I have a 5 year old son who is now about 82lbs. He is tall and robust (lol). I truly enjoy and appreciate JCP having a husky section for children especially boys. Since he has been younger, it was soooo difficult to get clothes to fit him comfortably. But then I discovered JCP!!! When I shop for my son there for the clothes that he needs, I find clothes that don't look too tight on him. He is comfortable and able to move well in them. I especially love the adjustable waist bands in the pants so that the clothes grow with my son. The clothes do not shrink when I wash them so THAT proves to me the high quality that I'm getting without having to make a major 'dent' in my pockets and bank account. The clothes also maintain their bright colors after washing!! I love shopping at JCP for my son and will never stop! I have tried other stores for him and needless to say...the clothing has been a big disappointment. Please don't stop having this section JCP. I will be your best loyal customer for years to come and so will my son as he gets older!!!

This is a wonderful app. And with all the rewards they give out- JcP rocks. I have shopped many stores but none of them give rewards like JCP.

Next time, you are in this store- open up your app- get a coupon scanned - and be happy. I wish they had this app a long time ago but I am happy they are progressing slowly but surely.

I would recommend to always have coupons for any form of payment including all items. One thing I would like to see is the integration between they're app and a built in rewards notification via text and app. ;)

I like that you can access your rewards on the app. I think it would be a great idea if I could scan the barcode with my camera phone in order to be able to order something if it's available in my size in my JCPenney.
Sometimes I will put an item in my cart but then when checking out it disappears because it's out of stock. Sometimes my shopping bag goes into my saved items more than once automatically, so I'll have 2 or 3 of the same item.

This app is really nice to use, I'm very impressed. The categories for search and easy filter options make it a breeze. Item selection and options were easy. I really like the option to find which local stores have the item before it goes in your bag. Really clean, really smooth and fast. Loving this app right now!

JCP app makes shopping on your phone the ideal experience. Very easy to browse, save items you're thinking about, and purchase. It links up with your rewards and it makes adding coupons a no brainer. It's definitely my favorite shopping app. Other stores should pattern their apps after them.

Since I live 50 miles from JCP, I prefer shopping online. And JCPenney has lots of quality merchandise, numerous sales, coupons and Rewards program. Shipping is fast. An excellent app that will let you keep saved items in a bag or put them in a cart for checkout. Try it, you'll love it!

This update is exactly what Jcpenny needed. I no longer have a issue with the app kicking me out while I shop. This app is accessible now with no problems. I'm definitely glad that now that I add a item to my cart that says its in stock I don't get product not found anymore.

The UI is beautiful and easy to navigate. I now have everything I need easily at my finger tips. The one drawback is some things require me to leave the app and go to the JCP website. Hopefully more and more features are integrated into the native app over time.

I liked the fresh looks on the product catalog page. I can see bigger images for the products and its visually appealing. I noticed that the app takes longer to load coupons, thats one thing I use often when I am at their store and it keeps loading

The prior version was mainly in app web view which didn't work 50% of the time. The new app is so much better and loading additional results are a lot faster. The UI is also easier to navigate. I look forward to browsing a lot more now.

This is a very good app! I am happy jcp fixed the issue of the discount codes. But it's super easy to find items and they are on the come up of really nice clothes etc. can't wait to see what they have for winter deals!!!

Love that it reminds me what's in my bag, love that I can ❤️ an item and it lets me know if it's on sale, love that I can see how many rewards I have! It's a convenient app and I wouldn't change anything about it!!

This is one shopping app I use...because, it works!! Easy to navigate around...saves my items in my cart! It's pretty sweet to be able to take care of my shopping with JCPenneys while I'm a passenger traveling.

So happy with my searching ease and saving favorites. Adding my rewards and coupons take no brainwork. The only bummer, I'm buying all the time. I might not be spending a fortune but eventually it will add up.

Great app! It is easy to use and pretty responsive. The promotion section with all the coupons are great. Viewing items are just as easy as navigating the website; if not easier. Has not crashed so far.

I love this app. I just used the scan functionality to find a new pair of shoes to replace an old pair that I really like. Not only did the app find a very similar pair, the price was very reasonable!

Works like a charm! So nice to be able to search for something while at the store and see if I can order it in my size... In case it's unavailable when shopping! Love free shipping to the store!

The new update just perfect in every way. The screen are much better than the old one and you guy take advantage of sidebar. Even much easier is coupon apply with just a press.

Super easy to use and great product selection at very good values! Easy to access personal account information and apply applicable discounts ... Highly recommend this app for sure!

Don't get me wrong I LOVE Jcpenny but you guys really need to look into the website. It's crashed and has crashed continuously this week. Other than the website issue I love jcp!
