I have been with Vodafone for quite a

Signal where ever I go and very rare that the network

Service lots of times and all ways been
Very help full and friendly and all ways solved any problem concerning my phone or contract. As for 3 G coverage
You do lose it now and then . For networks to role out 4 G they need too concentrate on giving a strong 3 G signal first . If you have stayed with a network for two or more years and you stay with them you should be given better offers and lower prices . Mobile phones are the way forward where people don't use public pay phones or even home phones . Now with the new modern smart phone getting even better I think it's no need for the p c any more . As I use my mobile now to do my banking and even pay bills to buying stuff . So yes I'm more than happy with Vodafone and will be for a very long time . Thanks for a good service . Kevin Mathers .

It's a great service when your upgrading or speaking to retention when your thinking of leaving - call centres in UK have friendly and very knowledge staff. In local store they offer a completely different service offering a different price structure for buying or using the trade in service when you submit a complaint via web site they don't answer your concern with a personnel response and don't cover the issue it's just a general response that could cover anyone's query which is very frustrating sending the same email over again until you receive a response rating to the query. I have been with Vodafone for several years having 3 handsets on my account and dealing via telephone you receive a better service this is probably because the calls are recorded Well Done to all the call centre customer service advisors keep up the good work and hopefully stores & email replies with improve

Shame to see so many negative reviews. My experience of Vodafone has been pretty good. I've been a Vodafone customer for more years than I can remember with only the odd hitch along the way. Always been impressed with the support I've received from customer services. One of the main reasons I stay with this provider is the coverage. I spend a lot of time out of doors, often in remote places. Vodafone always seems to provide the best chance of a signal when the phones of colleagues in other networks don't. I'm no fan of big corporations but I'd think long and hard about moving to another provider if I'm honest. App works fine for me too! Guess it's just luck!

Like everyone else my Vodafone app worked fine on my iPhone 4s until the recent vodaphone firmware update and then subsequently suffered unexpected errors when trying to retrieve my usage when nothing on my account had changed. I deleted my onavo app and then went to settings, profile and removed the onovo profile, opened up the Vodafone app and voila it's working. I then redownloaded the onovo app and reinstalled and both apps are now functioning fine and you won't lose any of your onova data reports. This has been driving me insane for months but I'm now able to access the Vodafone app again. Definitely a conflict between the 2 apps. Sue Hall

I have been with Vodafone since they started and I have always found Vodafone to be very helpful kind and patient I always get great deals from them I recently upgraded and got the phone I wanted at a price I can afford with allowances that I needed and the app that I downloaded is excellent it tells me how many minutes I have used how many texts I've sent and how much data I have used and it tells me my current bill at the time of checking I couldn't be happier with Vodafone I find the representatives to be very helpful and kind and patient. I would highly recommend both Vodafone and the app to all people looking for a phone company

I note that there have been a number of negative reviews about the App, nevertheless in my own experience the App seems to do the job. True, once the App has had a major update, you do NEED to switch off wi-fi to connect to the Vodafone Network, so it recognises you and fetches your details, though it can be problematic IF you have little or no Vodafone Network Connection in your area. Also I do prefer the OLD style Red colour font. However, I understand from a friend that some people that are colour-blind find the colour Green rather than the colour Red easier to identify.

The app is great the service is crap. I took my HTC into the Brighton store, Churchill Square for repair over two years ago and it came back with no memory card in it. A lot of the stuff does not work now, like maps, as it needs the extra memory. Vodaphone do NOT want to know. Think it is time to move to another phone company, which is a pity as that is the only problem I have had with them over the past ten years plus. Yes I DID have a brick when they first came out. Got an iPhone now but am getting fed up with as it is always asking for a password. Samsun any good ?

Not sure why so negative comments, I inserted working vodafone SIM inside my phone (first on Samsung Galaxy 5s) then on iPhone 5s, I was able to get how much data, I have used. I'm on unlimited minutes and text plan so only thing I can comment on data usage. It update usage straight away as well. Impressive and easy yo use app, displays bill as well usage outside allowance, although I haven't gone beyond my allowance. 24/7 support also works fine as I checked for myself. Advisor on chat resolved issues with my connection. What else you want?

Are People For Real
I Have Never Had A Problem With Vodafone They Are Very Helpful When Ringing Customer Services And The Price Plans They Offer Are Loads Cheaper And Better Than Other Networks... It's So Obvious These Bad Reviews Come From People Who Work For Other Networks Get A Life You Clowns... Vodafone Are By Far The Customer Service Is Brilliant Aswell They Couldn't Be More Helpful Top Ratings Again Thankyou Vodafone Are The Best Network By A Long Way... And This Apps Brilliant ... I think that the Vodafone app is so much better now because it is much easier but if I had 2 say a couple of things about the Vodafone app is that the colour is not red now it is green I for prefer the colour to be red please and also that when u check the Vodafone app it only goes spew bounces the usage and that and before the last 2 updates u have it it used 2 be like that when u check the Vodafone app and when u checked it again then the bar would go down but now it does not

This app is really useful in telling you how much data, minutes you have used during the month. It helps you keep a record of how much you left before you go over.

But unfortunately I can't give a 5 star rating just because every time you go on the app you get a text around 12 hours later, to ask about feedback of the app which gets annoying every time even though you have done it once.

I love this app.

The first time I used it on net and it logged me straight in. Since then been using on network and via wifi without any issues. Handy as my Vodafone login still errors out via web :/

After 2 years with the EE equivalent that often didn't work when I was on there network, let alone let me use it via wifi (crappy CRM system constantly have errors and asked me to try later), this is a breath of fresh air!

Just new to Vodafone after leaving 3 and the design and way the app works is a million times better than the 3 one. Everything is at my finger-tips without having to navigate my way through a slow and very ugly app that only worked when I had full bars of signal and needed 3G to work. I wasn't used to the old Vodafone app so I'm not sure how it looked or worked but I'm very pleased with it now.

This improved account app for your iPhone on Vodafone has all the details you need in an attractive design that looks sharp on the retina display. Great for keeping an eye on how many minutes & megabytes you have left. Quick, clear & easy to use. It works well for me with a personal contract with Vodafone. I do not know how this works for other types of accounts with Vodafone.

Brilliant app update well done guys, maybe turning it into a one stop hub for self services like address changing e.t.c will be the next step. The colours are warm and everything looks 21st **centuryfied. I like that I can look at my past payment for a few months now. Been with Vodafone for a few years and I am happy with the service I get.

Initially the app didn't load, but once I got my Vodafone profile downloaded properly on my iPhone, that fixed it!
The app now loads and runs well every time. I can check details for mobile, home phone and broadband. Most useful for me is quick display of mobile data used/remaining and minutes left with days shown to next accounting period.
So it works well for me!

This app is great, it allows you to keep an eye on your calls, texts and data usage. The app also shows you what price plan you're on, along with any extras that you may have on your account. One of those does what it says on the tin apps. However the app is not designed for business users. Don't download the app if you have your business contract with Vodafone.

This app is really good for tracking how much data,minuets, text I really do rely on this to just keep track of how much I've used so I don't go over on my contract really good app and I would recommend it to anyone who's on Vodafone are really good for having this app haven't seen anything like this for any other company well done Vodafone☺️

I've had no problems with the app at all. Easy to use with clear information. What I don't understand is why I've been asked to write a review when this one is here already. I like the new app, remains clear & easy to navigate. It doesn't display the mobile phn no on the first page and I do miss that. Colour scheme is easy on the eye.
