Support this Japanese developer, they are worthy of every penny you throw at them. This is essentially my dream game; it's got cars, strategy, endless replay value, and incredibly cute pixel art. Buy this game now, and for that matter all of Kairosoft's games, or I'll personally turn you into a ham loaf. Please?

EDIT: Also, those moronic, Angry Birds loving, potato chip eating, mentally bankrupt people who gave this game a poor rating can go jump through an elevator shaft. Those who only like games where you can shoot people in the face don't really get the concept of "thinking". Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but come on; this is the best game out for the iPhone, only rivaled by the other Kairosoft games. This is the game dev (pun intended) we've all been waiting for, ladies and gentlemen. Just give them the mic and let them do their thing. You won't be disappointed.

In case you didn't notice, the "mic" is your money.

I haven't enjoyed a Kairosoft game this much since Game Dev Story, but that's because I am not a big fan of the space management and planning layouts. This game has gone back to the roots of purely hiring, upgrading, and researching for your racing team. I know some people may find it tedious to watch your racer participate in the races, but I find it exciting to see the races unless I'm losing for sure. Perhaps putting in an option to skip races would appease some of the unsatisfied customers.

The only problem is to beware if you're playing on a 2nd generation iPod Touch. The training menu and the picture of your team is flickering which is quite annoying which give me headaches after prolonged periods of playing. I have heard of the case from a few people with 2nd gen iPod Touches and I hope Kairosoft fixes the problem because it is inhibiting the enjoyment of the game.

I got introduced to Kariosoft through the app game "Game Development Story" and further addicted when I decided to give "Hot Springs Story" a shot, now their games are on my "automatic buy" list.

Truthfully, I was a bit wary of buying this game because I generally don't much interest in racing, but I'm glad I pushed those feelings aside and bought it.

There's a satisfying feeling I get when I watch my driver race around on the track in the souped-up car I just upgraded, and watching what he does to figure out what new parts should be installed and what upgrades should be applied next. Also, there's another satisfying feeling when you're utilizing your time when you sign up for new races and while you're waiting for the race to begin, you can put in some research or some repairs to ready yourself. I can't wait what else Kariosoft releases next!

Kairosoft does it again! From Game Devloping, to Hot Springs, High School, the Mall, and now racing every one of Kairosoft's games are essentially management games. Be it time, money, or people you are managing anything and everything in an effort to do better. I like this one more than the others because there's an active watching element in the races. Instead of just watching people work for you (there's a lot of that) you also get to watch your little guys race in the cars you had them build.

Which makes me ask: Where's a Sports Story? While I would want a FOOTBALL story game, I can see them even taking my least favorite game and making it a "Story" game: Baseball. Make it happen Kairosoft!

I first tried the light version and fell in love with the game. It has the basic build and watch game play as most of there games. You can't controle the cars. If you played the light version first you would get that. But for a racing game it gives you insight on how to build a race team and customize your race cars. If you love strategy games then this is your game. Each car has different setup. Don't count out the hours spent trying to win every track. And there's more then just 8 of the same old tracks. They went the extra mile and constantly keep you changing everything up! A must buy.

Just like Gamedev Story, Pocket Academy, and Hotsprings Story this game is just plain addictive. With my first play through I simply couldn't put it down until I finished the game (witch was about a 13 hour game shesh)!

But what I think sets this apart from the previous games is that this game has ALOT of replay value. I just couldn't unlock everything with my diet save, so I had to use a different strategy and etc.

Overall this is a great game whether your a fan of kairosoft or if your getting it just for kicks. This is really a MUST buy and I can't wait for more games from kairosoft.

I looked at this game wanting a business game just to see if I could turn a profit but found a really in depth fun and exciting game that got me hooked! It's a pay once and play game to so that really helps and though u dont actually race the cars urself u actually are the manager from deciding the parts that go on the car to the sponsorship ur team get! Not much of a tutorial and tricky at first but extremely fun once u get going!!! Honestly I don't write reviews but this app truely deserved one!! I'm very happy with this game even if it was a few bucks!!!

I always play this game and it always places number one among my other fav games, but after I updated my phone to iOS 9 I realized that this game seems not to support iOS 9; It keeps getting crash. Dear Kairosoft I enjoy all of your games but this one is my most favored one. I know this is an old game but as one of your kairo-fans, I request you to update this game iOS 9 supportive. In fact, this is the most famous kairo game in the App Store… If possible, please increase the screen size ratio fitted to the most recent iPhones. Thank You.

There is finally a F1 management sim game! Well not exactly, but neither less, a racing management sim! There has been a F1 sim since PlayStation time. (a Japan release title)

This is some sort of a niche game, especially if you are a F1 fan. (you can even hire some of the top driver out there) but it is certainly fun and approachable enough for everybody to play!

Karisoft has been reinventing gaming classic since they start developing on the iOS platform. Keep up the fantastic work! You game never failed me!

Kairosoft all of your games are amazing but whens the last time we saw your games in the top 10? We haven't! As a buisness suggestion i would try to promote your product more. These games are good and people will buy if they know how good they are. 4$ might be a bit pricy for the average gamer to buy. I would stick with 2 or 3$ with more sales. This is not just for me, just a suggestion because the more money you make the more games you make(you know game dev story) any way great game but take my suggestions.

To those of you out there that are stupid enough to not read the description, you do not actually drive the car. It's like deadliest warrior, the computer generates the numbers based on the upgrades and stuff. Good thing I love deadliest warrior. I would give it a six, but I can't. I have bought every single game from you guys, and I love them all. Updates please, and release a game where you're in the business of building and selling stuff. Perhaps homes? I love this game!

Let me say that among Kairosoft's many excellent games, this one is my favorite. It is well paced, challenging and has good depth.

I am less happy to report, however, that for some reason the game runs horrendously slow on my iPhone 4, to the point where I really just can't play.

By far hands down one of the best games on the App Store. A Grand Prix story 2 would be ur next best game. A true masterpiece of a game that anyone can learn. Thank you Kairosoft

Kairosoft is 5/5 on iOS games. Some of the best simulation games I've played, but this is their best yet!

A Grand Prix story 2 would be an amazing game and would purchase the game as soon as I could.
