accounts or complexity with my account. I have one account and I look at my account moderately to see my balance and my purchases shortly after they occur. I do use the mobile deposit feature which I find pretty useful and handy and far I haven't found any flaws when using these basic but very useful features of the app and I've been using it for a few months now. Meets expectations perfectly.

In Depositing Dilemma is found to be annoying. I like the app as I check where I am at moments notice. But when I take a picture on either side of the check the screen, indicates it was "OK" I try to enter the amount, I get rejected. I think the app should relate that it's not OK then why should the app, accept it. Also I tend to shake when have to hold it steady and the app doesn't like that, can this be fixed, to allow a little bit of shakiness.

I personally thought the app was too simple a few years ago.
I love the efforts of the programmer to make it better right now i cant be thankful enough for it. I like how i can log in with touch id. I can now lock my cards in case i lose and and if i find them activate them again without having to wait for a replacement! I live the ap updates please never stop updating! This app is just about as good as it gets. I Use it every day from my iPhone, and very rarely find something that I can't do that I can do on the BOA website. If you know that website, which is also superb, then you know that that is saying a lot. The User interface of this app is amazingly clear, simple and direct. Just one more reason why we love banking with The Bank of America. I do not know how it could be improved upon.

This if by far the best banking app ever. It works flawlessly. I never had any issues. It feels like a financial institution app. Unlike Chase and Capital One this app has all the functionality of a bank app. Other bank apps look like social media sites with useless pictures and backgrounds. This app truly feels and functions like a financial institution app. Anything I can do on the website, I can do via this app. Great job BofA.

I really love the b to make deposits with this app. It is sooo much easier than driving to the bank.
My request: please move the "Deposit Checks" button away from the "Sign Out" button. I cannot touch the "Deposit Check" button without activating the "Sign Out" button. 95% of the time this happens, multiple times per try. Thank goodness for the sign out confirmation; that prevents a full sign out.

First off, Tacos are LIFE. I love this app more than tacos. This app is fast, convenient, and easy to use. I especially love the Touch ID sign on more than a fat cat loves tuna.

It's also really secure, it also allows you to lock your card in case of theft or being lost. So next time a group of thieves decide to purchase 50 snuggies and the Justin Bieber Movie using your debit card, think again baddies!!!

Been with BOA for many years, all my friends are with other banks, their banking apps have nothing on BOA!!! I can transfer between my accounts, deposit checks (takes longer to post to account that way, I don't use that feature) my notifications allowed me to see someone had used my card online! This app deserves better than what it has received. Try using the competitors banking app and you'll change your tune!

What's up with that? It just makes no sense to say that. I use Bofa app and find it to be awesome, so I give it 5 stars. Does it mean that Bofa wrote this review? Hope you can answer that. And I don't know why you're having issues with depositing checks via app. I do it every month and it works flawlessly. Orrr, if I apply your logic, your review is written by another bank that is competing with Bofa. Lol.

What a great app! I use it for both personal and business accounts. I get checks in the mail weekly. No more driving to the ATM to make a deposit. I can make those deposits anytime day or night right from my desk. Now that is just really great. And I can review my accounts and change the check names to id them in my checking account. Not all banks have this and is one reason I switched to B of A. Thanks!

BOFA has offered the best online/mobile experience for years. I keep thinking it already does most everything. Then you improve it. I'm assuming the asking of security questions each time was a "glitch,"as it was quickly corrected. Love being able to alert you when I travel, but this feature is a bit buggy. There's nothing else I'd complain about. Thanks for a great experience for more than 15 years, now.

This app works wonderfully! Best banking app by far and I've used most all of the major bank apps out there. Mobile deposit takes just seconds now because it snaps the photos for you, and BoA posts mobile deposits much quicker than many of its peers.

It's not perfect and could use new features such as Touch ID, but I'm supposed to review the app as it stands and its a solid, fast and handy banking app!

This app works very well for most of my banking needs. For the few things I can't do on the app, it's easy to log on to the website via Safari and yay the full website. The app works well for check deposits, bill pay, viewing account activities, and other every day tasks. I love BofA and this app makes me love them even more. I highly recommend this app and I don't review very many apps.

really great upgrade for small-business check processing, if you are into that sort of thing :-)

I’m giving it five stars, because the improvement was unexpected — I figured they’d just iterate on the previous poor version, but the new “point and forget” processing is fast, and accurate. The prior version was almost unusable because it was very fussy and would reject many photos.

If I could change just one thing on this app it would be the Bankamerideals. I wish you could just press one button to add all the available deals, instead of having to add one by one. By the way, so far this year, I've earned about $44, which isn't a whole lot, but it's money that I otherwise would've just "thrown away". Instead, it goes into my savings account. Every little bit helps :)

What on earth is going on? What made you guys think that having a user text or email themselves every time they have to access the app was a good idea. This is easily the most important app on my phone so the user experience should be more friendly. I need access quickly. I don't want to go through that process every single time. Sometimes multiple times a day. Newsflash: nobody does.
