The idea of this app is an awesome concept, but I've got one major complaint--It took me over three years to earn enough money to be paid out... LITERALLY over three years! It seems like I was ineligible for 90% of the surveys I tried to take. I can't getting consolation prizes of $0.25 or so. I live in a very tiny town.. Idk if that affects the number of surveys that are available to me? Someone who lives in a large city might earn money a lot faster than I did. You need to have earned a minimum of $10 before you can get paid. Also, you need a verified PayPal account--That's the ONLY way they'll pay you.. If you have not created an account for this app already, make sure you sign up with the same email address that is linked to your PayPal account.. Otherwise, you're going to have a big hassle come time to get paid. All in all, this app is great! It really works!! It's not a scam or anything and there's no "catch." Like I said, my only complaint is that it took me so long to reach the $10 minimum so that I could get paid. That's a petty complaint though.. Regardless of how long it takes, to earn the minimum, you're still earning money, FREE money. Therefore, I'll forget about my complaint for now and I'll go ahead and give this app five stars!

I just redeemed my first $10 which didn't take a long time. The surveys are not too long at all and the app is simple to navigate. I wasn't comfortable about it knowing my location at all times so I turned off the location option, but I still received a decent amount of surveys. I did complete a survey and answered one question with a "no", it was a question towards the end of the survey. I guess it didn't register my answer and continued to ask me questions pertaining to a "yes" answer. So I typed in that I said "no" for that question and I didn't get paid for it. Although I went through the whole survey up until the "glitch". But it's okay... anyhow sometimes I randomly open the app and there's a survey waiting or some surveys I get notifications to complete. Most of the surveys gave $1.00, I only had a few that were worth $.10. The highest paid survey was $4 and it was the shortest! I would recommend this to anyone who's looking to have fun doing surveys, while making a few bucks. It's not a way to supplement income or get rich quick, but definitely worth your time! Just be honest while answering the questions and read them thoroughly.

I got this app a couple of months ago and I check it every day for new surveys. I'm a college student, and I have heard about these survey apps and how you can make some money taking them. I have tried other survey apps that claimed to pay money but they ended up earning you points to use to enter for a chance to win money or gift cards, but this app pays you directly. I just got my first payment because you need to earn at least $10 to get paid. There are new surveys for me to take several times a week, and they are all easy to do and don't take very long. With some of them that you take they ask you a couple basic questions, and if you don't fit the demographic needed for the survey info then the survey ends there but you're still paid $0.10. For completed surveys, the pay is usually $1 but can range from about $0.50 to $10! So for a few minutes of my time a few times a week, it's a great app to earn some change. You won't get rich doing this, but it's fantastic to know that doing these surveys helps companies with research and I can earn some money doing it!

I've loved this app so much. I open it a couple times a day a usually score a decent survey. I've managed to even get a $40 survey and several $10 surveys. I've even had them pay for a meal so I can write a survey about a restaurant! Sure, there are times I'll start a survey, and not qualify...but big deal! The app is free and has been amazing for me! If you keep the location services on, sometimes it will recognize you're in a store they want a survey for and those can pay big bucks! For instance, one time I walked into a Target and got a notification I might qualify for a $100 survey. They confirmed I was in the store, and then I had to answer some qualifying questions. I didn't end up qualifying but the point is I might have...and you might! And it's costs you nothing. The payouts are quick and instantaneous and customer service has been quick to respond the one time I had a question. Anyway...great app. Don't get discouraged when you don't see any surveys and just be diligent about looking everyday. It's so worth it.

I've earned at least $40 in the last few months with this app. I am alerted when I have surveys available. They are mostly the same surveys about music which is fine. Boring, but fine. Boring in the sense that it is the exact same survey, every time. You would think the app would know I've done the survey before. But anything that is going to give me a few extra bucks I am all for! Make sure your location services are on to receive alerts for surveys. I did have 2 opportunities to make more than $10. One was to go to see a movie and the other was to rate a Comcast store after going there. Because the closest store was 20 miles away it didn't make sense for me to go there. If it had been closer and in my travels I would have absolutely done it. I really love this app because I really don't have to do anything. I get an alert sent to my phone, spend the 5 or less minutes it takes to fill out the survey and I make usually $3 a survey. Best survey app or site I have ever dealt with! Thank you! I work in advertising. Typically that excludes me from taking surveys and providing my opinion and I've never qualified to get paid for taking an online survey... Until now.

I give honest answers and sometimes I'm qualified for the full amount of the survey and other times I'm not. But even when I'm not I still earn a little bit of money. So far I've earned and been paid over $12 for the surveys I've taken. I would estimate there were about $120 in surveys that I didn't qualify for. Keep in mind, even if you're not in advertising, no person is likely to qualify for every survey.

I have friends who have been paid as much as 3 times what I have been paid in the same time period. So I'd estimate most people will qualify for 5% to 20% of the surveys they are presented with.

I enjoy this app. It's the only app other than email and messages that I allow to have an audible alert on my phone.

****EDIT: I just cashed out for the second time and I've had the app for only about 6 months. I know that's not a ton of fast cash but I'm happy with it. It's much better than a lot of survey apps out there. And I've never started a survey only to be told that I don't qualify! Other apps do that all the time, this one NEVER does!
I updated to 5 stars because of this. There's nothing worse than spending 10 minutes on a survey and not receive any credit. There may not be a ton of surveys here but at least you get credit for each one you do!!!
And literally, the money is in your Paypal account in seconds after cashing out!****

This app is great, it pays out right away. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there are not a ton of surveys offered so it takes a while to earn enough to cash out. Still, the surveys do pay more than other apps.

I've been randomly using this app when surveys pop up and I've got to see its one of the most seamless survey panels I belong to. I use inboxdollars and swagbucks but by far, this one seems to be the less painful one. I just transferred my first payment and it was quick and easy! I love an easy dollar and their surveys usually take 5 minutes or less. I literally received $10 for catching a survey in Walgreens were I needed to buy a soda...how darn easy is that!

I'm on my second payout and while it's slow earnings, payments are instant to PayPal and you're rewarded whether you qualify for a survey or not and their surveys pay 50 cent to $10. When you don't qualify, you still get 10 cents. Surveys come kind of slow sometimes but it's worth the wait in comparison. Again, how darn easy is that! I love this app!

Love the app, some survey payouts are great-much better then other mobile survey apps. Once there was a $5 survey that used my location to start it & it malfunctioned. I'm giving this app 5 stars because when I emailed them regarding this they had no issue with just crediting my account the $5 the survey was worth-even though it wouldn't let me take the survey!!!! The downside? Surveys are few and far between. Pluses: some mobile apps pay $.10 or $.05 per survey (of same length as these) and theirs are at LEAST $.25 with the highest so far being $5 and a few $2 1's so your balance adds up quicker even though you don't have as many surveys as other apps. Another plus? You get actual MONEY and not sweepstakes entries or points for your opinions. It's hard to find legit survey paying things, and this is 1!!

Been using this app for a few years. Probably have earned a total of $80 to $100. That's not a lot of money over that length of time but it took almost no effort. A couple of bigger payouts involved going to a movie I already wanted to see and going to a store I already frequent.

If I had a complaint, and I don't, it would be getting the same survey that I'm not qualified for multiple times. This only happened when the survey had a very large target footprint, like radio station preferences. The broadcast area is huge, so if you drive far enough, you may get additional notifications even though you've already completed the survey to the extent you qualify or don't. I travel a bit during my work day, so that survey appeared several times in a month or so.

Most survey apps hardly ever work and take you through endless questions and send you a ton of junk email. This app did none of that. Every survey was real and I always received the money I was promised (if I qualified). I've had this app for about a year now and I just did my first big cash out for $120. That's awesome to me considering I hardly had to do anything to receive this money. The nice thing is that even when you don't qualify for a survey they still give you anywhere from 10¢ to 25¢. Definitely worth downloading!! The only problem I have with this app is that it doesn't always notify me when there is a survey available so I have to check in with the app a couple times a day to see if there's any surveys waiting. Other than that, I love it!

I've had this app for several months and I've made enough to cash out 2 times.... But both times I was over their $10 minimum. The first payout came in no time, then the surveys were non existent for a few weeks, then several qualifiers, and now finally I'm back to getting more surveys & they are way better paying. I have high hopes for this app now. The one I'm currently working on, and the previous one were both surveys requiring you to log specific info when you did whatever the survey was about. It's not by any means a get rich quick app, but it is defiantly a good app to have for whenever your bored so that you can get you some extra $$ or a gift card here and there. I hope they get more surveys though... But like I said still has a good potential.

I've tried many survey apps and websites and this is now the only app I use for surveys because it's basically effortless and sometimes jobs pay $10-$15!
I've made about $100 in almost half a year. Clearly it's not huge income but if someone handed you a $100 bill wouldn't you take it?

Also, I see a lot of reviews saying they only get a survey or two a month. The more surveys you take, the more will be available, especially higher paying ones. When I first downloaded the app I got about 1 survey a week or every 2 weeks that was less than $1.00. But now I check the app everyday and do every survey and I receive a survey about 4-5 times a week, sometimes multiple surveys at once. Anywhere from $1-$15. Just a tip!

I've been using this app for about a month and I've already made $32. Most of the surveys are pretty quick. The more involved ones may take 15-30 minutes and require photos or videos. I like that even if you don't qualify for a survey after answering a few eligibility questions you still get $0.10. Leave your location services on for more opportunities.

My only complaint is that on some of the product surveys that are multiphase some times they tell you you have to complete the next phase by a certain date but then they don't send you the next phase survey until several days after that. I've still been given time to complete them and gotten payed for them. I've never had one just disappear on me though.

I have been using this app for a few months and have found it to be the best survey app by far! The more you open the app and check for surveys, the more surveys you get. I've made money at least three times from $10 surveys so far and have been offered $15-20 surveys. You have options on how you want to be paid, payments come quick and easy. You're not going to supplement an income, but you definitely can make some decent pocket money. For those of you who say we're liars about receiving $10 surveys, you have understand, surveys on the go does not keep record of you input or location, that's why you have to leave your location on. I have made close to $60 since using the app, it's definitely legit

You get paid for your opinions, things you do and buy. It's not a lot but it's something and they don't usually take a long time to do. To all of those people giving it a low rating because you're not making a living here: stop whining! OnGo isn't going to give you $20 to tell them if you liked the new Deadpool movie or whether you prefer liquid soap to bar soap. Perhaps you're just not in their targeted demographic and that's why you receive fewer surveys or maybe you were dishonest on some surveys and that changed things for you. Either way, it's a good app and you get paid anywhere from $0.10 to several dollars for qualifying surveys. It's better than a poke in the eye!

If you don't mind answering surveys this is a very easy way to make money. I've been using it for a few months and honestly not often. I've missed opportunities because of my schedule but that is not their fault. I just cashed out $25 into my PayPal account. The thing that makes this app great is that a. You can do it on your own timing. And b. Even if you don't qualify for surveys they give you .10 cents just for trying. Most companies will give you zero!!! It's not much but every little bit adds up. Surveys are easy and sometimes very interesting!!!

I made a little over 20 bucks in the span of a month. It's practically free money so there's really no reason to complain about this app. Sure you don't get as much surveys as you want, but just the fact that I get a survey here and there is awesome to me. What I like is that you don't have to keep checking if they added new surveys. If you allow them to send you notifications , they will notify you if a new survey is available. And if you don't qualify they give you 10 or 50 cents anyway. It adds up. So I highly recommend this app.

Been using this app for about 3 weeks & just cashed out $10. There aren't very many surveys & sometimes you don't qualify for them but they're short & easy. Take about 5 minutes out of your day when they come up & you'll make a few extra dollars. The payout is instant too, took like 30 seconds to reach my account.

Update: since first payout, I've had the opportunity for 6 or 7 surveys & don't qualify for any of them anymore. Debating on deleting this now as its a waste of time answering questions just to be disqualified..

This is the best survey mobile app i have seen. Unlike other mobile apps where i have to go online to take surveys most of the time, it gives me truly mobile app experience. Even though it does not give me a lot of surveys, it pays better and much quicker. All of my payments have been instant via Paypal. The customer service is excellent. Yesterday when i had to contact them due to a technical issue, they responded quickly and helped resolve my issue in a short period of time. Basically i am very impressed.
