You can calculate your BMR, BMI and PAC with this fitness calculator. Calculate approximately how many calories you burn when walking, jogging, bicycling or swimming.

Basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the amount of calories your body burns while doing nothing but rest for 24 hours. This app uses the Mifflin St Jeor Equation to estimate your BMR. Your age, weight and height is needed to calculate your BMR.

Body Mass Index (BMI) is used to determine if you are under weight, normal weight or over weight. You can use the calculator in this app to give yourself an indication of whether your weight may be affecting your health. Your weight and height is needed to calculate your BMI.

Physical Activity Calories (PAC). With this calculator you can calculate approximately how many calories you burn while doing activities like walking, jogging, bicycling or swimming. This app calculates the amount of calories with normal level of difficulty (doing it for fun or leisure).
