I have been able to reach colleagues easily, communicate rapidly, effectively and without obstacles that are commonplace in office practices. I have sent MRI imaging, reports etc via backline eFax - and much more rapid responses to inquiries.

Still seems pretty useful, especially the feature to send HIPAA-compliant notes to check up on patients.

Doximity has been a great way to reconnect with old friends from med school, residency, and fellowship. The free secure fax line which comes with membership is a big plus.
