I like the new UI because it’s simple and everything I need is in one place. The analysis help me a lot!

It’s also helpful that there are controls in apple watch because sometimes it’s troublesome to open the app on my phone especially if my phone is not within reach.

What I would want to see in the future is the monthly view of how many hours I have fasted for each day in a month. It would be great to look back, not just for a week but for a month and see the progress I have made.

Awesome motivator and support for your fasting.

This is my first time fasting and i was a little afraid to start but thanks to simple, and its constant information flow on what is happening with my body. I am now able to push even further than my scheduled fasting times. Their AI chatbot also is really useful and acts like a personal coach.

Please add the following in the drinks:
1. Yogurt (yes, here in Japan we have a drinkable yogurt and it’s one of my favorites)

2. Soya milk (we have that one too here.)
