Virgin Media WiFi is a free app available to Virgin Media broadband and mobile customers. Download our Virgin Media WiFi app, set up and start effortlessly connecting to smooth, speedy Virgin Media WiFi hotspots on the go.

Setting up to connect to Virgin Media WiFi hotspots is easy. If you’re a Virgin Media broadband customer, just use your ‘My Virgin Media’ username and password to enjoy the service. If you’re a Virgin Mobile customer, we will automatically verify you once we’ve checked that you have a Virgin Mobile SIM.

Then, every time you’re within range of a Virgin Media hotspot, you’ll automatically connect to it. You’ll stay connected in more places on the move while saving your mobile data allowance, and you can check out the handy map within the app to find your nearest locations.

Get access to thousands of free WiFi hotspots in lots of your favourite places across the UK such as Pizza Express, Caffé Nero, Pret a Manger, Wagamama, WHSmith, Alton Towers and Thorpe Park, plus selected shopping centres.
