I switched to LA about a year ago, also the time i moved to Pompano Beach. I switched because of the better range of equipment and other amenities that my previous gym didnt have. I work in Davie and was at the new Plantation location. Loved it, now that this new Pompano location has opened i am in heaven. Like the swith to having free weights upstairs and cardio downstairs. The size of the new building is amazing, no matter how busy it is, there is no waiting!!!
