Firstly I’ll start by saying this is one of the best kanji review apps out there and I’ve tried dozens.

Minor bug, having reached up to lesson 27 there is a further review of naoru “to be cured” the lesson introduces two different kanji both offering the same meaning. During the review however you don’t know which is required to answer the question correctly as both have the same meaning, the question is the same. Thus the review goes on for a long time because you don’t know which kanji is required to answer the question correctly.

I like this app because it breaks the kanji/vocab down into manageable chunks of 4. Design and feel is good as well.

Only request is to put the review buttons on the first screen when opening the app, so I can just open the app and review everything. Right now I have to click into a few menus before the review buttons show up.

Also I would like to be able to write kanji when they are introduced, but not in reviews. If that option were here it would be great.

I can get behind the mispronunciation of は as わ because that’s how it would be pronounced when used in a sentence (the voice feature is no-doubt carried over from the general language app).

The most frustrating thing i’ve ever experienced is the EXTREMELY buggy lesson when learning 気. I could use a microscope to make sure I’m tracing every pixel of the gray outline and it will still reset.

I’ve used this app for years and the new simpler design had me really worried. But once I started using it I realized I was flying though kanji faster than I have ever done. The simple design has help me focus and is less time consuming. It’s much easier to make a quick study session now when I’m microwaving food or waiting for the bathroom so something. 10/10 would recommend

It’s one of the good apps I got so far but please fix some bugs, there are sometimes same english meaning but different kanjis. Problem is they are in the same lesson... in which you are going to guess which KANJI is correct and you’ll end up like playing “GUESS WHAT!?”

it crushes on lesson 111 for “ECHO - 響” and I couldn’t continue anymore... PLEASE FIX IT.

Instead of aimlessly looking at sms garbage on my phone, I now review/learn some new kanji with this app. Other kanji learning methods feel like hour long studying endeavors. This app is perfect for whenever you have a moment. Great looking, good interface, never gets overwhelming. I like the single, reasonably priced, paywall to access all the levels.

I made an earlier review, with 3 stars, about the issues I had with the app. Namely it crashing all the time. Within a couple of weeks, the app was updated and I was contacted directly to inform me it was now fixed.

Very professional and efficient. Many thanks. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Great app, and well designed for quick learning.

However, latest update “fixed writing lesson for 後” but cannot access any writing lessons in app.

Plus, still crashing in review past due mode and nothing at all in review all mode.

It’s a very good and easy learning app but once the levels get higher I have noticed some word translation mistakes (as in the translations are not exact but a little off) or different words with the same translation. It would be nice if this can get fixed! Thanks.

I love that it makes me review the already studied kanji and that it keeps record of which ones I haven’t memorized yet.
I would just add a search tool, there are some kanjis that I want to learn because I use them in my daily life and I can’t find them...

That app is very great!
Too bad it cannot be synced with iCloud.
I recently had to reset my iPad and I lost my progression.
It will be great if we could choose which kanji we want wanna specifically study to sync ourselves with our level in class.

I really love this app you pay just one time and you can practice as much as you want, I think it would be great if you could add some common words that includes the Kanji that we are studying. It would help us to recognize the different reading.

After adding new functions, it constantly crashes in Review mode. And Review All mode doesn’t even work anymore. Tried finding out when a new update was coming. No reply. Was a good app, now it’s just irritating.

I was really enjoying using the app. It does what I want really well, but now it has crashed and I don’t know how to get it restarted. If I uninstall the app and reinstall will I lose all my progress?

Hiragana and kanji doesn’t match for Aunt and Uncle. My husband is really enjoying this application. It may be quite a while before he reaches level 5 though. :-) All in all a very nice application.

It has many variety and the one-time purchase is incredible. I’d love if all apps stop caring about making money long term but actually making something good and get paid for that.

I like this app, it’s really helpful for my study. But I’m having a hard time dealing with the glitches while I’m using it in my new ipad mini 6. Can you please fix it.

I love how words are shown first before memorizing the kanji itself. It strengthens familiarity! It will be helpful if there’s 1 sentence too. But this works already~

Please! We want this app on google play store. It will be very helpful. Too many people asks about this app but it’s not available on play store. Please do something.
