I have loved this app ever since I downloaded it when I was visiting my sister in Los Angeles. It made finding the closest LA Fitness super easy. I lost my key card and was able to show the checkin person my ID number, and they typed it in manually no problem. Now I use it for the local clubs. I have 3 LA Fitness near my house. Sometimes I see what the class schedules are, too see which club's class schedule works best w/ mine. I never have to go online to check the class schedules, because it's always on my handy dandy LA Fitness app, which is kept updated w/ any schedule changes. So I have been loving it. Sure there's a few quirks like my data isn't always updated. But that's not why I use the app. I use it for convenience. Mostly to see class schedules. And it comes in super handy when out of town.

Love searching for aerobics classes and amenities / phone numbers / hours on this app. Super accurate and great class descriptions!

Ps I agree with the below comment... Rate the app not the gym... & contact your club with issues. Better yet go somewhere else! Lol It's all perspective...I love this gym & all the workers have been extremely kind and helpful. Sounds like you have a bigger issue and that is your happiness. People who have nothing better to do than complain about everything are the ones who could use the gym the most because your most likely not happy with yourself and the gym is the biggest step & investment to take towards both health & happiness. I switched to LA about a year ago, also the time i moved to Pompano Beach. I switched because of the better range of equipment and other amenities that my previous gym didnt have. I work in Davie and was at the new Plantation location. Loved it, now that this new Pompano location has opened i am in heaven. Like the swith to having free weights upstairs and cardio downstairs. The size of the new building is amazing, no matter how busy it is, there is no waiting!!!

Son. He onset big for kid center and not old enough for the rest of tje gym. Kinda silly if he is in my care. But overall 10 stars from me!!!!

I thought with LA fitness taking over Ballys this would become something better than what Ballys was .. i was wrong. After recent conversation with Miguel of the Norridge Cumberland office operations, He was unable to help me with additional fees for multistate usage and I am fed up with LA fitness. They are unwilling and unable to help their longtime customers with fees and I'm going to go to another company that appreciates my business. By the way this Cumberland location is filthy, they need to clean the bathrooms and the equipment, I would advise any patron not to visit this location and also advise LA fitness to clean up your act.

I use this app for simple purposes: locating the nearest facility (and eliminating the ones without a juice bar via the filter); tracking my attendance by day, week, month; keeping an eye on my billing for accuracy and that's about it. I can tell you this with an absolute certainty - I never waste time trying to locate a gym in my area. I can find what I need when I need it. Again, I use it for simple functions and am very pleased.

I dint know why you huys conplaining about LA fitness parking, facility, or gym trainer here ? I find this core function is to ease your check in. Instead bring membership card on your keychain, you just show the barcode from this apps to the reception.

Does what you need out of a fitness app. Check in tag and checks how many times you've been to the gym. The app goes above my expectations by offering find my gym, class schedules, and bill reminder dates.

Idk why they have so many bad reviews, I've downloaded the app and its works perfect! I can view the class schedules, check-in, view my history, add my VIPs Etc, etc!

You get everything you need in one app - membership card, class schedules, track how often you go, edit your info, etc. I don't see why people complain about it.

This works awesome for busy full time mothers that have to schedule their week and get class times.

The new home screen looks fine and professional.
