Body Challenges - Fit At Home is packed with different 30 days bodyweight challenges for any fitness level: suitable even for complete beginners.

The challenges are based on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) which is ideal for time restrictions. It will quickly and effectively burn as many calories as possible and it requires no equipment, just you. With this app you can train each and every muscle of your body, from deltoids to quadriceps. And all of it at your cosy place - home.

Body Challenges - Fit At Home App motivates you to workout even further with its commitment feature. It helps you to make a commitment to complete a challenge by sharing the challenge with your friend.

App has a variety of features to offer:

Premium Subscription
Body Challenges - Fit At Home is available with free trial and can be purchased based on a monthly or a yearly subscription. Each subscription is auto-renewing.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
