If you people would read the app detail you would know that bill pay is not available for all customers, yet…I think it's a pretty good app…I can look at my bill, view my policy and insurance card, email my insurance card to myself and I had the option to pay my bill but mine comes out automatically.

I was able to easily sign on and have all my info at my fingertips. My state just allowed proof of insurance on your phone, and I love that it is easy to access. I have had challenges with Farmers online in the past and couldn't even sign in to the old app. Glad I gave it another chance!

Farmers has done a nice job with their app. Everything organized well and easy access to the information you need. Just stopped in my local auto service center for an inspection and was able to pull my insurance card up in seconds for them to verify.

Does everything I need to manage my account, pay bills, etc... Needs to include the ability to pay the premium for my Umbrella Policy, but I believe that's a process issue in Farmers more than a technology issue for the app.

Love this app. In addition to having insurance verification in my car, I now have it on my phone as well. I love being able to email or call my agent from the app.

This app has all my policy docs, my insurance cards for my vehicles, my homeowners policy, my billing, payments, all at the touch of a button. Love it.

First I want to say, how much I love their commercials. When I do upgrade my insurance for my car it will be farmers insurance maybe next year.

This latest version of the Farmers Insurance app is a big improvement over the previous version. Much easier, and very intuitive to use!

The mobile app is very easy to download & use. Farmers has made great improvements! I will be advising our customers to use it.

Great app. Easy navigation. I really like the Touch ID. Makes it easy to quickly log on without having to remember a password.

It's up to date and uses fingerprint authentication once setup. It's easy to use. I really like it over auto payment setup.

Love the ease of use of this app. Everything all in one place - my bill, agent information, ID card. Very nice design!

Finally we have auto pay. Thank you very very much. And it can all be managed from the phone. Who could ask for more.

I had no problem logging in. Touch log-in is a nice feature. App is easier to use than web site.
